搪玻璃反应罐 技术领域
本发明涉及搪玻璃反应罐。
背景技术
搪玻璃反应罐是常用的化工设备,搪玻璃反应罐内壁一般覆盖有搪玻璃底釉,搪玻璃底釉的性能直接影响了搪玻璃反应罐的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种搪玻璃反应罐,其罐体和罐盖的内壁覆盖了特殊的搪玻璃底釉,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化的性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种搪玻璃反应罐,包括:竖置罐体,以及罐体顶部的罐盖;所述罐体和罐盖的内壁分别覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:二氧化硅,氟硅酸钠,烷基萘磺酸盐,四甲基溴化铵,丙二醇苯醚,酒石酸钾钠,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,过氧化苯甲酰,甲氧基酯酸丙酯,三聚磷酸二氢铝,二乙烯三胺,二壬葵基磺酸钡,2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
35份二氧化硅,
2~3份氟硅酸钠,
1~2份烷基萘磺酸盐,
3~4份四甲基溴化铵,
5~6份丙二醇苯醚,
2~3份酒石酸钾钠,
3~4份甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,
2~4份过氧化苯甲酰,
3~5份甲氧基酯酸丙酯,
1~2份三聚磷酸二氢铝,
3~6份二乙烯三胺,
1~2份二壬葵基磺酸钡,
3~4份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,

35份二氧化硅,
2.3份氟硅酸钠,
1.2份烷基萘磺酸盐,
3.4份四甲基溴化铵,
5.6份丙二醇苯醚,

3.4份甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,
2.4份过氧化苯甲酰,
3.5份甲氧基酯酸丙酯,
1.2份三聚磷酸二氢铝,

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种搪玻璃反应罐,其罐体和罐盖的内壁覆盖了特殊的搪玻璃底釉,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化的性能。

一种搪玻璃反应罐,包括:竖置罐体,以及罐体顶部的罐盖;所述罐体和罐盖的内壁分别覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:二氧化硅,氟硅酸钠,烷基萘磺酸盐,四甲基溴化铵,丙二醇苯醚,酒石酸钾钠,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,过氧化苯甲酰,甲氧基酯酸丙酯,三聚磷酸二氢铝,二乙烯三胺,二壬葵基磺酸钡,2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
35份二氧化硅,
2~3份氟硅酸钠,
1~2份烷基萘磺酸盐,
3~4份四甲基溴化铵,
5~6份丙二醇苯醚,
2~3份酒石酸钾钠,
3~4份甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,
2~4份过氧化苯甲酰,
3~5份甲氧基酯酸丙酯,
1~2份三聚磷酸二氢铝,
3~6份二乙烯三胺,
1~2份二壬葵基磺酸钡,

1.2份二壬葵基磺酸钡,

本发明搪玻璃反应罐,其罐体和罐盖的内壁覆盖了特殊的搪玻璃底釉,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化的性能。

    35份二氧化硅,
    2~3份氟硅酸钠,
    1~2份烷基萘磺酸盐,

    5~6份丙二醇苯醚,
    2~3份酒石酸钾钠,
    3~4份甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,
    2~4份过氧化苯甲酰,
    3~5份甲氧基酯酸丙酯,
    1~2份三聚磷酸二氢铝,
    3~6份二乙烯三胺,
    1~2份二壬葵基磺酸钡,
    3~4份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,
    5~6份乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯。
