본 출원은 홍차 엑기스, 알룰로스 및 유기산을 포함하는 아이스티 제조용 조성물; 홍차 엑기스, 알룰로스 및 유기산을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 아이스티 제조용 조성물의 제조방법; 상기 아이스티 제조용 조성물을 포함하는 아이스티; 상기 홍차 엑기스, 알룰로스 및 유기산을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 아이스티의 제조방법; 상기 아이스티 제조용 조성물을 포함하는 아이스티; 홍차 엑기스, 알룰로스 및 유기산을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 아이스티 제조용 조성물 또는 아이스티를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 아이스티의 청량감을 증가시키는 방법; 및 아이스티의 떫은 맛을 감소시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 출원의 아이스티 제조용 조성물은 설탕 등 당류를 알룰로스로 일정비율 대체하여, 열량이 낮고, 청량감이 증가함과 동시에 떫은 맛이 감소한 아이스티를 제조하여 소비자들의 기호도를 높일 수 있는 우수한 효과가 있다.
