Abstract

La présente invention concerne : un prémélange de boisson à base de cacao comprenant de la poudre de cacao, de la poudre de lait écrémé, une crème végétale et de l'allulose, et ayant une solubilité améliorée; un procédé de préparation du prémélange de boisson à base de cacao ayant une solubilité améliorée, comprenant une étape de mélange de la poudre de cacao, de la poudre de lait écrémé, de la crème végétale et de l'allulose; et un procédé d'amélioration de la solubilité du prémélange de boisson à base de cacao comprenant une étape de préparation du prémélange de boisson à base de cacao par mélange de la poudre de cacao, de la poudre de lait écrémé, de la crème végétale et de l'allulose.
