本发明涉及机械固定领域,尤其涉及一种固定装置以及应用该固定装置的投影屏幕以及投影设备。
 
背景技术
固定装置被广泛用于将待固定物的悬挂在例如为墙体的外界固定面上,举例来说,目前作为待固定物的投影屏幕、白板被固定装置固定时,存在高度上不能调整、不能连续调整或调整范围较小的缺陷。
技术问题
对于投影屏幕来说,当屏幕高度不能调整时,墙上的安装孔确定后,投影屏幕的高度也就基本确定,屏幕定位的准确性依赖于打孔位置的准确性,这给屏幕的安装和使用带来很大的问题;当屏幕调整范围小或不能连续调整时,屏幕与投影画面的位置也很难精确匹配,投影图像位置与屏幕位置产生偏差,严重影响投影效果。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的固定装置、投影屏幕以及投影设备以解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种固定装置及投影屏幕和投影设备,以解决现有技术中的待固定物安装困难,投影图像位置与屏幕位置产生偏差,影响投影效果的问题。

本发明的实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种固定装置及应用该固定装置的投影屏幕和设备,以解决现有技术中投影屏幕、白板等待固定物悬挂在墙体等的外界固定面时产生的安装困难,位置产生偏差,影响使用效果的技术问题。
如图1所示,本发明提供的固定装置100,包括固定支架1、驱动杆2、支撑结构3和固定结构4。
其中固定支架1包括主体部11以及自主体部11向两侧弯折延伸的固定端12。固定端12用于与外界固定面5贴合并进行固定。其中外界固定面5可以为墙体或其他可用于安装固定的固定面结构。
具体的,固定端12上设置有贯穿的固定孔121,固定装置100通过穿过固定孔121的紧固件与外界固定面5固定。具体的,紧固件可以为紧固螺丝,即在使用固定装置100时,将固定端12抵接在外界固定面5上,并将紧固螺丝通过固定孔121打入墙体或其他外界固定面上从而实现固定装置100的固定。

连接壁113上设置有对应驱动杆2的中空部1131,具体的,中空部1131为设置在连接壁113上的通孔,支撑结构3自驱动杆2向远离外界固定面5方向延伸并穿过中空部1131。支撑结构3在远离收容空间的一侧与待固定物相接触并支撑待固定物。当然,这仅是一种较优的实施方式,在可选择的其他实施方式中,也可以不设置连接壁113,顶壁111和底壁112分别与固定端12相连形成两侧贯通的环状框架结构,即将中空部1131扩大到固定端12一侧,支撑结构3直接延伸至收容空间外,也是可以实施的。本发明的支撑结构3用于支撑固定待固定物,通过驱动杆2的旋转实现支撑结构3的高度位置连续可调。
具体在本实施方式中,支撑结构3为异形螺母,即包括套设在驱动杆2上的套设部31,自所述套设部31向远离外界固定面5方向延伸的支撑板32和自支撑板32向顶壁111方向弯折延伸的挡板33。套设部31与驱动杆2可以为一体的固定连接,也可以为分体式结构,具体在本实施方式中,为套设部31的内表面设置有螺纹,驱动杆2上设置于与之相匹配的螺纹,套设部31与驱动杆2通过螺纹连接在一起。
固定结构4设置在顶壁111远离底壁112的一侧,用于限制所述驱动杆沿轴向的位移。固定结构4包括抵接在顶壁111远离底壁112的一侧的外表面的固定板41和自固定板41延伸的固定孔42,固定结构4通过固定板41上的螺钉与顶壁111相连。驱动杆2的一端旋入固定孔42内。具体在本实施方式中,作为驱动杆2的螺栓包括头部和螺杆,驱动杆穿过固定孔42,头部被固定孔42的两侧壁抵接限位,从而限制了驱动杆的轴向移动。这样,在工作过程中驱动杆2转动,套设部31上的螺纹在与之配合的驱动杆2上的螺纹的带动下,产生相对于驱动杆2轴线上的运动。
需要说明的是,本实施方式提供的新型的固定装置并不限于具体的应用领域,即可以应用于工业生产,也可以用于日常生活用品,只要是有实现固定并进行在高度方向上调整的需求,即是可以使用本发明的固定装置的。
下面将以本发明固定装置的一种应用,即应用于光学设备,具体为应用于投影屏幕和投影设备为例来具体说明。
参照图2所示,为本发明提供的应用于投影设备中的投影屏幕包括框架300和固定在所述框架300上的屏幕、上述的固定装置100。在本实施方式中,框架300为长方形框架,包括上边缘、下边缘和侧边缘。固定装置100固定在上边缘上实现投影屏幕在高度方向上的固定和可调节。
优选的,投影屏幕还包括用于限制投影屏幕沿水平方向移动的水平锁紧装置200。水平锁紧装置200设置在侧边缘上用于实现在水平方向上的固定。当然,这仅是一种较优的实施方式,在可选择的其他实施方式中,框架300也可以为其他形状,例如正方形结构、多边形结构或不规则结构,其原理是一致的,只要能够实现在两个方向上起到限制位移的作用,均是可以实施的。
框架300包括相对设置的外框架301和内框架302。如图3和图4所示,在框架300上,具体在本实施方式中,为在内框架302上设置有沿水平方向延伸的固定杆3021,固定装置100通过固定杆3021支撑投影屏幕,并带动投影屏幕在高度方向上调整位置。具体在本实施方式中,固定杆3021为可滑动地设置在固定装置100的支撑结构3上的滑杆。即支撑架构3的支撑板32和挡板33之间形成卡槽,固定杆3021卡设在该卡槽内,并可以沿水平方向滑动。
参照图5所示,固定装置100通过紧固件固定在外界固定面5上,投影屏幕通过固定杆3021卡入卡槽内,并通过左右移动找到投影屏幕的平衡位置。需要说明的是,固定杆3021并不必然是杆状结构,例如在本实施方式中,为自内框架302延伸而成的半圆形的结构。事实上,固定杆3021也可以为其他结构,只要可以固定在固定装置100上并可实现水平方向上的滑动,即是可以实施的。在本实施方式中,固定杆3021与内框架302为一体结构,在可选择的其他实施方式中,也可以为分体式结构,即为固定在内框架302上的可拆卸的杆状结构。在可选择的其他实施方式中,也可以不设置水平锁紧装置200,对应的,固定杆3021固定在固定装置100上而不进行水平方向的滑动,也是可以达到本发明目的的。
在本实施方式中,固定装置100有两个,分别设置在内框架301的上边缘。且两固定装置100沿投影屏幕的重心对称设置。当然,固定装置100的数量并不限于此,也可以设置多个分布在整个内框架302的上边缘。水平锁紧装置200至少两个,分别设置在投影屏幕沿水平方向的两侧,并与外框架301锁紧固定。
如图6和图7所示,水平锁紧装置200包括用于与外界固定面5固定的水平固定部9以及与水平固定部9相抵触的顶丝7,框架300上设置有贯穿的螺纹孔8,,具体在本实施方式中,螺纹孔8设置在外框架301上。顶丝7穿过螺纹孔8与水平固定部9相连,从而实现投影屏幕的锁紧固定。其中水平固定部9与外界固定面5也通过紧固件固定连接。具体的,水平固定部9上设置有腰形孔,紧固件穿过该腰形孔实现水平固定部9与外界固定面5的固定。
在安装投影屏幕时,先固定好固定装置100,将投影屏幕固定在固定装置100上,找好重心,通过固定装置100的驱动杆2的旋转带动支撑结构3和固定杆3021,从而实现投影屏幕的高度位置连续可调。进一步的,通过水平锁紧装置200实现投影屏幕水平方向上的定位。从而完成投影屏幕的位置调节。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供一种固定装置,包括用于与外界固定面固定的固定支架,设置在所述固定支架上的驱动杆以及固定在所述驱动杆上的支撑结构,所述支撑结构用于支撑固定待固定物,通过所述驱动杆的旋转实现所述支撑结构的高度位置连续可调。不仅方便固定,而且方便实现沿高度方向上的位置调节,当应用于投影屏幕时,可以有效实现对于投影屏幕位置的调节,从而实现对投影效果的有效调节。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种固定装置,其特征在于,包括用于与外界固定面固定的固定支架,设置在所述固定支架上的驱动杆以及固定在所述驱动杆上的支撑结构,所述固定支架包括主体部以及自所述主体部向两侧弯折延伸的固定端,所述固定端用于与外界固定面相贴合并固定,所述主体部包括相对设置的顶壁和底壁,所述驱动杆贯穿所述顶壁与所述底壁并与所述固定端间隔设置,所述支撑结构自所述驱动杆向远离外界固定面方向延伸,所述支撑结构用于支撑待固定物,通过所述驱动杆的移动驱动支撑结构在顶壁和底壁之间移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述支撑结构为异形螺母,包括套设在所述驱动杆上的套设部、自所述套设部向远离外界固定面方向延伸的支撑板和自支撑板向顶壁方向弯折延伸的挡板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述顶壁远离所述底壁的一侧,用于限制所述驱动杆沿轴向位移的固定结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括抵接在所述顶壁远离底壁的一侧表面的固定板和自固定板延伸的螺孔,所述驱动杆的一端旋入所述螺孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定端上设置有贯穿的固定孔,所述固定装置通过穿过所述固定孔的紧固件与外界固定面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述驱动杆为螺杆。
  7. 一种投影屏幕,其包括框架和固定在所述框架上的屏幕,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1到6中任意一项所述的固定装置,所述框架为所述待固定物,所述投影屏幕包括设置在所述框架上的固定杆,所述固定装置通过所述支撑结构与固定杆的配合以支撑所述框架。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于,所述固定杆沿水平方向设置并可滑动地设置在所述固定装置的支撑结构上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于,所述投影屏幕还包括与所述框架相连的用于限制所述框架沿水平方向移动的水平锁紧装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于,所述水平锁紧装置包括用于与外界固定面固定的水平固定部以及与所述水平固定部相匹配的顶丝,所述框架上设置有贯穿的螺纹孔,所述顶丝穿过所述螺纹孔与所述水平固定部相连实现与所述框架的锁紧固定。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于,所述水平固定部上设置有腰形孔,所述水平固定部与外界固定面通过穿过腰形孔的紧固件固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于,所述框架包括相对设置的外框架和内框架,所述固定杆设置在所述内框架的上边缘,与所述固定杆配合的所述固定装置设置为至少两个。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于,所述水平锁紧装置包括至少两个,分别设置在所述投影屏幕沿水平方向的两侧,并与所述外框架锁紧固定。
  14. 一种投影设备,其特征在于,包括投影屏幕和如权利要7至11任意一项所述的投影屏幕。
