壁挂组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁挂组件,具体讲是一种用于曲面电视机的壁挂组件。
背景技术
目前,较为常见的电视机一般为平板电视机,该类型的平板电视机常通过普通的壁挂组件进行安装。而随着科学技术的进步,人们对观影视觉效果的要求越来越高,故观影效果卓著的曲面电视机也逐渐浮出水面。
对于该类型的曲面电视机,因横向整体呈弧形,而采用普通的壁挂架则不适合安装,会出现安装不稳,松动的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可用于曲面电视机安装的壁挂组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:包括连接板和安装于连接板上且数量至少为一副的电视机安装板,每副电视机安装板由左板和右板组成,所述的左板和右板之间留有与曲面电视机横向弯曲角度大小相配的夹角。
所述的左板和右板通过同一铰链轴对称铰接于连接板上。
所述的左板通过一根铰链轴铰接于连接板上,所述的右板通过另一根铰链轴对称铰接于连接板上。
所述的电视机安装板的数量为两副,该两副电视机安装板一上一下分别安装于连接板的上端和下端。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:本发明的壁挂组件通过左板和右板的设置,因左板和右板之间留有与曲面电视机横向弯曲角度大小相配的夹角,这样在安装曲面电视机时,与现有技术相比,左板和右板与曲面电视机的安装部位便可实现良好地贴合,此时用紧固件,如螺丝或螺栓便可将弧形板和曲面电视机进行拧紧,且因两者贴合效果好,拧紧紧固件后不 会出现安装不稳、松动的现象,可成功实现曲面电视机的安装。
作为改进,所述的左板和右板通过同一铰链轴对称铰接于连接板上,通过同一铰链轴进行安装,结构简单,且待曲面电视机安装后,稳固性好。
作为改进,所述的左板通过一根铰链轴铰接于连接板上,所述的右板通过另一根铰链轴对称铰接于连接板上,左板和右板可单独进行拆卸,维修方便。
作为改进,所述的电视机安装板的数量为两副,该两副电视机安装板一上一下分别安装于连接板的上端和下端,两副为优选方案,待曲面电视机安装后,平稳性更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,一种壁挂组件,包括连接板1和安装于连接板1上且数量至少为一副的电视机安装板2。其中连接板1为一竖直板,该连接板1上设有各种供紧固件紧固连接的孔,而通过这些孔,连接板1既可根据需求直接安装于墙壁上,又可安装在其他特殊挂件上,比如可水平或竖直转动一定角度的挂件上,该连接板1相当于过渡件。而每副电视机安装板2则横向安装于连接板1上。
与现有技术不同的是,每副电视机安装板2由左板2.1和右板2.2组成,所述的左板2.1和右板2.2之间留有与曲面电视机横向弯曲角度大小相配的夹角。
在本实施例中,所述的左板2.1和右板2.2通过同一铰链轴(未标记)对称铰接于连接板1上,此时连接板1上安装有铰链座3,该铰链座3由安装于连接板1上的底板和沿底板上下 端水平向外延伸的铰接板构成,而铰链轴的上下端则分别竖直安装于该两铰链板上,此时左板2.1和右板2.2的端部则共同铰接于该铰链轴上从而实现夹角大小的调节。
当然,所述的左板2.1和右板2.2还可以设计成弧形板,且对称铰接于连接板1上的左板2.1和右板2.2所形成的弧度与曲面电视机的横向弧度大小相配,这样则进一步提高了左板2.1和右板2.2与曲面电视机的贴合效果。
另外,在本实施例中,所述的电视机安装板2的数量为两副,该两副电视机安装板2一上一下分别安装于连接板1的上端和下端,且所述的连接板1的上部一左一右对称设有两排供位于上方的铰链座3安装以实现安装高度粗调的圆孔,所述的连接板1的下部则一左一右对称设有两排供位于下方的铰链座3安装以实现安装高度微调的长圆孔。两排圆孔的设置可使位于上方的铰链座3实现不同高度的安装,且高度变化明显,可实现安装高度的粗调,而对于高度不同的上下长圆孔,位于下方的铰链座3可实现不同高度的安装,且高度变化明显,可实现安装高度的粗调,同时对于处于同一水平位置的左右长圆孔,位于下方的铰链座3则可实现安装高度的微调,这样便可实现对高度各不相同的曲面电视机的安装。此外,所述的左板2.1和右板2.2则分别等间距对称设有多个供曲面电视机安装的安装孔,这样通过多个安装孔的设置,该副电视机安装板2便可实现对长度各不相同及弧度各不相同的曲面电视机的安装,总的来说,该结构设计的电视机安装板可实现不同尺寸大小的曲面电视机的安装。
当然,所述的左板2.1还可通过一根铰链轴铰接于连接板1上,而所述的右板2.2则通过另一根铰链轴对称铰接于连接板1上,也就是说左板2.1和右板2.2是通过不同的铰链轴铰接于连接板1上。此时,如图3所示,两根铰链轴还通过同一个铰链座进行安装。
本发明的壁挂组件可实现曲面电视机的安装,还能实现不同尺寸不同弯曲弧度的曲面电视机的安装,使该壁挂组件具有良好的通用性,且安装后结构稳定,使曲面电视机安装牢固可靠。另外该壁挂组件整体零部件少,结构简洁,生产成本也较低,组装也非常方便,客户可直接进行组装,而无需专业工人进行组装,总的来说是曲面电视机的优选壁挂组件。
另外该壁挂组件在安装上曲面电视机后既可直接安装于墙壁上,又可根据客户需求安装于其他的壁挂架上,如水平或竖直方向可转动一定角度的壁挂架上,能充分满足客户的需求。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种壁挂组件,包括连接板(1)和安装于连接板(1)上且数量至少为一副的电视机安装板(2),其特征在于:每副电视机安装板(2)由左板(2.1)和右板(2.2)组成,所述的左板(2.1)和右板(2.2)之间留有与曲面电视机横向弯曲角度大小相配的夹角;所述的电视机安装板(2)的数量为两副,该两副电视机安装板(2)一上一下分别安装于连接板(1)的上端和下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂组件,其特征在于:所述的左板(2.1)和右板(2.2)通过同一铰链轴对称铰接于连接板(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂组件,其特征在于:所述的左板(2.1)通过一根铰链轴铰接于连接板(1)上,所述的右板(2.2)通过另一根铰链轴对称铰接于连接板(1)上。
