所述笔芯架开口视窗21所在侧面的前端平台上设轴向安装导槽23,安装导槽23后端设限位平台24。推针套筒6从笔芯架前端安装,轴向卡台61穿过安装导槽23,用力向后推压,利用弹性跳过限位平台24,安装方便。
所述笔芯架2外表沿周向设若干C凸块25,所述推针套筒6内壁对应部沿周向设环状D凸筋62,C凸块25所形成的圆周外径大于D凸筋62所形成的圆周内径,静态状态时D凸筋62置于C凸块25后端。使得推针套筒6更加稳固在套装在笔芯架2上,不会在笔芯架上窜动。
本装置还包括笔帽7,所述笔帽7开口端内壁沿周向设环状E凸筋71,所述笔芯架2后端外表面沿周向设若干F凸块27,E凸筋71与F凸块27卡合将 笔帽7固定在笔芯架2上,笔帽不会轻易脱落。
为了防止药液容量刻度在推针套筒6反复轴向推滑中磨掉,所述笔芯架2侧面设有凹部26,药液容量刻度设于凹部。
所述推针套筒6由透明材质制成,便于观察笔芯内剩余药液的剂量,笔芯架的开口视窗位置的推针套筒上还可开设缺槽,也是为了便于观察笔芯内药液剂量。

所述笔芯4前端设有安装台5适配连接注射针头3;
所述推针套筒6内壁设有周向卡台61,周向卡台61位于笔芯架的开口视窗21内,其两端抵靠在笔芯架的开口视窗21两侧边,其受限于开口视窗前端的限位平台22;
所述笔帽7顶端内壁沿周向设环状G凸筋72,所述推针套管6前端周向设局部镂空63,镂空处的笔芯架2相应部位设有H凸块28,G凸筋72与H凸块28卡合将笔帽7固定在笔芯架2上。

所述笔芯4前端设有安装台5适配连接注射针头3;
所述笔芯架2壁内套设推针套筒6,推针套筒6外壁设有卡块64,卡块64位于笔芯架的开口视窗21内,其两边活动卡在开口视窗两侧外壁上;通过推动卡块64,使推针套筒6于笔芯架前端受限轴向滑动。其余如实施例1。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,包括剂量推注机构(1)、笔芯架(2)、注射针头(3),所述笔芯架(2)为筒状体,内装笔芯(4),笔芯架(2)上设有轴向观察笔芯内药液容量的开口视窗(21),笔芯架(2)后端连接剂量推注机构(1),笔芯架(2)或笔芯(4)前端设有安装台(5)适配连接注射针头(3),注射针头(3)包括针管(31)、针座(32)、安装套管(33),针管(31)安装在针座(32)上,针座(32)连接安装套管(33),其特征在于:所述注射针头(3)卡接在安装台(5)上;所述笔芯架(2)壁外或壁内套设推针套筒(6),推针套筒(6)前端开口直径大于安装台(5)外径小于安装套管(33)外径,推针套筒(6)于笔芯架前端受限轴向滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:所述推针套筒(6)内壁设有轴向或周向卡台(61),轴向或周向卡台(61)位于笔芯架的开口视窗(21)内,其受限于开口视窗前端的限位平台(22);或者推针套筒(6)外壁设有卡块(64),卡块(64)位于笔芯架的开口视窗(21)内,其两边活动卡在开口视窗两侧外壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:轴向卡台(61)位于笔芯架的开口视窗(21)两侧边位置;或周向卡台(61)两端抵靠在笔芯架的开口视窗(21)两侧边。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:所述安装台(5)外周面沿周向设有若干A凸块(51)或环状A凸筋,注射针头的安装套管(33)内壁沿周向设有匹配卡接的环状B凸筋(34)或若干B 凸块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:所述笔芯架开口视窗(21)所在侧面的前端平台上设轴向安装导槽(23),安装导槽(23)后端设限位平台(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:所述笔芯架(2)外表沿周向设若干C凸块(25)或环状C凸筋,所述推针套筒(6)内壁对应部沿周向设环状D凸筋(62)或若干D凸块,C凸块(25)或C凸筋所形成的圆周外径大于D凸筋(62)或D凸块所形成的圆周内径,静态状态时D凸筋(62)或D凸块置于C凸块(25)或C凸筋后端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:包括笔帽(7),所述笔帽(7)开口端内壁沿周向设环状E凸筋(71)或若干E凸块,所述笔芯架(2)后端外表面沿周向设若干F凸块(27)或环状F凸筋,E凸筋(71)或E凸块与F凸块(27)或F凸筋卡合将笔帽(7)固定在笔芯架(2)上;或者所述笔帽(7)顶端内壁沿周向设环状G凸筋(72),所述推针套管(6)前端周向设局部镂空(63),镂空处的笔芯架(2)相应部位设有H凸块(28),G凸筋(72)与H凸块(28)卡合将笔帽(7)固定在笔芯架(2)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:所述笔芯架(2)侧面设有凹部(26),药液容量刻度设于凹部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置,其特征在于:所述推针套筒(6)由透明材质制成。
  10. 一种具有推卸针头机构的胰岛素注射装置针头,所述针头包括针管(31)、 针座(32)、安装套管(33),针管(31)安装在针座(32)上,针座(32)连接安装套管(33),其特征在于:所述安装套管(33)内壁沿周向设有环状B凸筋(34)或若干B凸块,B凸筋(34)或B凸块匹配卡接安装台(5)上的A凸块(51)或A凸筋。
