Description

藥物輸送裝置
本發明有關包含許多自動特色之藥物輸送裝置。
在該市場上有增加數目之藥物輸送裝置,其係配置有許多不同自動功能及特色。尤其自動注射係通常被提供在注射器的特色。如比較於手動注射,自動注射促進藥物輸送裝置之處理,因為注射順序、及尤其該開始需要相當高的力量。這是因為用於運動該塞子之相當高的擺脫力量。如果該藥物具有較高之黏性及/或狹窄的注射針,較高之力量需求係亦存在。

該等圖面中所顯示的藥物輸送裝置包含具有大致上管狀形狀及具有多少長方形之截面的外部外殼10,並具有遠側端12及近側端14。該外殼10之遠側端12係配置有許多附接元件16,其被配置來與端蓋20上的對應附接元件18配合。該外部外殼10之近側端14係配置有中心開口22,近側內部外殼零件24正延伸經過該中心開口。該近側內部外殼零件24係在其遠側端的內表面上配置有附接元件26,看圖3,該等附接元件26被配置來與遠側內部外殼零件30上之對應附接元件28配合。該遠側內部外殼零件30係配置有橫向壁面32,並具有中心通道34。該中心通道34係配置有二個相反定位的切口36。再者,二個周邊通道38鄰接該遠側內部外殼零件30之內部壁面被配置在相向兩側上的壁面32中,看圖3及4。看圖3,背 脊40被定位在該縱長方向中,如由該周邊通道38所看見,其功能將在下面被敘述。再者,承座42被配置在該橫向壁面32之遠側表面上,看圖3,其功能將在下面被說明。
該近側內部外殼零件24係另配置有開口或窗口44。每一窗口係配置有朝內引導的圓周凸耳46。如在圖4中所看見,支撐壁面48被附接至該圓周凸耳46,其中該支撐壁面48係配置有中心通道50。該中心通道50之邊緣以及該等窗口44的圓周凸耳46之內部邊緣形成用於大致上管狀的藥物容器夾具52之支撐表面,看圖1。該藥物容器夾具52被配置來容納大致上管狀的修長藥物容器54,其設有可運動之塞子56及配置有藥物輸送構件58,該藥物輸送構件於所示實施例中係注射針,看圖2。然而,其將被了解其他型式之藥物輸送構件、諸如噴霧器、嘴部或鼻件可被使用,僅只論及一些。該藥物輸送構件58可被與該藥物容器54整合或能為一可附接的零件,其能以許多方式、諸如以螺紋、卡口耦接、魯爾連接、與類似者等連接。

該近側內部外殼零件24係配置有中心通道62,大致上管狀的藥物輸送構件防護件64經過該中心通道突出,看圖1及6。該藥物輸送構件防護件64在該近側方向中被藥物輸送構件防護件彈簧66所驅策,該彈簧66被配置於該藥物輸送構件防護件64之朝遠側引導壁部份及該圓周凸耳46的朝近側引導表面之間,如在圖2中所視。該藥物輸送構件防護件64係設有近側、大致上管狀零件68,其設有中心通道70,看圖6及9。在該管狀零件68的遠側端,二支臂72係在該遠側方向中延伸。該支臂72被配置有縱長延伸溝槽74,其係意欲與該近側內部外殼零件24之內表面上的縱長導引背脊76配合。再者,該等支臂72之內表面的每一者係配置有轉子啟動器元件,於所示實施例中,其係呈突出部份78之形式,看圖6。該突出部份78被配置成與大致上管狀轉子82的外表面上之呈背脊80形式的導引元件配合,看圖6。部份該等導引背脊80i正關於該藥物輸送裝置之縱軸L傾斜地延伸,其功能將在下面被敘述。該轉子82的近側部份係另配置有朝近側引導之舌片84,其中該等舌片84的自由端係配置有楔子形向外引導之突出部份86,其功能將在下面被敘 述。
該藥物輸送裝置係另配置有動力組87,看圖11,包含延伸經過該轉子82的修長柱塞桿88,看圖2a。該柱塞桿88係配置有二個被配置在相向兩側上之縱長溝槽90,看圖7,該等溝槽90的每一個係配置有二個切口92、94,一切口92在該柱塞桿88之遠側端,且一切口94於該近側區域中,看圖7。該柱塞桿88被配置成與具有中心通道98的大致上圓環形釋放扣夾元件96配合,該柱塞桿88延伸經過該中心通道98。該中心通道98係配置有朝內延伸之凸耳100,該等凸耳100裝入該柱塞桿88的縱長溝槽90。它們亦將與該切口92、94共同合作,如將被說明。該釋放扣夾元件96被另配置至該近側內部外殼零件24,使朝近側引導表面與該近側內部外殼零件24之橫向壁面32的朝遠側引導表面接觸。該釋放扣夾元件96係配置有朝近側延伸支臂102,其被配置來裝入該橫向壁面32之中心通道34的切口36,在此該切口36將限制該釋放扣夾元件96之轉動,如將被敘述。該等支臂102的自由端係配置有徑向地往外引導之凸耳104,該等凸耳104正接觸該橫向壁面32的近側表面,藉此防止該釋放扣夾元件96於該遠側方向中之運動,看圖8。
該釋放扣夾元件96係另配置有可撓支臂106,看圖7,其被彎曲及在該圓周方向中延伸,該可撓支臂106的自由端被安座在該遠側內部外殼零件30之橫向壁面32上所配置的承座42中。該釋放扣夾元件96亦包含呈二個朝 近側引導背脊110之形式的啟動表面,該等背脊110具有楔子形樣式,如在縱長截面中所看見。該楔子形背脊110大致上被定位鄰接該橫向壁面32之周邊通道38。該藥物輸送構件防護件64的支臂72之遠側端係配置有釋放扣夾啟動元件,其在所示實施例中被配置為朝遠側引導的舌片112,看圖9,該等舌片112被配置成經過該遠側內部外殼零件30之橫向壁面32的周邊通道38裝入,並接觸該釋放扣夾元件96之楔子形背脊110,如將被敘述。
該動力組87係另配置有大致上配置在該柱塞桿88的遠側端之U字形托架114。該托架114可旋轉地支撐一輥子116,看圖2a及10。呈盤繞的鐘錶彈簧118之形式的力量元件、例如驅動彈簧被配置在該輥子116上,並具有附接至該輥子116之內端部。該鐘錶彈簧118的自由端係設有孔洞120,看圖10,固定支柱122延伸經過該孔洞120,看圖4,該支柱係與該橫向壁面32為一體。該托架114亦包含橫向地引導之突出部份124,看圖7及11,具有如在截面中所看見的楔子形狀。該托架114係在該橫向方向中被裝入縱長延伸溝槽125之背脊40所支撐,看圖7,而藉由該彈簧118的力量防止於那方向中之任何運動。
端罩126被附接至該遠側內部外殼零件的遠側端,看圖12。該端罩126包含內部零件128、較佳地係於透明材料中。該內部零件128具有盤形本體130及朝近側引導之修長放大鏡零件132。該本體130的內部朝近側引導表面 係配置有L形導引元件134。在其外表面上設有標記之資訊色帶136經由支柱137被附接至該柱塞桿88的U字形托架114,且環繞該L形導引元件134延伸、通過該放大鏡132。該內部零件128係可附接至第二外部零件138。該外部零件138係配置有盤形本體140,其設有朝近側引導之支臂142。圓周溝槽144被配置在該等支臂142的內表面上,該內部零件128之本體130裝入該圓周溝槽。該等支臂142的外表面係配置有圓周突出部份146,其係意欲裝入該遠側內部外殼零件30之遠側部份的內表面上之對應的圓周溝槽148、並與對應的圓周溝槽148互鎖,看圖3。該端蓋20係配置有通道150,當該藥物輸送裝置被組裝時,該放大鏡132裝入該通道150中。修長之朝近側引導的栓銷152被進一步附接至該第二外部零件138,看圖11。該栓銷152係沿著其長度配置有楔子形齒部154,該等楔子形齒部154被配置成與該托架114之楔子形突出部份124嚙合,如將被敘述。
最後,該藥物輸送裝置包含藥物輸送構件屏蔽件移除器156,看圖1。其包含大致上具有端部壁面160的管狀抓握部份158。該端部壁面160之朝遠側引導表面係配置有承座,大致上管狀的抓握元件162被放置在該承座中。當該藥物輸送構件屏蔽件移除器156被附接至該藥物輸送裝置之近側端時,該抓握元件162將為與該藥物輸送構件屏蔽件60同軸向及包圍該藥物輸送構件屏蔽件60。該抓握元件162包含許多大致上朝近側引導的稍微朝內傾斜之 舌片164,其正嚙合該藥物輸送構件屏蔽件60的外表面。
該裝置係意欲起作用如下。當該藥物輸送裝置被傳輸至使用者時,具有被附接之藥物輸送構件屏蔽件60的藥物容器54已被放置於該藥物容器夾具52中,且藥物輸送構件屏蔽件移除器156已被附接至該藥物輸送裝置之近側端。該動力組87的驅動彈簧118已被捲出(coiled out)及繃緊,其中該柱塞桿88已相對該釋放扣夾元件96被朝遠側地推動,使得該釋放扣夾元件96之中心通道98中的朝內引導凸耳100與該柱塞桿88之朝近側地定位的切口94嚙合,藉此將該柱塞桿88保持在繃緊狀態中。該釋放扣夾元件96藉由該釋放扣夾元件96之可撓支臂106被驅策及保持在此位置中。
現在當該藥物輸送裝置將被使用時,其近側端被壓抵靠著劑量輸送部位。這造成該藥物輸送構件防護件64相對該藥物輸送裝置的其餘部份朝遠側地運動。該藥物輸送構件防護件64之支臂72的內表面上之突出部份將與該轉子82的傾斜導引背脊80接觸,藉此轉動該轉子82。再者,該藥物輸送構件防護件64之舌片112的遠側端將與該釋放扣夾元件96之楔子形背脊110的傾斜表面嚙合,且壓在該傾斜表面上。此舉將造成該釋放扣夾元件96頂抗該可撓支臂106之力量轉動,直至該朝近側引導的支臂102撞擊該中心通道34之切口36的側表面。該釋放扣夾元件96之轉動將造成該釋放扣夾元件96的凸耳100移出 該柱塞桿88之切口94。
該柱塞桿88現在係自由地運動,並將在該近側方向中被該驅動彈簧118的力量所強迫。該柱塞桿88之近側端將作用在該塞子56上,以於該近側方向中運動之,藉此經過該藥物輸送構件58排出一劑量藥物。既然該柱塞桿88正在該近側方向中運動,如此該托架114及該楔子形突出部份124亦運動,使得其將沿著該修長栓銷152的齒部154運動並與該齒部154接觸,造成劑量輸送順序被施行之聽得見及觸覺資訊。再者,該柱塞桿88隨著該托架114的運動將拉動該資訊色帶136,以致其運動通過該放大鏡132,使得該標記係可經過該放大鏡132看見,在此該標記之圖案給與該劑量輸送順序被施行的視覺指示。當該等凸耳100撞擊該縱長溝槽90之遠側端時,該注射順序被結束,由此該釋放扣夾96將被該可撓支臂106所轉動,使得該等凸耳100裝入該遠側切口92。
現在當該劑量已被輸送時,該藥物輸送裝置被由該部位移去。這依序將造成該藥物輸送構件防護件64將藉由該藥物輸送構件屏蔽件彈簧66在該近側方向中被運動,該藥物輸送構件屏蔽件彈簧66延伸經過該藥物輸送裝置的近側端及蓋住該藥物輸送構件。既然該轉子82已被旋轉,該藥物輸送構件防護件64之突出部份78將滑動在該轉子82的楔子形突出部份86之上,且朝其近側地被放置,藉此將該藥物輸送構件防護件64鎖定於該延伸、蓋住位置中。該裝置現在可被以安全的方式拋棄。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種藥物輸送裝置,包含外殼(10、20、24、30),經偏向的藥物輸送構件防護件(64),被配置成可關於該外殼由朝近側延伸位置運動至縮回位置;動力組(87),包括設有複數切口(92,94)的柱塞桿(88)及被配置來作用在該柱塞桿(88)上的力量元件(118),該動力組(87)係藉由大致環狀的釋放扣夾(96)所作動,該釋放扣夾(96)可關於該外殼轉動且設有凸耳(100),該凸耳(100)被配置用於卡合進入該柱塞桿(88)的該等切口內,用於以在繃緊狀態中之力量元件(118)可釋放地固持該柱塞桿(88);大致管狀的轉子(82),可旋轉地配置在該外殼內側,該轉子(82)係在其外表面上配置有導引元件(80)及藥物輸送構件防護件鎖定元件(84、86);其中該藥物輸送構件防護件(64)係配置有釋放扣夾啟動元件(112),其可操作地配置來作用在該釋放扣夾(96)上並轉動該釋放扣夾(96),其中該凸耳(100)被運動脫離該等切口(92,94)以釋放該柱塞桿,及其中該藥物輸送構件防護件(64)係另配置有轉子啟動器元件(78),其被配置來與該導引元件(80)配合,用於在該藥物輸送構件防護件(64)運動至該縮回位置時轉動該轉子(82),且其中,在該藥物輸送構件防護件(64)運動回至該延伸位置時,該轉子啟動器元件(78)將嚙合該藥 物輸送構件防護件鎖定元件(84、86),並在由藥物輸送部位移除該藥物輸送裝置之後,將該藥物輸送構件防護件(64)鎖定於屏蔽位置中。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之藥物輸送裝置,其中該釋放扣夾啟動元件包含朝遠側地引導的舌片(112),其被配置來作用在該釋放扣夾(96)上之啟動表面(110)上。
