Claims (9)
- 一种防泄漏阀门,包括阀体(1)、安装于所述阀体(1)内的阀芯(2)、与所述阀芯(2)相配合的阀座(3)以及用于流体流入的阀笼(4),所述阀笼(4)与所述阀座(3)相连,所述阀笼(4)上设置有环形缺口(5),所述环形缺口(5)内设置有密封圈(6),所述密封圈(6)可与所述阀芯(2)外周面(16)贴合,其特征在于:所述密封圈(6)开设有凹槽(9),流体可流入所述凹槽(9)内并对凹槽(9)的内壁(17)施加压力使得密封圈(6)与所述阀芯(2)的外周面(16)紧密贴合。
- 按照权利要求1所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述阀笼(4)包括与之一体成型的阻挡壁(8),所述阻挡壁(8)靠近所述阀芯(2)设置并且部分抵靠所述密封圈(6)。
- 按照权利要求2所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述阻挡壁(8)设置有至少一个小孔(10),所述小孔(10)与所述凹槽(9)及流体均相互连通。
- 按照权利要求2所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述密封圈(6)设有接触部(12),所述接触部(12)突出于所述阻挡壁(8),所述接触部(12)可与所述阀芯(2)外周面(16)贴合。
- 按照权利要求1所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述密封圈(6)的截面大致呈U形。
- 按照权利要求1所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述流体具有流体高压区(4a),所述凹槽(9)的开口(18)朝向流体高压区(4a)。
- 按照权利要求1所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述凹槽(9)内设置有环形弹圈(11)。
- 按照权利要求7所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述环形弹圈(11)的直径等于或者略大于所述凹槽(9)。
- 按照权利要求1所述防泄漏阀门,其特征在于:所述阀座(3)开设有环形槽(7),所述环形槽(7)与所述环形缺口(5)相配合共同容纳所述密封圈(6)。
