背景技术
为了使汽车在冰雪路面上正常行驶,一般给轮胎配备防滑链,以此来增大与路面的摩擦力。现有的防滑链一般包含铁锁链式与橡胶网格式,铁锁链式防滑链虽然承载能力大、防滑效果好,但是重量也较重,噪音非常大,车辆在运行中轮胎的颠簸尤为明显,长时间使用后,铁锁链与轮胎间的磨损较大,造成轮胎的非正常磨损。再有橡胶网格式防滑链具有重量轻、安装方便的优点,但是随着行驶里程的增加,橡胶网格的磨损就会增大,磨损达到一定程度,容易会造成防滑链松动继而断裂,而且橡胶网格防滑链由于网格密度一致,在行驶时会形成固定频率的噪音,影响驾驶员感官。另外橡胶网格内容易被冰雪附着,并导致摩擦力下降,降低防滑效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供的一种汽车防滑链,以解决上述背景技术中传动防滑链笨重难安装、噪音大强度低、导致轮胎非正常磨损及挂冰的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的防滑链主要由若干链节相互连接构成的链圈。链节包括链杆、背板和防滑齿。链杆为弧形结构,链杆的一端沿圆弧径向设有开槽,开槽内设有连接开槽两侧的链轴。链杆的另一端设有宽度与开槽宽度对应的连接头。连接头设有轴线与链轴轴线平行的孔。链杆在圆弧外侧连接设有与链杆中部相切的背板。背板在与链杆连接的另一面延链杆圆弧周向设有若干防滑齿。

工作原理:首选根据车轮圆周大小将适当数量的链节1通过链轴6及轴孔8的配合连接起来,并将链一端的连接头7与活接9的链轴6配合,组成一条完整的防滑链。将防滑链缠绕嵌入轮胎排水槽中,将活接9的第一挂钩10通过钳子钩挂在防滑链末端链轴6上,此时防滑链安装完毕。
在使用过程中随着轮胎胎面的逐渐磨损,轮胎排水槽会逐渐变浅,从而 影响防滑链的稳定性。此时需要活接9一端的第二挂钩11重新钩挂在防滑链末端的链轴6中达到紧固的目的。同时,将胶垫13一端的连接销14从胎面方向向外穿入背板3的挂孔12中,固定在背板3与胎面之间的胶垫13起到消除间隙的作用,从而保证防滑链的稳定工作。
由于链节的防滑齿4间距各不相同,所以在行驶时,防滑齿4碾压路面时的发声间隔不同,不能形成固定的噪音频率,因此达到降噪的目的。
当安装有该防滑链的汽车在冰雪路面上行驶时,对车轮拱处的初级线圈15加电,此时初级线圈15在一定范围内形成电磁场。由于轮胎不断旋转,背板3上的次级线圈16不断切割轮拱处的电磁场,致使次级线圈16感应发电。次级线圈16发出的电流经过稳压电路17后使防滑齿4内的电加热体18发热,融化防滑齿4上的附着冰,从而达到自清洁的目的。同时,电磁体19工作,产生与防滑齿4上磁体21同极的磁场,通过斥力将方滑齿4沿铰接轴推开,并进入工作状态。由于电磁铁并联有电容器20,在稳压电路17对电磁铁19加电的同时也将电量储存在电容器20中,当次级线圈16随着车轮转动远离初级线圈15后,电容器20仍能为电磁铁19提供一个稳定的工作电流,使防滑片4保持在工作位置。
当安装有该防滑链的汽车在干燥的铺装路面上行驶时,停止对轮拱处的初级线圈15供电,此时电容器20的电量逐渐被电磁铁耗尽后,防滑齿4上的磁体21与电磁铁吸合,防滑齿4沿铰接轴折叠收纳到背板3上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防滑链,其特征在于:包括由若干链节(1)相互连接构成的链圈;所述链节(1)包括链杆(2)、背板(3)和防滑齿(4);所述链杆(2)为弧形结构,链杆(2)的一端沿圆弧径向设有开槽(5),开槽(5)内设有连接开槽(5)两侧的链轴(6);链杆(2)的另一端设有宽度与开槽(5)宽度对应的连接头(7);所述连接头(7)设有轴线与链轴(6)轴线平行的轴孔(8);所述链杆(2)在圆弧外侧连接设有与链杆(2)中部相切的背板(3);所述背板(3)在与链杆(2)连接的对面上连接设置有沿链杆(2)圆弧周向排列的若干防滑齿(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于:包括活接(9),所述活接(9)为其中一个链节(1)的链杆(2)沿圆弧周向排列设有第一挂钩(10)和第二挂钩(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述背板(3)设有若干贯通挂孔(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防滑链,其特征在于:还包括胶垫(13),所述胶垫(13)为实心圆柱体,圆柱体一端同轴设有连接销(14);所述胶垫(13)通过连接销(14)与背板(3)的挂孔(12)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述防滑齿(4)为不等间距设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于:还包括带铁芯的初级线圈(15),所述初级线圈(15)设置在车轮拱内部靠近轮胎面的一侧,初级线圈(15)与车辆电源电性连接;所述背板设(3)有带铁芯的次级线圈(16),次级线圈(16)输出端设有稳压电路(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述防滑齿(4)内设有电加热体(18),所述电加热体(18)与稳压电路(17)电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述防滑齿(4)中央部位设有与背板(3)平行的贯通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述防滑齿(4)与背板(3)铰接;防滑齿(4)的一侧还设有磁体(21);背板中央设有电磁铁(19),所述电磁铁(19)与稳压电路(17)电性连接,所述电磁铁(19)还并联设有电容器(20)。
  10. 一种用于安装包括所述权利要求1至5中任意一项的车轮提升器,其特征在于包括:筒座(22)、桶芯(23)及螺杆(24);所述筒座(22)为竖直的方管结构,方管的底部设有支撑底座;方管侧壁铰接有齿尖朝内上方的棘牙(25),棘牙(25)尾部设有翘板;方管内部设有可上下移动的筒芯(23),筒芯(23)外侧壁设有与棘牙(25)配合的倒齿(26);筒芯(23)内部设有带外螺纹的螺杆(24),筒芯(23)顶部设有壳体(27),壳体(27)内设有与螺杆(24)外螺纹配合的涡轮(28),壳体(27)内部的一侧设有与涡轮(28)配合蜗杆(29),壳体(27)侧壁设有与蜗杆(29)对应的轴孔;摇把(30)通过轴孔与壳体(27)内部的蜗杆(29)连接;所述螺杆(24)顶部设有托架(32),托架(32)的顶端设有胶垫(33)。
