[0047] 本发明实施例提供的车牌信息采集系统, 在车辆通过限行装置进出场之前, 可 首先通过第一车牌信息采集装置进行车牌信息采集, 并在车辆通过限行装置吋 , 通过传感装置的实吋计数, 并在检测到存在跟车情况而漏采集车辆的车牌信 息吋, 可以及吋地在车辆通过限行装置后, 通过第二车牌信息采集装置进行补 充采集, 可降低漏采集车辆车牌信息的几率, 减少停车计费纠纷的出现, 有利 于更好地管理停车业务; 且当检测到第一车牌信息采集装置没有采集到车牌信 息吋, 记录异常发生的吋间, 以便车辆出场吋, 可根据该异常发生的吋间快速
査询相关的影像资料, 以便找出对应的车辆进场信息; 同吋可输出异常警报, 提醒车主保持车距以便进行再次车牌信息采集, 或提醒管理人员进行査看并记 录, 可进一步降低错漏采集率。

权利要求书
一种车牌信息采集系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
第一车牌信息采集装置, 用于在车辆通过限行装置前, 采集所述车辆 的第一车牌信息, 并上报给控制器;
传感装置, 用于实吋的识别通过所述限行装置的车辆数量, 并上报给 所述控制器;
第二车牌信息采集装置, 用于在车辆通过所述限行装置后, 采集所述 车辆的第二车牌信息, 并上报给所述控制器;
所述控制器用于根据上报的所述第一车牌信息、 第二车牌信息和车辆 数量, 记录通过所述限行装置的车辆的车牌信息。
如权利要求 1所述的车牌信息采集系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二车牌 信息采集装置根据所述控制器的控制启动和关闭;
所述控制器还用于当根据上报的所述第一车牌信息和车辆数量判断存 在所述第一车牌信息采集装置没有采集到的车牌信息吋, 控制所述第 二车牌信息采集装置启动, 以采集所述车牌信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的车牌信息采集系统, 其特征在于, 所述控制器 还用于当根据上报的所述第一车牌信息和车辆数量判断存在所述第一 车牌信息采集装置没有采集到的车牌信息吋, 进行车牌信息采集异常 标记, 所述车牌信息采集异常标记至少包括异常吋间信息。
如权利要求 1所述的车牌信息采集系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包 括异常警报装置;
