包装箱、缓冲插件及支架 技术领域
本申请属于液晶屏包装盒技术领域,涉及一种支架、使用该支架的缓冲插件及使用该缓冲插件的包装箱。
背景技术
液晶屏在受到外力碰撞或震动时容易破裂,因而在运输时需要极其小心。目前液晶屏一般采用发泡塑料盒进行包装,同时为了减轻运输时的振动,会在包装盒的四个角放置缓冲插件,以将液晶屏的四角与包装盒四角隔开,避免液晶屏在运输过程中,角部碰撞包装盒而导致液晶屏破损。
当前的缓冲插件由塑胶支架和软质缓冲垫两部分构成。使用工作人员将软质缓冲垫粘贴在塑胶支架的相邻两内侧面上,再将缓冲插件置于包装盒的四角。然而人工机械、重复粘接缓冲垫,容易出现软质缓冲垫贴歪的情况,导致缓冲插件放置于包装盒后,与液晶屏的配合尺寸出现偏差,增大了液晶屏破损的风险。
技术问题
本申请的目的在于提供一种缓冲插件及支架,以解决现有技术中存在的软质缓冲垫易贴歪而导致与液晶屏的配合尺寸出现偏差的问题。
技术解决方案

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
请一并参阅图1至图3,现对本申请提供的支架10进行说明。该支架10用于设置于包装箱各角部与液晶屏对应角部之间,而当支架10上安装有软质缓冲垫20时,可以对液晶屏的四角起缓冲隔绝作用,防止液晶屏的角部碰撞包装箱。所述支架10包括两个隔板11,两个隔板11垂直设置,且两个隔板11固定相连;在使用时,当支架10设在包装箱的角部时,两个隔板11分别延伸至液晶屏相应角部对应的两侧边。各隔板11靠近另一隔板11的一面为内表面111,各内表面111上设有用于定位粘接软质缓冲垫20的定位结构。设置定位结构,以方便在隔板11上粘贴软质缓冲垫20,防止软质缓冲垫20贴歪。
本申请提供的支架10,与现有技术相比,本申请支架10的两个隔板11的内表面111上分别设置用于定位软质缓冲垫20的定位结构,从而在隔板11的内表面111上粘接软质缓冲垫20时,可以通过定位结构来对软质缓冲垫20进行定位,以便软质缓冲垫20快速、准确的贴合在支架10上,更好的与液晶屏配合,减少误差。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图3,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,定位结构为沿相应隔板11长度方向设置于该隔板11之内表面111上的两条定位肋112。通过在各隔板11的内表面111上设置定位肋112,从而在粘贴软质缓冲垫20时,操作人员可以触摸到定位肋112,可以方便粘贴软质缓冲垫20,以提高粘贴效率,以防贴歪。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图3,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,各定位肋112凸出相应内表面111的高度范围为0.3-0.6mm。将定位肋112凸出相应内表面111的高度范围为0.3-0.6mm,即将定位肋112的高度为0.3-0.6mm,既可以方便定位软质缓冲垫20,并且可以使软质缓冲垫20凸出定位肋112,防止定位肋112磕碰液晶屏。优先地,各定位肋112凸出相应内表面0.5mm,以便操作人员更好的触摸到定位肋112,便于快速粘接软质缓冲垫20。
在其它实施例中,定位结构也可以为开设于相应内表面111上的定位槽。通过定位槽来对软质缓冲垫20进行定位,便于提高粘贴效率与精度。更在一个实施例中,定位槽沿相应隔板11的长度方向设置。以便一次性在隔板11的内表面111粘贴上软质缓冲垫20。当然,在另一些实施例中,定位槽也可以沿隔板11宽度方向设置,但这种结构,需要在隔板11的内表面111上并排设置多个定位槽,以便在隔板11的内表面111上覆盖软质缓冲垫20。更在一个实施例中,定位槽的深度范围为0.3-0.6mm。既可以方便定位软质缓冲垫20,并且可以使软质缓冲垫20凸出定位槽,防止定位槽的侧壁磕碰液晶屏。优先地,定位槽的深度为0.5mm,以便操作人员更好的触摸到定位槽的侧壁,便于快速粘接软质缓冲垫20。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,两个隔板11相连的内角处开设有避让槽113。该结构在将支架10设置在液晶屏角部时,两个隔板11的连接处与液晶屏对应角尖或角顶处对应,而在两个隔板11相连的内角处设置避让槽113,可以避开液晶屏对应角尖或角顶,防止支架10碰撞液晶屏的角尖或角顶。
为了方便描述,定义避让槽113深度方向上的顶部两侧壁为该避让槽113两侧的侧壁。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,避让槽113两侧的侧壁之内表面倾斜于相应的隔板11,且避让槽113各侧壁的内表面与相应隔板11之间的夹角为钝角,以方便加工制作,减少毛刺,进而可以更好的保护液晶屏。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,避让槽113两侧的侧壁之内表面平行设置,从而在注塑制作时,便于抽模,方便加工制作。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,该支架10还包括连接两个隔板11的两个插板12,两个插板12及两个隔板11呈“十”字型设置。将支架10设置呈“十”字型,可以通过两个插板12插在包装箱中,以方便将该支架10固定在包装箱的角部。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将支架10粘接在包装箱的角部。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,两个插板12及两个隔板11是一体成型。将两个插板12及两个隔板11一体成型,即支架10是一体成型制作,以保证支架10有良好的强度,同时也方便加工制作。更在一个实施例中,支架10可以使用塑胶注塑成型,以便加工。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,各插板12与相邻隔板11的连接处呈圆倒角,以使插板12与相邻隔板11连接更为牢固。同理,两个插板12的连接处呈圆倒角,以便两个插板12连接更为牢固。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,作为本申请提供的支架10的一种具体实施方式,隔板11的长度大于插板12的长度,以节省材料,降低成型,同时也便于将支架10固定在包装箱上。
请参阅图3,本申请实施例还公开了一种缓冲插件100,包括如上所述的支架10,支架10的隔板11的内表面111粘接有软质缓冲垫20。本申请的缓冲插件100使用了上述支架10,而支架10的两个隔板11的内表面111上分别设置了定位结构,可以方便软质缓冲垫20快速、准确的贴合在支架10上,更好的与液晶屏配合,减少误差。
本申请实施例还公开了一种包装箱,包括包装盒,所述包装盒的四角分别设有如上所述的缓冲插件。该包装箱的包装盒的四角分别设置有上述缓冲插件,可以使各缓冲插件的软质缓冲垫抵持液晶屏的角部,提高与液晶屏的配合精度,降低液晶屏破损的风险。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种支架,用于设置于包装箱各角部与液晶屏对应角部之间;
    所述支架包括两个隔板,两个所述隔板垂直设置,且两个所述隔板固定相连;
    其中,各所述隔板靠近另一所述隔板的一面为内表面,各所述内表面上设有定位结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其中:所述定位结构为开设于相应内表面上的定位槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支架,其中:所述定位槽沿相应所述隔板的长度方向设置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的支架,其中:两个所述隔板相连的内角处开设有避让槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其中:所述定位结构为沿相应所述隔板长度方向设置于该隔板之内表面上的两条定位肋。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其中:两个所述隔板相连的内角处开设有避让槽。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其中:还包括连接两个所述隔板的两个插板,两个所述插板及两个所述隔板呈“十”字型设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其中:两个所述插板及两个所述隔板是一体成型。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的支架,其中:各所述插板与相邻所述隔板的连接处呈圆倒角,两个所述插板的连接处呈圆倒角。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其中:两个所述隔板相连的内角处开设有避让槽,所述支架还包括连接两个所述隔板的两个插板,两个所述插板及两个所述隔板呈“十”字型设置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的支架,其中:两个所述插板及两个所述隔板是一体成型,各所述插板与相邻所述隔板的连接处呈圆倒角,两个所述插板的连接处呈圆倒角。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的支架,其中:所述定位结构为开设于相应内表面上的定位槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的支架,其中:所述定位槽沿相应所述隔板的长度方向设置。
  14. 一种支架,用于设置于包装箱各角部与液晶屏对应角部之间;所述支架包括两个隔板,两个所述隔板垂直设置,且两个所述隔板固定相连;
    其中,各所述隔板靠近另一所述隔板的一面为内表面,各所述内表面上设有定位结构,所述定位结构为开设于相应内表面上的定位槽,所述定位槽沿相应所述隔板的长度方向设置,两个所述隔板相连的内角处开设有避让槽,所述支架还包括连接两个所述隔板的两个插板,两个所述插板及两个所述隔板呈“十”字型设置,两个所述插板及两个所述隔板是一体成型,各所述插板与相邻所述隔板的连接处呈圆倒角,两个所述插板的连接处呈圆倒角。
  15. 一种缓冲插件,包括支架,用于设置于包装箱各角部与液晶屏对应角部之间;
    所述支架包括两个隔板,两个所述隔板垂直设置,且两个所述隔板固定相连;
    其中,各所述隔板靠近另一所述隔板的一面为内表面,各所述内表面上设有定位结构,
    所述支架的隔板的内表面粘接有软质缓冲垫。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的缓冲插件,其中:所述定位结构为开设于相应内表面上的定位槽。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的缓冲插件,其中:所述定位槽沿相应所述隔板的长度方向设置。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的缓冲插件,其中:两个所述隔板相连的内角处开设有避让槽。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的缓冲插件,其中:还包括连接两个所述隔板的两个插板,两个所述插板及两个所述隔板呈“十”字型设置。
  20. 一种包装箱,包括包装盒,其中:所述包装盒的四角分别设有缓冲插件;所述缓冲插件包括:
    支架,用于设置于包装箱各角部与液晶屏对应角部之间;
    所述支架包括两个隔板,两个所述隔板垂直设置,且两个所述隔板固定相连;各所述隔板靠近另一所述隔板的一面为内表面,各所述内表面上设有定位结构,所述支架的隔板的内表面粘接有软质缓冲垫。
