Un dispositif de retrait de noyau métallique de type vis à billes dans lequel l'opération d'enlèvement d'un noyau métallique est réalisée en toute sécurité et rapidement et réduit ainsi la charge sur les patients et les dentistes, au moyen d'une étape d'alésage d'un trou dans un noyau métallique, l'alignement d'une prise de coupe avec le trou, la disposition d'une base de corps de dent naturelle sur une dent naturelle, et la rotation de la tête d'un écrou à capuchon vers la base de corps de dent naturelle pour insérer le noyau métallique, et un processus d'avance rotative d'un écrou de verrouillage vers la base de corps de dent naturelle et en outre la rotation de celui-ci sur la base pour amener à la fois le noyau métallique et une vis à billes à se soulever.
