여성들은 자신을 보다 아름답게 표현하기 위하여 여러 가지 화장품을 이용하여 색조화장을 하게 되고, 그 중의 하나가 파우더이다. 상기의 파우더는 가볍게 펴서 피부에 바를 때 사용감이 좋고, 산뜻함을 느낄 수 있음은 물론, 화장한 상태가 자연스럽다.
일반적으로 파우더를 이용하여 화장을 하고자 할 때 파우더 용기에 수용되어 있는 파우더를 별도로 비치된 퍼프에 묻혀 화장함에 있어 파우더 용기와 퍼프가 따로 보관되게 된다. 그럼으로써 퍼프가 유실될 우려가 있으며, 파우더 용기와 퍼프를 각각 찾아 써야하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.
이에 따라 파우더 용기에 대한 개발도 필요하게 되었는데 일반적으로 파우더를 수용하는 용기본체 상단에 중간덮개를 위치시키되 상기 중간덮개 상부에 퍼프를 놓고 용기뚜껑을 닫아 보관하는 방식으로 사용되었다.
하지만 상기 종래 기술은 화장할 때마다 용기뚜껑을 열고 중간덮개를 제거하여 퍼프에 파우더를 묻혀 사용함으로써 화장의 과정이 번거로워지고, 비교적 가볍고 얇은 중간덮개가 유실될 우려가 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 등록실용신안 제 20-0267507호 '화장품용 파우더용기'가 개시되었다.
이러한 종래 기술은 파우더를 수용하는 용기본체 상단에 토출판접시를 위치시킴으로써 토출판접시를 통해 토출시킨 파우더를 퍼프에 바로 묻혀 사용하도록 하며 퍼프보관 시 토출판접시에 내장시켜 보관하도록 하고 있다.
그러나 상기 종래기술은 휴대 중에 파우더가 토출판접시를 통해 배출되어 퍼프 주위를 오염시키는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 등록실용신안 제 20-0322309호 '페이스 파우더 용기'가 개시되었다.
이러한 종래 기술은 파우더를 수용하는 용기본체 상부에 배출망을 위치시키며 상기 배출망 상부에 내부뚜껑을 형성하였다. 상기 내부뚜껑을 닫았을 때 내부뚜껑이 배출망을 덮어 밀폐 시킴으로써 내부뚜껑 위에 내장된 퍼프에 파우더가 묻는 것을 방지하도록 하고 있다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 내용물을 수용하는 용기본체의 상부에 배출부재가 결합되며, 상기 배출부재 일측에 내부뚜껑이 힌지부로 결합된다. 상기 배출부재의 밑판 중앙에는 배출판을 형성시키되 밑판과 배출판 사이를 탄성연결부로 연결시킨다. 그럼으로써 상기 내부뚜껑을 닫았을 때, 상기 내부뚜껑 하부 중앙의 밀폐돌출부가 배출판을 가압하게 되어 탄성연결부의 탄성으로 인해 배출판이 하부로 밀려 내려가면서 상기 내부뚜껑과 배출부재는 긴밀하게 밀착되어 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 내부뚜껑을 닫았을 때, 상기 밀폐돌출부의 밀폐돌출턱이 상기 밑판의 밀폐홈벽과 맞물려 2중으로 밀폐가 이루어지게 되어 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체를 개폐하는 용기뚜껑으로 이루어진 화장품 용기에 있어서,
상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되는 배출부재 및
상기 배출부재를 개폐하는 내부뚜껑을 포함하되,
상기 배출부재에는 밑판과 상기 밑판의 중앙에 위치되며 배출공이 구비된 배출판 및 상기 밑판과 배출판 사이를 연결하는 탄성연결부가 형성되고, 상기 내부뚜껑의 하부 중앙에는 밀폐돌출부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 배출부재와 내부뚜껑은 힌지부에 의해 일체로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 배출부재에는 밑판으로부터 상측으로 연장된 수직벽이 형성되고, 상기 수직벽의 상단으로부터 외측으로 연장된 제1안착턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 배출부재의 수직벽 외주연에는 끼움돌출부가 형성되어 용기본체의 상부 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 배출부재의 밑판에는 밀폐홈벽이 형성되고, 상기 내부뚜껑의 밀폐돌출부에는 밀폐돌출턱이 형성되어 내부뚜껑의 폐쇄 시, 상기 밀폐돌출턱과 밀폐홈벽이 서로 맞물리면서 2중으로 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내부뚜껑의 상부 일측에는 손잡이가 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내부뚜껑이 닫히면 내부뚜껑의 밀폐돌출부가 배출부재의 배출판을 가압하게 되어 상기 배출판이 탄성연결부의 탄성에 의해 하부로 밀려 내려가면서 상기 내부뚜껑의 밀폐돌출부와 배출부재의 배출판이 긴밀하게 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기는 내용물을 수용하는 용기본체의 상부에 배출부재가 결합되며, 상기 배출부재 일측에 내부뚜껑이 힌지부로 결합된다. 상기 배출부재의 밑판 중앙에는 배출판을 형성시키되 밑판과 배출판 사이를 탄성연결부로 연결시킨다. 그럼으로써 상기 내부뚜껑을 닫았을 때, 상기 내부뚜껑 하부 중앙의 밀폐돌출부가 배출판을 가압하게 되어 탄성연결부의 탄성으로 인해 배출판이 하부로 밀려 내려가면서 상기 내부뚜껑과 배출부재는 긴밀하게 밀착되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기는 내부뚜껑을 닫았을 때, 상기 밀폐돌출부의 밀폐돌출턱이 상기 밑판의 밀폐홈벽과 맞물려 2중으로 밀폐가 이루어지게 되는 효과가 있다.

본 발명과 본 발명의 실시에 의해 달성되는 기술적 과제는 다음에서 설명하는 바람직한 실시예들에 의해 명확해 질 것이다. 이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기의 일 실시예를 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 분해 사시도이며, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 단면도이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기는 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)를 개폐하는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상부에 결합되는 배출부재(30) 및 상기 배출부재(30)를 개폐하는 내부뚜껑(40)을 포함하되, 상기 배출부재(30)에는 밑판(32)과 상기 밑판(32)의 중앙에 위치되며 배출공(342)이 구비된 배출판(34) 및 상기 밑판(32)과 배출판(34) 사이를 연결하는 탄성연결부(36)가 형성되고, 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 하부 중앙에는 밀폐돌출부(44)가 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)의 내부에는 분말 형태의 파우더와 같은 내용물이 수용되며, 상부에는 입구부(12)가 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)의 상부 외주연에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 나사산이 형성되어 용기뚜껑(20)과 나사 결합된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 용기본체(10)의 상부에 결합되어 상기 용기본체(10)를 개폐한다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)의 내주연에는 나사산이 형성되어 용기본체(10)의 상부 외주연에 형성된 나사산과 나사 결합된다. 본 발명에서는 용기본체(10)와 용기뚜껑(20)이 나사 결합되는 것으로 도시하고 있으나, 이에 국한되지 않고 힌지 결합 또는 언더컷 결합 또는 강제 끼움 결합 등 다양한 방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
상기 배출부재(30)는 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 입구부(12)로 삽입되면서 결합되며, 상기 용기본체(10)의 내부에 수용된 내용물을 외부로 배출시키게 된다.
상기 배출부재(30)에는 밑판(32)이 형성되고, 상기 밑판(32)의 상측으로 수직벽(31)이 연장 형성된다.
상기 수직벽(31)의 상단에는 제1안착턱(312)이 외측으로 연장 형성되는데, 상기 제1안착턱(312)은 배출부재(30)와 용기본체(10)의 결합 시, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상단에 안착되어 상기 배출부재(30)가 용기본체(10) 내측으로 빠지는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 수직벽(31)의 외주연에는 끼움돌출부(314)가 외측으로 돌출 형성되는데, 상기 끼움돌출부(314)는 배출부재(30)와 용기본체(10)의 결합 시, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상부 내주연에 타이트하게 밀착되어 상기 배출부재(30)가 용기본체(10)로부터 이탈되지 않도록 한다.
상기 수직벽(31)의 내주연에는 제1체결돌기(316)가 형성되어 내부뚜껑(40)과 결합된다.
상기 배출부재(30)의 밑판(32) 중앙에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 배출판(34)이 형성되는데, 상기 배출판(34)에는 용기본체(10) 내부의 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 배출공(342)이 형성된다.
상기 배출판(34)은 내부뚜껑(40)을 닫을 때, 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출부(44)에 의해 눌려져 아래로 이동된다.
상기 배출부재(30)의 밑판(32)과 배출판(34) 사이에는 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 탄성연결부(36)가 형성되어 상기 밑판(32)과 배출판(34)을 탄력적으로 연결하게 된다.
상기 탄성연결부(36)는 배출판(34)이 밑판(32)으로부터 용이하게 하측으로 이동될 수 있도록 상기 밑판(32) 및 배출판(34) 보다 상대적으로 얇은 두께로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 7의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 탄성연결부(36)의 하부면과 배출판(34)의 하부면은 수평으로 동일 선상에 위치되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 밑판(32)과 배출판(34)의 사이에 형성된 탄성연결부(36)의 상부에는 도 5의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐홈(37)이 형성되고, 상기 밀폐홈(37)과 인접한 밑판(32)의 일측 단부에는 밀폐홈벽(322)이 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐홈벽(322)은 내부뚜껑(40)의 폐쇄 시, 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출턱(442)과 맞물리게 된다.
상기 밀폐홈벽(322)은 하부로 갈수록 배출부재(30)의 중앙을 향해 일정 각도 기울어진 형태로 형성되어 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출턱(442)과 용이하게 맞물릴 수 있게 된다.
상기 배출부재(30)는 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지로 형성되며, 상기 열경화성 수지는 에폭시(epoxy) 수지, 아미노 수지, 페놀(phenol) 수지, 폴리에스테르(Polyester) 수지 중에 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어지고, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene), 아크릴수지(Acrylic), 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene), 폴리스티렌(Polystyrene), 폴리비닐 클로라이드(Polyvinyl chloride), 테프론(Teflon), 나일론(Nylon), 폴리아세탈 수지 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 용기뚜껑과 내부뚜껑을 개방한 모습을 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 내부뚜껑을 개방한 모습을 나타내는 단면도이며, 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 내부뚜껑을 닫은 모습을 나타내는 단면도이다.
상기 내부뚜껑(40)은 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)을 개폐하게 된다.
상기 내부뚜껑(40)과 배출부재(30)의 일측에는 힌지부(50)가 형성되어 상기 힌지부(50)에 의해 일체로 연결될 수 있고, 또는 내부뚜껑(40)과 배출부재(30)가 별도로 분리 형성되어 힌지 결합될 수 있으며, 이외에도 나사 결합, 언더컷 결합, 강제 끼움 결합 등 다양한 방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 상부에는 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프수납공간(41)이 형성되어 퍼프(P)가 수납되고, 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 상부 일측에는 손잡이(42)가 내측으로 돌출 형성된다. 이에 따라, 상기 손잡이(42)를 잡고 내부뚜껑(40)을 쉽게 개폐할 수 있는 것은 물론, 퍼프(P)의 일부분이 손잡이(42)의 하측으로 삽입되어 상기 퍼프(P)가 퍼프수납공간(41)으로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 상단에는 제2안착턱(43)이 형성되어 배출부재(30)의 수직벽(31) 상단에 안착되고, 외주연에는 제2체결돌기(46)가 형성되어 배출부재(30)의 수직벽(31)에 형성된 제1체결돌기(316)와 결합된다.
상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 하부 중앙에는 밀폐돌출부(44)가 하측으로 돌출 형성되어 내부뚜껑(40)의 폐쇄 시, 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)을 가압하게 된다.
즉, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내부뚜껑(40)을 닫게 되면, 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출부(44)가 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)을 가압하게 된다. 이때, 도 8의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 배출판(34)이 탄성연결부(36)의 탄성에 의해 하부로 밀려 내려가면서 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출부(44)와 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)이 긴밀하게 밀착되는 것이다.
이후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 내부뚜껑(40)을 개방하게 되면 밀폐돌출부(44)의 가압이 해제되고, 이와 동시에 상기 밀폐돌출부(44)에 의해 하측으로 밀려 내려갔던 배출판(34)이 탄성연결부(36)의 탄성에 의해 도 7의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 다시 원래의 위치로 복귀된다.
또한, 상기 밀폐돌출부(44)의 외측에는 밀폐돌출턱(442)이 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐돌출턱(442)은 도 5의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 내부뚜껑(40)의 폐쇄 시, 배출부재(30)의 밑판(32)에 형성된 밀폐홈벽(322)과 맞물리면서 상기 배출부재(30)를 2중으로 밀폐시키게 된다.
상기에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)이 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출부(44)에 의해 눌려져 하측으로 이동되면서 서로 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하고, 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출턱(442)과 배출부재(30)의 밀폐홈벽(322)이 맞물리면서 2중으로 밀폐되도록 밀폐 구조를 개선하여 밀폐력이 보다 향상되도록 한 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기의 조립 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해서는 먼저 용기본체(10) 내부에 화장품 내용물을 충전한다.
다음으로, 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 상부에 배출부재(30)를 결합하는데, 상기 배출부재(30)를 용기본체(10)의 입구부(12)에 삽입하면서 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 배출부재(30)의 끼움돌출부(312)가 용기본체(10)의 상부 내주연에 끼워지도록 하고, 상기 배출부재(30)의 제1안착턱(312)이 용기본체(10)의 상단에 안착되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 배출부재(30) 일측에는 배출부재(30)를 개폐하는 내부뚜껑(40)이 결합된 상태이다.
다음으로, 상기 배출부재(30)의 제1체결돌기(316)와 내부뚜껑(40)의 제2체결돌기(46)를 결합하여 내용기뚜껑(40)을 닫고, 상기 내용기뚜껑(40)의 퍼프수납공간(41)에 퍼프(P)를 수납한다.
마지막으로, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상부에 용기뚜껑(20)을 나사 결합하여 본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기와 같이 조립된 본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기의 사용 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 배출부재 상부로 배출된 내용물을 퍼프로 찍어 사용하는 모습을 나타내는 사시도이다.
본 발명에 따른 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서는 우선, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)로부터 용기뚜껑(20)을 분리하고, 내부뚜껑(40)의 퍼프수납공간(41)으로부터 퍼프(P)를 꺼낸 후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 내부뚜껑(40)을 회전시켜 배출부재(30)가 외부로 노출되도록 한다.
이후, 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 배출부재(30)의 상부면에 배출된 내용물을 퍼프(P)로 찍어 피부에 도포하면서 화장을 한다.
화장이 끝난 후에는 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내부뚜껑(40)을 닫고, 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 퍼프수용공간(41)에 퍼프(P)를 수납한 다음, 용기뚜껑(20)을 닫아 보관한다.
상기와 같이, 내부뚜껑(40)을 닫게 되면, 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출부(44)가 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)을 가압하게 된다.
이때, 도 8의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 배출판(34)이 탄성연결부(36)의 탄성에 의해 하부로 밀려 내려가면서 상기 내부뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌출부(44)와 배출부재(30)의 배출판(34)이 긴밀하게 밀착된다.
이와 동시에, 상기 밀폐돌출부(44)의 밀폐돌출턱(442)이 배출부재(30)의 밀폐홈벽(322)과 맞물리면서 상기 배출부재(30)를 2중으로 밀폐시키게 된다.
이후, 다시 화장을 하기 위해 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 내부뚜껑(40)을 개방하게 되면 밀폐돌출부(44)의 가압이 해제되고, 이와 동시에 상기 밀폐돌출부(44)에 의해 하측으로 밀려 내려갔던 배출판(34)이 탄성연결부(36)의 탄성에 의해 도 7의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 다시 원래의 위치로 복귀된다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

  1. 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체를 개폐하는 용기뚜껑으로 이루어진 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되는 배출부재 및
    상기 배출부재를 개폐하는 내부뚜껑을 포함하되,
    상기 배출부재에는 밑판과 상기 밑판의 중앙에 위치되며 배출공이 구비된 배출판 및 상기 밑판과 배출판 사이를 연결하는 탄성연결부가 형성되고, 상기 내부뚜껑의 하부 중앙에는 밀폐돌출부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 배출부재와 내부뚜껑은 힌지부에 의해 일체로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 배출부재에는 밑판으로부터 상측으로 연장된 수직벽이 형성되고, 상기 수직벽의 상단으로부터 외측으로 연장된 제1안착턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 배출부재의 수직벽 외주연에는 끼움돌출부가 형성되어 용기본체의 상부 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 배출부재의 밑판에는 밀폐홈벽이 형성되고, 상기 내부뚜껑의 밀폐돌출부에는 밀폐돌출턱이 형성되어 내부뚜껑의 폐쇄 시, 상기 밀폐돌출턱과 밀폐홈벽이 서로 맞물리면서 2중으로 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내부뚜껑의 상부 일측에는 손잡이가 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내부뚜껑이 닫히면 내부뚜껑의 밀폐돌출부가 배출부재의 배출판을 가압하게 되어 상기 배출판이 탄성연결부의 탄성에 의해 하부로 밀려 내려가면서 상기 내부뚜껑의 밀폐돌출부와 배출부재의 배출판이 긴밀하게 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기.
