본 발명은 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 본체의 일측에 각각 인출버튼과 인입버튼을 형성하여 상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼을 사용자가 선택적으로 누름에 따라, 본체 내에 수납된 스틱형 화장품이 일정한 길이로 본체의 외부로 인출 또는 내부로 인입되고, 이러한 스틱형 화장품의 손쉬운 길이 조절을 통해 사용의 편의성이 향상되는 동시에, 과도하게 인출된 스틱형 화장품이 낭비되거나 파손되는 것을 방지하면서 청결하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 스틱형 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 여성들은 자신의 외모를 더욱 아름답게 꾸미기 위해 다양한 화장품을 사용하게 되는데, 상기 화장품 중 색조화장품은 용모를 아름답게 변화시켜 피부를 아름답게 연출하려는 목적으로 사용된다.
상기 색조화장품은 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 것으로 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분된다. 상기 베이스 메이크업에는 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등으로 구성되어 있고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 파운데이션은 얼굴과 같이 외부로 노출되는 피부의 잡티나 기미 등을 자연스럽게 가리거나, 깨끗하고 화사한 피부를 표현하고자 할 경우 사용되는 화장품으로, 상기 파운데이션을 사용하여 화장을 할 때에는 화장용 퍼프로 피부에 뭉침 없이 고르게 펴 바르게 되며, 이러한 파운데이션은 일반적으로 폭이 넓고 납작한 콤팩트 용기에 넣어져 보관되며, 상기 콤팩트 용기 내측에는 퍼프가 함께 내장된다.
그러나, 상기 콤팩트 용기에 수용된 파운데이션을 사용하기 위해, 사용자는 용기 뚜껑을 열고, 내용기 뚜껑 상부에 수용된 퍼프를 잡은 후, 상기 내용기 뚜껑을 연 다음, 상기 퍼프로 파운데이션 화장품을 찍어 피부에 도포해야 하므로 사용이 불편하였으며, 이와 같은 과정에서 퍼프에 남아 있는 파운데이션 화장품이 사용자의 손에 묻어 지저분해지는 문제가 있었다.
이에 따라, 사용의 편리성과 휴대보관의 편의성을 위하여 스틱형 화장품을 용기 일측에 장착하고, 상기 용기의 회전에 따라 용기 내부에 장착된 스틱형 화장품을 승강시켜 사용하는 스틱형 화장품 용기가 개발되었다.
상기와 같은 종래의 스틱형 화장품 용기는 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록실용신안 제20-0393382호가 개시되었는데, 이는 하우징과, 상기 하우징 하부에 결합되고 나사형태의 승강안내공이 형성된 하부캡과, 상기 하부캡의 회전에 따라 승하강되는 작동부재와, 상기 작동부재에 결합되며 스틱형 화장품이 부착된 수납부재와, 상기 수납부재의 승하강을 지지하며 스틱형 화장품을 보관하는 보호관과, 상기 보호관을 밀폐시키는 상부캡으로 구성되어 상기 보호관을 파지한 상태에서 하우징을 회전시킴에 따라 스틱형 화장품이 보호관으로부터 출몰 또는 삽입되도록 한 것이다.
그러나, 상기 종래의 스틱형 화장품 용기는 화장을 할 때 사용자의 부주의에 의해 하우징이 회전되면서 스틱형 화장품이 보호관으로부터 출몰되거나, 보호관 내부로 삽입되어 사용상 편의성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1602925호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래기술은 원통형의 바디와 상기 바디 전방에 결합되고 내부로 화장 내용물이 충진되는 카트리지와 상기 바디 후방에 삽입 결합되는 패킹 커버를 마련하고, 상기 패킹 커버는 전방의 결합홈에 중앙의 나사공으로 스크류가 나사 결합되고 회전 방지되는 스크류 가이드와 완충 작동하는 완충 스프링과 중앙의 삽입공으로 스크류가 삽입되어 함께 회전 작동하는 회전 캠과 상기 회전 캠을 회전 작동시키는 푸쉬 캠 및 상기 푸쉬 캠 후방에 바디 외부로 돌출되어 누름 작동하는 푸쉬가 결합 구성되어, 푸쉬의 누름 작동으로 스틱형 화장품이 외부로 일정하게 인출되는 구조이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 푸쉬가 바디의 후방에 돌출 형성되어 있어, 사용 시 한 손으로 바디를 잡고 다른 손으로 푸쉬를 눌러 스틱형 화장품을 외부로 노출 시킨 후, 용이하게 화장을 할 수 있도록 손으로 상기 바디를 다시 고쳐 잡아 사용해야 하는 사용상 번거로움이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 한번 외부로 인출된 스틱형 화장품을 다시 카트리지 방향으로 삽입시키는 구조가 없고, 이로 인해 스틱형 화장품이 과도하게 인출된 경우 화장 후 카트리지 상단으로 돌출되어 남아 있는 스틱형 화장품이 낭비되거나 파손될 수 있으며, 이로 인해 지저분해지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 본체의 일측에 인출버튼과 인입버튼을 형성하고, 상기 본체의 내측에 인출버튼과 인입버튼에 의해 회전되는 작동부재 및 상기 작동부재에 나사 결합되는 승강접시를 형성함으로써, 상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼을 사용자가 선택적으로 누르면 작동부재가 회전되면서 승강접시를 상, 하 이동시킴에 따라, 상기 승강접시 일측에 부착된 스틱형 화장품이 일정한 길이로 본체의 외부로 인출 또는 내부로 인입되고, 이를 통해 사용의 편의성을 향상시킨 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 인출버튼과 인입버튼의 간단한 누름 작동만으로 스틱형 화장품의 출몰 길이를 용이하게 조절할 수 있어 스틱형 화장품의 사용성을 증대시킴은 물론, 스틱형 화장품이 과도하게 인출되어 낭비되거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 스틱형 화장품을 청결하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 입구부 및 버튼관통홀이 형성된 본체; 상기 본체의 내측에서 승강되며, 나사산이 형성되고, 일측에 스틱형 화장품이 부착된 승강접시; 상기 본체의 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 승강접시의 나사산과 나사 결합되는 나사돌기가 형성된 작동부재; 상기 작동부재를 회전시키며, 외주연에 회전돌기가 형성된 회전부재; 상기 본체의 버튼관통홀에 설치되어 누름 작동에 의해 회전부재를 서로 반대 방향으로 회전시키며, 각각 인출회전작동부와 인입회전작동부가 형성된 인출버튼과 인입버튼 및 상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼을 탄력 지지하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공한다.

또한, 상기 작동부재와 회전부재 사이에는 회전부재의 회전 운동을 작동부재로 전달하는 연결부재가 더 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 회전부재의 회전돌기는 인출회전돌기와 인입회전돌기로 이루어지되, 상기 인출회전돌기는 인출버튼의 인출회전작동부와 인접한 위치에 형성되고, 상기 인입회전돌기는 인입버튼의 인입회전작동부와 인접한 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 상기 회전돌기는 회전부재의 둘레를 따라 기울어진 형태로 형성되되, 상기 회전돌기의 인출회전돌기와 인입회전돌기는 서로 반대 방향으로 기울어지는 것이 바람직하다.

본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기는 인출버튼과 인입버튼의 간단한 누름 작동만으로 스틱형 화장품의 출몰 길이를 용이하게 조절할 수 있어 스틱형 화장품의 사용성을 증대시킴은 물론, 스틱형 화장품이 과도하게 인출되어 낭비되거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 스틱형 화장품을 청결하게 사용할 수 있다.

도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기는 본체(10), 커버(20), 승강접시(30), 작동부재(40), 연결부재(50). 회전부재(60), 인출버튼(70), 인입버튼(80) 및 탄성부재(90)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 본체(10)의 일측에는 입구부(12)가 형성되어 상기 입구부(12)를 통해 승강접시(30)에 부착된 스틱형 화장품(S)이 외부로 인출 또는 본체(10) 내부로 삽입된다.
상기 본체(10)의 전면과 후면 즉, 다른 부분들과 비교해 상대적으로 면적이 넓은 부분에는 각각 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)이 설치되는 버튼관통홀(14)이 형성된다. 상기 버튼관통홀(14)은 한 쌍으로 서로 마주보는 위치에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 사용자가 본체(10)를 파지한 상태에서, 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)을 엄지손가락과 상기 엄지손가락 이외의 손가락으로 번갈아가면서 손쉽게 누를 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
또한, 상기 본체(10)의 내주연에는 이탈방지부(15)가 내측으로 돌출 형성되는데, 상기 이탈방지부(15)는 본체(10) 내에 회전 가능하게 결합된 작동부재(40)가 본체(10)로부터 빠지지 않도록 하기 위한 것이다.
상기 본체(10)의 하부 외주연에는 안착턱(16)이 형성되어 커버(20)의 단부가 안착되고, 상기 안착턱(16)과 인접한 상부에는 체결돌기(17)가 형성되어 커버(20)와 체결된다.
그리고 상기 본체(10)의 입구부(12) 맞은편은 개방되며, 이와 같이 개방된 부분을 통해 고정프레임(18)과 마감캡(19)이 결합된다.
상기 고정프레임(18)은 본체(10)의 하부 내측에 고정 결합되며, 내측에는 작동부재(40)와 연결부재(50) 및 회전부재(60)가 설치된다. 상기 고정프레임(18)의 바닥 중앙에는 관통홀(18a)이 형성되고, 상기 관통홀(18a)의 외측에는 버튼가이드편(18b)이 상측으로 연장 형성된다. 상기 버튼가이드편(18b)은 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)의 수평 이동을 안내하는 역할을 하며, 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)의 안정적이 수평 이동을 위해 적어도 하나 이상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 마감캡(19)은 본체(10)의 하부 내주면에 고정 결합되면서 본체(10)의 하부를 막게 된다. 상기 마감캡(19)의 중앙에는 위치고정돌기(19a)가 상측으로 돌출 형성되는데, 상기 위치고정돌기(19a)는 고정프레임(18)의 관통홀(18a)을 관통하고, 회전부재(60)의 내측으로 삽입되어 상기 회전부재(60)가 유동되지 않으면서 제자리 회전되도록 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 도면에서는 본체(10)를 전면과 후면의 면적이 넓고, 측면의 면적이 상대적으로 작은 경질의 타원형 통 형상으로 도시하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 다양한 형태 또는 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 커버(20)는 본체(10)의 상부를 덮으면서 결합되어 상기 본체(10)의 입구부(12)를 개폐하게 된다.
상기 커버(20)의 하부 내주연에는 체결홈(27)가 형성되어 본체(10)의 하부 외주연에 형성된 체결돌기(17)와 체결되고, 본체(10)와 커버(20)의 결합 시 상기 커버(20)의 하단이 본체(10)의 안착턱(16)에 안착된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기는 본체(10)와 커버(20)가 돌기와 홈으로 결합으로 도시하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 언더컷 결합, 강제 끼움 결합, 자석과 자성체에 의한 결합 등 상기 본체(10)와 커버(20)가 용이하게 탈착될 수 있는 범위 내에서 다양한 방식의 체결 구조를 가질 수 있다.
상기 커버(20)의 전면과 후면 즉, 다른 부분에 비해 상대적으로 면적이 넓은 부분에는 버튼덮개(22)가 형성된다. 상기 버튼덮개(22)는 원판 형태로 형성되어 적어도 일부분이 커버(20)의 하측으로 돌출 형성되며, 커버(20)가 닫혔을 때 본체(10)에 설치된 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)을 완전히 가려 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)이 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
또한, 상기 커버(20)의 내측에는 밀폐부재(25)가 더 형성되어 커버(20)가 본체(10)에 결합되었을 때 본체(10)의 입구부(12) 상단에 밀착되면서 상기 입구부(12)를 막아 밀폐시키게 된다.
상기 승강접시(30)는 본체(10)의 내측에서 상기 본체(10)의 길이 방향을 따라 승강된다.
상기 승강접시(30)의 하부에는 승강봉(32)이 하측으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 승강봉(32)의 외주연에는 나사산이 형성되어 작동부재(40)와 나사 결합된다. 그리고 상기 승강봉(32)의 일측 단부에는 접시부(34)가 형성되는데, 접시부(34)에는 스틱형 화장품(S)이 부착되어 승강접시(30)의 수직 이동에 의해 상기 스틱형 화장품(S)이 본체(10)로부터 인출 또는 인입된다.
상기 작동부재(40)는 본체(10)의 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 승강접시(30)의 나사산과 나사 결합된다.
상기 작동부재(40)의 내주연에는 나사돌기(42)가 형성되는데, 상기 나사돌기(42)는 승강접시(30)의 승강봉(32) 외주연에 형성된 나사산과 나사 결합된다.
상기 작동부재(40)의 외주연에는 이탈방지돌기(45)가 형성되어 본체(10)의 이탈방지부(15)의 하단에 밀착된다. 이에 따라, 작동부재(40)가 본체(10)로부터 이탈되지 않으면서 제자리 회전되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 작동부재(40)의 하부에는 제1고정돌기(44)가 형성되어 연결부재(50)와 고정 결합된다.
상기 연결부재(50)는 작동부재(40)와 회전부재(60) 사이에 형성되어 상기 회전부재(60)의 회전 운동을 작동부재(40)로 전달하게 된다.
상기 연결부재(50)의 상부 내주연에는 제2고정돌기(54)가 형성되어 작동부재(40)의 제1고정돌기(44)가 상기 제2고정돌기(54) 사이로 끼워지면서 고정 결합된다. 그리고 상기 연결부재(50)의 하부 내주연에는 연결돌기(52)가 형성되어 회전부재(60)의 회전돌기(62)가 상기 연결돌기(52)의 사이로 끼워지면서 고정 결합된다.
상기 회전부재(60)는 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)의 누름 작동에 의해 제자리 회전되면서 상기 연결부재(50)와 작동부재(40)를 회전시키게 된다. 그리고 상기 회전부재(60)의 하부 중앙에는 마감캡(19)의 위치고정돌기(19a)가 삽입된다. 이에 따라, 상기 회전부재(60)가 제 위치에서 벗어나지 않으면서 자연스럽게 회전되는 된다.
상기 회전부재(60)의 외주연에는 회전돌기(62)가 형성되는데, 상기 회전돌기(62)는 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인입회전돌기(62b)로 나뉘어 구성될 수 있다. 상기 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인입회전돌기(62b)는 서로 분리되어 각각 상부와 하부에 형성되며, 상기 인출회전돌기(62a)는 인출버튼(70)의 인출회전작동부(72)와 인접하게 형성되어 상기 인출회전작동부(72)의 작동에 의해 밀리면서 회전되고, 상기 인입회전돌기(62b)는 인입버튼(80)의 인입회전작동부(82)와 인접하게 형성되어 상기 인입회전작동부(82)의 작동에 의해 밀리면서 회전된다.
여기서 상기 회전돌기(62)는 톱니 형상으로 형성되며, 회전부재(60)의 둘레를 따라 기울어진 형태인 것이 바람직하다. 그리고 상기 회전부재(60)의 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인입회전돌기(62b)는 서로 반대 방향으로 기울어진 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
부연 설명하면, 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)은 본체(10)를 기준으로 맞은편에 형성되어 누름 작동 방향이 서로 반대이고, 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)에 의해 각각 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인입회전돌기(62b)가 선택적으로 밀리면서 회전부재(60) 전체를 각기 다른 방향으로 회전시키게 된다. 그러므로 상기 인출회전돌기(62a)는 인출버튼(70)의 작동 방향 즉, 상기 인출버튼(70)이 눌려지는 방향과 반대 방향으로 기울어지고, 상기 인입회전돌기(62b)는 인입버튼(80)의 작동 방향 즉, 상기 인입버튼(80)이 눌려지는 방향과 반대 방향으로 기울어지도록 형성하여, 상기 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인입회전돌기(62b)가 각각 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)에 의해 원활하게 밀릴 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)은 본체(10)의 버튼관통홀(14)에 설치되어 누름 작동에 의해 상기 회전부재(60)를 서로 반대 방향으로 회전시키게 된다.
상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)은 서로 마주보는 위치에 형성되며, 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)의 사이에 탄성부재(90)가 설치되어 서로 탄력 지지할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 인출버튼(70)이 작동될 경우 인입버튼(80)이 본체(10)의 내벽에 밀착되어 고정된 상태로 상기 인출버튼(70)이 탄성부재(90)에 의해 탄력 지지되고, 상기 인입버튼(80)이 작동될 경우 인출버튼(70)이 본체(10)의 내벽에 밀착되어 고정된 상태로 상기 인입버튼(80)이 탄성부재(90)에 의해 탄력 지지된다.
상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)은 인출, 인입누름부(71, 81)와 상기 인출, 인입누름부(71, 81)의 뒷면에 형성된 인출, 인입회전작동부(72, 82) 및 상기 인출, 인입누름부(71, 81)의 양측에 형성된 인출, 인입날개부(73, 83)으로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 인출누름부(71)와 인입누름부(81)는 본체(10)의 버튼관통홀(14)을 통해 외부로 노출되어 사용자에 의해 눌려진다.
상기 인출회전작동부(72)와 인입회전작동부(82)는 인출누름부(71)와 인입누름부(81)의 후면에 돌출 형성되며, 인출누름부(71)와 인입누름부(81)의 가압에 의해 본체(10) 내측으로 이동되면서 회전부재(60)의 회전돌기(62)를 회전시킨다. 여기서, 상기 인출회전작동부(72)는 인출누름부(71)의 후면 하부에 형성되어 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인접하게 위치되고, 상기 인입회전작동부(82)는 인입누름부(81)의 후면 상부에 형성되어 인입회전돌기(62b)와 인접하게 위치된다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 도면에서는 상술한 바와 같이 인출회전작동부(72)가 인출누름부(71)의 후면 하부에 형성되고, 인입회전작동부(82)가 인입누름부(81)의 후면 상부에 형성되며, 인출회전돌기(62a)가 인입회전돌기(62b)의 하부에 형성되는 것으로 도시하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 인출회전작동부(72)와 인입회전작동부(82) 및 인출회전돌기(62a)와 인입회전돌기(62b)의 위치가 서로 바뀌어 형성될 수도 있다.
상기 인출날개부(73)와 인입날개부(83)의 전면은 탄성부재(90)의 탄력에 의해 본체(10) 내벽에 밀착되고, 후면에는 탄성부재(90)의 단부가 끼워지는 인출설치홈(73a)과 인입설치홈(83a)가 형성된다. 그리고 상기 인출날개부(73)와 인입날개부(83)에는 각각 인출버튼가이드홈(73b)과 인입버튼가이드홈(83b)이 형성되어 고정프레임(18)의 버튼가이드편(18b)에 삽입된다. 이에 따라, 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)이 본체(10) 내에서 안정적으로 전, 후 이동할 수 있게 된다.
상기 탄성부재(90)는 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80) 사이에 설치되어 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)을 탄력 지지한다. 다시 말해, 탄성부재(90)의 일측 단부는 인출버튼(70)의 인출날개부(73)에 형성된 인출설치홈(73a)에 끼워지고, 타측 단부는 인입버튼(80)의 인입날개부(83)에 셩성된 인입설치홈(83a)에 끼워진다.
상기 탄성부재(90)는 탄성 스프링(spring, 물체의 탄성변형을 이용해서 에너지를 흡수·축적시켜 완충 등의 작용을 하게 하는 기계요소)인 것이 바람직하지만, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80) 사이에 탄성력을 제공할 수 있는 범위 내에서 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 상술한 구성 및 각 구성 간의 연계 작용을 통해, 인출버튼(70) 또는 인입버튼(80) 중 어느 하나를 눌러 작동시키면, 회전부재(60)가 회전되면서 상기 회전부재(60)와 함께 작동부재(40)가 회전되는 동시에, 상기 작동부재(40)에 나사 결합된 승강접시(30)가 승강되면서 스틱형 화장품(S)이 항상 일정한 길이만큼 본체(10)로부터 인출 또는 본체(10) 내부로 인입되는 것이다.
도 6 내지 도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 사용 상태를 예시한 도면으로써, 이를 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 사용 과정에 대해 설명한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 인출버튼이 작동되는 상태를 예시한 부분 평면도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 인출버튼이 작동되는 상태를 예시한 단면도이며, 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 인입버튼이 작동되는 상태를 예시한 부분 평면도이고, 도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 인입버튼이 작동되는 상태를 예시한 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 분리하여 본체(10)에 설치된 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)을 외부로 개방하고, 밀폐부재(25)를 분리하여 본체(10)의 입구부(12)를 외부로 개방한다.
이후, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 본체(10)의 외주연에 형성된 인출버튼(70)의 인출누름부(71)를 누르면 상기 인출누름부(71)의 뒷면에 형성된 인출회전작동부(72)가 본체(10) 내측으로 직선 이동되는데, 이때 상기 인출회전작동부(72)가 회전부재(60)의 인출회전돌기(62a) 중 어느 하나를 밀면서 상기 회전부재(60)를 반 시계 방향으로 회전시키게 된다.
이와 동시에, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 회전부재(60)와 연결된 연결부재(50) 및 상기 연결부재(50)와 고정 결합된 작동부재(40)가 함께 반 시계 방향으로 회전되면서, 상기 작동부재(40)와 나사 결합되어 있던 승강접시(30)가 상부로 이동된다. 이에 따라, 상기 승강접시(30)의 상부에 부착된 스틱형 화장품(S)이 본체(10)의 입구부(12)를 통해 외부로 인출된다.
또한, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 본체(10)의 외주연에 형성된 인입버튼(80)의 인입누름부(81)를 누르면 상기 인입누름부(81)의 뒷면에 형성된 인입회전작동부(82)가 본체(10) 내측으로 직선 이동되는데, 이때 상기 인입회전작동부(82)가 회전부재(60)의 인입회전돌기(62b) 중 어느 하나를 밀면서 상기 회전부재(60)를 시계 방향으로 회전시키게 된다.
이와 동시에, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 회전부재(60)와 연결된 연결부재(50) 및 상기 연결부재(50)와 고정 결합된 작동부재(40)가 함께 시계 방향으로 회전되면서, 상기 작동부재(40)와 나사 결합되어 있던 승강접시(30)가 하부로 이동된다. 이에 따라, 상기 승강접시(30)의 상부에 부착된 스틱형 화장품(S)이 본체(10)의 입구부(12)로 삽입된다.
상기에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기는 본체(10)의 전면과 후면에 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)을 형성하고, 상기 본체(10)의 내측에 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)에 의해 회전되는 작동부재(40) 및 상기 작동부재(40)에 나사 결합되는 승강접시(30)를 형성함으로써, 상기 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)을 사용자가 선택적으로 누르면 작동부재(40)가 회전되면서 승강접시(30)를 상, 하 이동시킴에 따라, 상기 승강접시(30) 일측에 부착된 스틱형 화장품(S)이 일정한 길이로 본체의 외부로 인출 또는 내부로 인입되고, 이를 통해 사용의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기는 인출버튼(70)과 인입버튼(80)의 간단한 누름 작동만으로 스틱형 화장품(S)의 출몰 길이를 용이하게 조절할 수 있어 스틱형 화장품(S)의 사용성을 증대시킴은 물론, 스틱형 화장품(S)이 과도하게 인출되어 낭비되거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 스틱형 화장품(S)을 청결하게 사용할 수 있게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 설명에서는 구체적인 구성 요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시 예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시 예에 국한되어 정하여 저서는 안되며, 후술되는 청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적인 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 입구부 및 버튼관통홀이 형성된 본체;
    상기 본체의 내측에서 승강되며, 나사산이 형성되고, 일측에 스틱형 화장품이 부착된 승강접시;
    상기 본체의 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 승강접시의 나사산과 나사 결합되는 나사돌기가 형성된 작동부재;
    상기 작동부재를 회전시키며, 외주연에 회전돌기가 형성된 회전부재;
    상기 본체의 버튼관통홀에 설치되어 누름 작동에 의해 회전부재를 서로 반대 방향으로 회전시키며, 각각 인출회전작동부와 인입회전작동부가 형성된 인출버튼과 인입버튼 및
    상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼을 탄력 지지하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체에는 커버가 탈, 부착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    본체의 내측에는 고정프레임이 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 내측에는 마감캡이 더 결합되되, 상기 마감캡에는 위치고정돌기가 형성되어 회전부재가 회전 가능하게 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 버튼관통홀은 본체의 외주면에 서로 마주보는 한 쌍으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 작동부재와 회전부재 사이에는 회전부재의 회전 운동을 작동부재로 전달하는 연결부재가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전부재의 회전돌기는 인출회전돌기와 인입회전돌기로 이루어지되, 상기 인출회전돌기는 인출버튼의 인출회전작동부와 인접한 위치에 형성되고, 상기 인입회전돌기는 인입버튼의 인입회전작동부와 인접한 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전돌기는 회전부재의 둘레를 따라 기울어진 형태로 형성되되, 상기 회전돌기의 인출회전돌기와 인입회전돌기는 서로 반대 방향으로 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼은 서로 마주보는 위치에 형성되되, 상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼 사이에 탄성부재가 설치되어 서로 탄력 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 인출버튼과 인입버튼은 인출, 인입누름부와 상기 인출, 인입누름부의 뒷면에 형성된 인출, 인입회전작동부 및 상기 인출, 인입누름부의 양측에 형성된 인출, 인입날개부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용이 편리한 스틱형 화장품 용기.
