如图3所示,所述的卸料机构3是设置在酿造桶2的下开口,卸料机构3包括卸料板31、漏斗32,卸料板31与漏斗32入口一端相互连接,卸料板31中部与漏斗32入口重合部分设置有若干第一通孔311;所述的卸料板31上周向均匀设置有若干第二凸轴313,第一凸轴24与第二凸轴313分别与卸料弹簧21相互套设连接;所述的卸料板31上设置有与导向轨25滑动连接的第一导向缺口312,避免卸料板31上下运动时发生旋转而从卸料弹簧21上脱出。
如图1、图4、图5所示,所述的加压机构4是设置在酿造桶2的上开口,加圧机构4包括压板41、加压盖体42;所述的压板41包括上压板414、下压板415,上压板414、下压板415相互螺纹连接并形成第一腔体417;所述的上压板414上设有与第一腔体417相互连通的输水管413以及若干第一磁板412;所述的下压板415底部设置有若干第二通孔4151,并在下压板415侧壁上卡接有用于泄压的柔性环416;
所述的加压盖体42内腔设置有与外螺纹22相适配的内螺纹423、与第一磁板412对称设置的第二磁板421,加压盖体42上设有第三通孔422,所述的输水管413是与第三通孔422相互套设。
如图6所示,所述的泡沫发生机构5包括具有两端开口的套筒52、套设在套筒52内腔上端的过滤篮53、套设在套筒52内腔下端的发泡网套55、气泵51;所述的套筒52与漏斗32出口相互连接;所述的过滤篮53底部设有若干锥形通孔,过滤篮53内腔设有滤纸54;所述的过滤篮53与发泡网套55之间的套筒52上设有与之连通的输气管56,输气管56是与固定设置在酿造桶2上的气泵51相互连接。锥形通孔使得咖啡液在流出时呈喷射状,使得咖啡液与气泵51充入的气体更充分的混合,经过气泵51、微型水泵411双向加压的咖啡与气体混 合液高速通过发泡网套55,并与发泡网套55上的网眼碰撞产生大量泡沫。
在如图6所示的一种实施例中,过滤篮53上铰接有提手531以方便过滤篮53的提出。
在如图3所示的一种实施例中,所述卸料板31与漏斗32的连接处设有密封垫321,以免发生咖啡液泄露。在另一种可能的实施例中,卸料板31、漏斗32的连接处分别设置有凸环、与凸环匹配的环槽,凸环与环槽相互配合起到防止咖啡液泄露的作用。
在如图1所示的一种实施例中,所述的输水管413上设置有用于加压的微型水泵411,微型水泵411是与咖啡机热水壶相互连接,微型水泵411向酿造桶2内加压,以免在气泵51的作用下发泡网套55与过滤篮53之间的空腔内产生压差使得咖啡不能流出。
在如图4所述的一种实施例中,所述的输水管413与上压板414是一体式结构。
在如图4所述的一种实施例中,所述的柔性环416是由柔性橡胶制成。在另一种实施例中柔性环416由固定设置有柔性纤维的弹性带制成。
所述的第一磁板412、第二磁板421相对面的极性相同,以此保证第一磁板412、第二磁板421间产生相斥力,推动压板41向下压紧咖啡原料。
在一种实施例中,第二磁板421是嵌入加压盖体42内腔,且第二磁板421可取出更换,以此调节第二磁板421与第一磁板412的相斥力。
柔性环416上设置有与导向轨25相互滑动连接的第二导向缺口,避免压板41在上下运动过程中发生旋转而导致第一磁板412、第二磁板421之间发生位移使得相斥力消失。
所述的气泵51、微型水泵411是分别与咖啡机的控制器相互电性连接,控 制器分别控制气泵51、微型水泵411的开启和关闭。
本发明所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,包括与外界连接的安装座、酿造桶、卸料机构、加压机构以及泡沫发生机构;酿造桶与安装座通过曲轴连接,使用时酿造桶在曲轴作用下可以外伸以添加咖啡原料或者回缩以回复到工作位置,不需要反复的拆装,使用方便;酿造桶底部设置的卸料机构可将咖啡原料残渣向上顶出,卸料方便快捷;酿造桶上开口设置的加压机构可以持续将咖啡原料压紧,保证水流的速度变化而影响咖啡浓度,同时也能通过更换第二磁体调节压紧力,通过调节压紧力调节咖啡浓度;酿造好的咖啡与气泵充去的高压气体混合,并高速通过发泡网套以产生浓密泡沫;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、功能多样、方便卸料、酿造效果好等优点,有效解决现有咖啡机酿造机构不易卸除残渣和不能产生大量泡沫的问题。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:包括与外界连接的安装座(1)、酿造桶(2)、卸料机构(3)、加压机构(4)以及泡沫发生机构(5),所述的酿造桶(2)具有双向开口结构,酿造桶(2)的内壁下方设置有环形槽(23),环形槽(23)内均匀设置有若干第一凸轴(24),酿造桶(2)的外壁上方设置有外螺纹(22),酿造桶(2)的内壁竖直设置有若干导向轨(25);所述的安装座(1)通过曲轴(11)与酿造桶(2)相互连接;
    所述的卸料机构(3)是设置在酿造桶(2)的下开口,卸料机构(3)包括卸料板(31)、漏斗(32),卸料板(31)与漏斗(32)入口一端相互连接,卸料板(31)中部与漏斗(32)入口重合部分设置有若干第一通孔(311);所述的卸料板(31)上周向均匀设置有若干第二凸轴(313),第一凸轴(24)与第二凸轴(313)分别与卸料弹簧(21)相互套设连接;
    所述的加压机构(4)是设置在酿造桶(2)的上开口,加圧机构(4)包括压板(41)、加压盖体(42);所述的压板(41)包括上压板(414)、下压板(415),上压板(414)、下压板(415)相互螺纹连接并形成第一腔体(417);所述的上压板(414)上设有与第一腔体(417)相互连通的输水管(413)以及若干第一磁板(412);所述的下压板(415)底部设置有若干第二通孔(4151),并在下压板(415)侧壁上卡接有用于泄压的柔性环(416);
    所述的加压盖体(42)内腔设置有与外螺纹(22)相适配的内螺纹(423)、与第一磁板(412)对称设置的第二磁板(421),加压盖体(42)上设有第三通孔(422),所述的输水管(413)是与第三通孔(422)相互套设;所述的第一磁板(412)、第二磁板(421)相对面的极性相同,第二磁板(421)是嵌入加压盖体(42)内腔,且第二磁板(421)可取出更换;
    所述的泡沫发生机构(5)包括具有两端开口的套筒(52)、套设在套筒(52) 内腔上端的过滤篮(53)、套设在套筒(52)内腔下端的发泡网套(55)、气泵(51);所述的套筒(52)与漏斗(32)出口相互连接;所述的过滤篮(53)底部设有若干锥形通孔,过滤篮(53)内腔设有滤纸(54);所述的过滤篮(53)与发泡网套(55)之间的套筒(52)上设有与之连通的输气管(56),输气管(56)是与固定设置在酿造桶(2)上的气泵(51)相互连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:所述的卸料板(31)上设置有第一导向缺口(312)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:所述卸料板(31)与漏斗(32)的连接处设有密封垫(321)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:所述的输水管(413)上设置有用于加压的微型水泵(411),微型水泵(411)是与咖啡机热水壶相互连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:所述的输水管(413)与上压板(414)是一体式结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:所述的柔性环(416)是由柔性橡胶或者固定设置有柔性纤维的弹性带制成,柔性环(416)上设置有第二导向缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泡沫发生功能的易卸料咖啡高压酿造装置,其特征在于:所述的气泵(51)、微型水泵(411)是分别与咖啡机的控制器相互电性连接。
