Description

铣刀 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种加工工具,尤其涉及一种铣刀。
背景技术
快捷铣床因其主轴强度大,在直线型及孔类加工中有较大优势。而对于圆槽或弧线的加工,快捷铣床需要操作人员手动控制,加工精度较低,通常需要更换采用数控机床来进行高精度的加工。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能够加工圆槽或弧线并适用于快捷铣床的铣刀以解决上述问题。
一种铣刀,用于加工圆槽或弧线,该铣刀包括刀杆、刀体和固定件,该刀杆一端用于安装于刀柄上,该刀杆另一端的周壁上设有安装孔及固定孔,该安装孔垂直并穿过该刀杆的中轴线,该安装孔贯穿该周壁的相对两侧,该固定孔与该安装孔相连通,该刀体包括垂直连接的安装部及刀刃,该安装部插入该安装孔中并通过该固定件穿设该固定孔进行固定,该刀刃的末端低于该刀杆。
进一步地,该刀杆包括相连接的第一柱体与第二柱体,该第一柱体该与第二柱体同轴设置,该第一柱体的半径小于该第二柱体的半径,该第一柱体用于安装于刀柄上,该第二柱体用于安装该刀体。
进一步地,该安装部的横截面为椭圆形,该安装孔为与该安装部相匹配的椭圆形。
进一步地,该安装部为长方体,该安装孔为与该安装部相适配 的长方体。
进一步地,该安装部朝向该固定孔的一侧设有一定位槽,该定位槽平行该安装部的轴线方向,该定位槽贯穿该安装部的相对两端,该固定件抵触于该定位槽进行固定。
进一步地,该固定件为螺丝,该固定孔为相匹配的螺孔,该固定件螺接于该固定孔中。
进一步地,该固定孔与该安装孔相垂直。
本实用新型的铣刀的刀体包括垂直连接的安装部及刀刃。安装部安装于刀杆上。刀刃可以加工不同半径的圆槽或弧线。

请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型一实施例提供一种铣刀100。铣刀100用于在工件200上加工圆槽201或弧线。
铣刀100包括刀杆10、刀体20及固定件30。
刀杆10一端用于安装于刀柄上以装入机床的主轴中。刀杆10另一端连接刀体20。刀体20包括垂直连接的安装部21及刀刃23。安装部21安装于刀杆10上。安装部21可以垂直刀杆10的中轴线进行移动从而调节刀刃23距离刀杆10中轴线的距离以加工不同半径的圆槽或弧线。固定件30将安装部21固定于刀杆10上。
刀杆10包括相连接的第一柱体12与第二柱体14。第一柱体12与第二柱体14同轴设置。第一柱体12的半径小于第二柱体14的半径。第一柱体12用于安装于刀柄上。第二柱体14用于安装刀体20。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,刀杆10还可以是圆柱体,其一端用于安装于刀柄上,另一端用于安装刀体20。
第二柱体14包括周壁141。周壁141上设有安装孔143及固定孔145。安装孔143设于周壁141远离第一柱体12的一端。安装孔143穿过第二柱体14的中轴线并贯穿周壁141的相对两侧。安装孔143与第二柱体14的中轴线相垂直。固定孔145与安装孔143相垂直。固定孔145与安装孔143连通。安装孔143用于安装该安装部21。固定件30穿设固定孔145以固定安装部21。
刀体20大致呈L型。安装部21插入安装孔143中进行固定连接。本实施例中,安装部21的横截面大致为椭圆形,安装孔143为适配的椭圆形。可以理解,在其他实施例中,安装部21与安装孔143还可以是其他形状,例如长方体、三棱柱等,只要安装部21不会发生转动。
安装部21朝向固定孔145的一侧设有一定位槽212。定位槽212平行安装部21的轴线方向。定位槽212贯穿安装部21的相对两端。
刀刃23一端连接于安装部21的末端。刀刃23的另一端垂直 安装部21并向远离第一柱体12的方向延伸。刀刃23的末端低于第二柱体14以便于加工工件200。
本实施例中,固定件30为螺丝。固定孔145相应地为螺孔。固定件30螺接于固定孔145中。固定件30的末端抵持于定位槽212的槽壁上将刀体20固定。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,固定件30还可以是固定杆等并通过过盈配合或其他方式装入固定孔145中。可以理解,在其他实施例中,定位槽212还可以取消,只要固定件30能够抵持固定安装部21。
使用时,将安装部21插入安装孔143中,根据需要调节安装部21伸入安装孔143的距离。刀刃23距离第二柱体14中轴线的距离即为所加工的圆槽或弧线的半径。将固定件30装入固定孔145并使固定件30抵持于定位槽212的槽壁上以将刀体20固定。将第一柱体12装入刀柄中并安装于机床主轴上以进行加工。
本实用新型的铣刀100的刀体20包括垂直连接的安装部21及刀刃23。安装部21安装于刀杆10上。安装部21可以垂直刀杆10的中轴线进行移动从而调节刀刃23距离刀杆10中轴线的距离以加工不同半径的圆槽或弧线。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种铣刀,用于加工圆槽或弧线,该铣刀包括刀杆、刀体和固定件,其特征在于:该刀杆一端用于安装于刀柄上,该刀杆另一端的周壁上设有安装孔及固定孔,该安装孔垂直并穿过该刀杆的中轴线,该安装孔贯穿该周壁的相对两侧,该固定孔与该安装孔相连通,该刀体包括垂直连接的安装部及刀刃,该安装部插入该安装孔中并通过该固定件穿设该固定孔进行固定,该刀刃的末端低于该刀杆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的铣刀,其特征在于:该刀杆包括相连接的第一柱体与第二柱体,该第一柱体该与第二柱体同轴设置,该第一柱体的半径小于该第二柱体的半径,该第一柱体用于安装于刀柄上,该第二柱体用于安装该刀体。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的铣刀,其特征在于:该安装部的横截面为椭圆形,该安装孔为与该安装部相匹配的椭圆形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的铣刀,其特征在于:该安装部为长方体,该安装孔为与该安装部相适配的长方体。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的铣刀,其特征在于:该安装部朝向该固定孔的一侧设有一定位槽,该定位槽平行该安装部的轴线方向,该定位槽贯穿该安装部的相对两端,该固定件抵触于该定位槽进行固定。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的铣刀,其特征在于:该固定件为螺丝,该固定孔为相匹配的螺孔,该固定件螺接于该固定孔中。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的铣刀,其特征在于:该固定孔与该安装孔相垂直。
