承载机构20包括承载件21及至少一个固定件22。承载件21大致呈T型,其包括本体211、支撑部212及承载部213。本体211包括第一表面2111及与第一表面2111相对的第二表面2112。本体211上贯穿开设有至少一个安装孔2113。每个安装孔2113为条形孔。每个安装孔2113贯穿第一表面2111和第二表面2112且与基座10的固定孔11相对应。本实施例中,安装孔2113的数量为两个,但不限于此。
支撑部212设置于本体211的一端且支撑部212的一端与本体211的第二表面2112平齐。支撑部212上开设有至少一个穿设孔2121、至少一个导向槽2122及至少一个导向孔2123。每个穿设孔2121贯穿支撑部212的相对两端。每个穿设孔2121包括同轴设置的第一穿设孔部2124、第二穿设孔部2125及第三穿设孔部2126。第二穿设孔部2125的两端分别与第一穿设孔部2124及第三穿设孔部2126相连通。第一穿设孔部2124和第二穿设孔部2125都为圆形孔。第一穿设孔部2124贯穿支撑部212的一端。第一穿设孔部2124的孔径大于第二穿设孔部2125的孔径。第三穿设孔部2126为矩形孔。第三穿设孔部2126贯穿支撑部212的另一端。每个导向槽2122为条形槽。每个导向槽2122开设于支撑部212远离本体211的一侧且与相应的穿设孔2121的第三穿设孔部2126相连通。每个导向孔2123为条形孔,其贯穿支撑部212的相对两侧。本实 施例中,穿设孔2121和导向槽2122的数量均为两个,导向孔2123的数量为三个,但不限于此。
承载部213设置于支撑部212远离本体211的一侧以承载放置工件200。承载部213的两端分别与本体211的第一表面2111和第二表面2112平齐。
每个固定件22的一端穿过相应的安装孔2113以螺合于相应的固定孔11上,从而将承载件21的本体211固定于基座10上。通过调节固定件22于固定孔11内的位置以调节承载件21相对于基座10的位置。
每个按压机构30包括按压调节件31及按压件32。按压调节件31包括杆体311及设置于杆体311一端的阻挡部312。杆体311远离阻挡部312的一端穿过相应的穿设孔2121的第一穿设孔部2124、第二穿设孔部2125且伸入第三穿设孔部2126。阻挡部312转动地收容于相应的穿设孔2121的第一穿设孔部2124内。按压件32包括移动部321及设置于移动部321上的按压部322。移动部321大致呈长方体状。移动部321上贯穿开设有螺合孔3211。移动部321滑动地收容于相应的穿设孔2121的第三穿设孔部2126内且通过螺合孔3211螺合于相应的按压调节件31的杆体311上。按压部322设置于移动部321的一侧。按压部322穿过相应的导向槽2122且凸出于支撑部212的一侧。按压部322能够在移动部321带动下移动以将位于承载部213上的工件200进行按压固定。
每个定位机构40包括定位调节件41及定位件42。定位调节件41包括杆体411及设置于杆体411一端的阻挡部412。杆体411远离阻挡部412的一端从支撑部212靠近本体211的一侧滑动地穿过相应的导向孔2123以与定位件42相螺合。通过转动定位调节件41以使定位调节件41的阻挡部412和定位件42分别抵持支撑部 212的相对两侧,从而使定位件42固定于支撑部212上。定位调节件41的杆体411沿相应的导向孔2123移动以调节定位件42相对于支撑部212的位置。定位件42能够抵持位于承载部213上的工件200的边缘以对工件200进行定位。本实施例中,定位调节件41为螺栓,但不限于此。
请同时参阅图1至图3,组装时,每个固定件22的一端穿过相应的安装孔2113以螺合于相应的固定孔11上,从而将承载件21的本体211固定于基座10上。将每个按压件32的移动部321滑动地收容于相应的穿设孔2121的第三穿设孔部2126内,并将每个按压调节件31的杆体311远离阻挡部312的一端穿过相应的穿设孔2121的第一穿设孔部2124、第二穿设孔部2125且伸入第三穿设孔部2126且螺合于相应的移动部321的螺合孔3211内。将每个定位调节件41的杆体411远离阻挡部412的一端从支撑部212靠近本体211的一侧滑动地穿过相应的导向孔2123且与定位件42相螺合,完成了对整个固定装置100的组装。
使用时,通过调节固定件22于固定孔11内的位置以调节承载件21相对于基座10的位置。将工件200放置于承载部213上,并将定位调节件41的杆体411沿相应的导向孔2123移动以调节定位件42相对于支撑部212的位置。通过转动定位调节件41以使定位调节件41的阻挡部412和定位件42分别抵持支撑部212的相对两侧,从而使定位件42固定于支撑部212上且定位件42能够抵持位于承载部213上的工件200的边缘以对工件200进行定位。转动按压调节件31带动按压件32移动以使按压部322沿相应的导向槽2122移动,从而使按压部322将位于承载部213上的工件200进行按压固定,完成了对工件200的固定。反之,按压部322沿相应的导向槽2122远离工件200移动,从而将固定的工件200释放。
固定装置100包括基座10、承载机构20、至少一个按压机构30及至少一个定位机构40,但不限于此,在其它实施例中至少一个定位机构40可以去除,并不影响至少一个按压机构30对工件200进行按压固定。
固定装置100通过在承载件21的本体211上贯穿开设有至少一个安装孔2113,每个固定件22的一端穿过相应的安装孔2113以螺合于基座的固定孔11上,且通过调节固定件22于固定孔11内的位置以便于调节承载件21相对于基座10的位置。同时,通过将按压调节件31及按压件32滑动地穿设于承载件21的支撑部212内,并由转动按压调节件31带动按压件32移动以将位工件200进行按压固定或者释放,提高了工件200装夹的便利性。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种固定装置,用于固定工件,该固定装置包括基座、承载机构及至少一个按压机构,其特征在于:该基座上贯穿开设有至少一个固定孔,该承载机构包括承载件及至少一个固定件,该承载件呈T型,该承载件包括本体、支撑部及承载部,该本体上贯穿开设有至少一个安装孔,每个该安装孔为条形孔且与该固定孔相对应,该支撑部设置于该本体的一端,该支撑部上开设有至少一个穿设孔及至少一个导向槽,每个该穿设孔贯穿该支撑部的相对两端,每个该导向槽开设于该支撑部远离该本体的一侧且与相应的该穿设孔相连通,该承载部设置于该支撑部远离该本体的一侧以承载放置该工件,每个该固定件的一端穿过相应的该安装孔以螺合于相应的该固定孔上,通过调节该固定件于该固定孔内的位置以调节该承载件相对于该基座的位置,每个该按压机构包括按压调节件及按压件,该按压调节件可转动地穿设于相应的该穿设孔内,该按压件滑动地收容于相应的该穿设孔内且该按压件的部分经由相应的该导向槽凸出于该支撑部,该按压件螺合于该按压调节件上,转动该按压调节件带动该按压件移动以将位于该承载部上的工件进行按压固定或者释放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该本体包括第一表面及与该第一表面相对的第二表面,每个该安装孔贯穿该第一表面和该第二表面,该支撑部的一端与该第二表面平齐,该承载部的两端分别与该第一表面和该第二表面平齐。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于:每个该穿设孔包括同轴设置的第一穿设孔部、第二穿设孔部及第三穿设孔部,该第二穿设孔部的两端分别与该第一穿设孔部及该第三穿设孔部相连通,该第一穿设孔部贯穿该支撑部的一端,该第三穿设孔部贯 穿该支撑部的另一端,该按压调节件包括杆体及设置于该杆体一端的阻挡部,该杆体远离该阻挡部的一端穿过相应的该第一穿设孔部、该第二穿设孔部且伸入该第三穿设孔部,该阻挡部转动地收容于相应的该第一穿设孔部内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该第一穿设孔部和该第二穿设孔部都为圆形孔,该第三穿设孔部为矩形孔。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该第一穿设孔部的孔径大于该第二穿设孔部的孔径。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该按压件包括移动部及设置于该移动部上的按压部,该移动部上贯穿开设有螺合孔,该移动部滑动地收容于相应的该穿设孔的第三穿设孔部内且通过该螺合孔螺合于相应的该按压调节件的杆体上,该按压部设置于该移动部的一侧,该按压部穿过相应的该导向槽且凸出于该支撑部的一侧,该按压部能够在该移动部带动下移动以将位于该承载部上的工件进行按压固定。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该支撑部上还开设有至少一个导向孔,每个该导向孔为条形孔,该固定装置还包括至少一个定位机构,每个该定位机构包括定位调节件及定位件,该定位调节件包括杆体及设置于该杆体一端的阻挡部,该杆体远离该阻挡部的一端从该支撑部靠近该本体的一侧滑动地穿过相应的该导向孔以与该定位件相螺合,通过转动该定位调节件以使该阻挡部和该定位件分别抵持该支撑部的相对两侧,从而使该定位件固定于该支撑部上,该杆体沿相应的该导向孔移动以调节该定位件相对于该支撑部的位置,该定位件能够抵持位于该承载部上的工件的边缘以对该工件进行定位。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的固定装置,其特征在于:该定位调节 件为螺栓。
