干衣机
本申请要求申请日为2017年09月29日、申请号为201710904927.1、名称为“一种干衣机”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及干衣技术领域,例如涉及一种干衣机。
背景技术
相关技术中干衣机包括滚筒及转轴,其中,转轴上安装有轴承,轴承一般设置于箱体上,并直接暴露于箱体与后盖板之间的风路中,由于加热器产生的高温热风流入风路,使得轴承直接置于高温环境中。为防止轴承温度过高,通常会需要金属轴承和耐高温油脂,无法使用滑动效果更好的塑料轴承,而使用金属轴承存在着如下问题:一是成本较高,二是金属轴承易损坏,三是由于高温油脂在长期的高温环境下也会损耗,最终导致轴承转动不畅,使机器产生异音,并影响干衣机的正常使用。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种干衣机,能够解决相关技术中的金属轴承成本高及金属轴承易损坏及易转动不畅而影响干衣机的正常使用的技术问题。
一种干衣机,包括箱体;连接于所述箱体的后盖板;轴承,设置于所述箱体上,及设置于所述箱体与所述后盖板之间的密封室,所述密封室设置为对所述轴承进行密封。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种干衣机,如图1-图6所示,包括箱体1及连接于所述箱体1的后盖板2,所述箱体1与所述后盖板2之间设置有密封室3,所述密封室3设置为对所述箱体1上的轴承10进行密封。
本实施例通过在箱体1与盖板之间设置密封室3,对设置于箱体1上的轴承10进行隔离,避免了轴承10直接暴露于箱体1与后盖板2之间的风路中,可以有效防止了轴承10温度过高,以及有效防止了油脂长期处于高温环境下容易损耗,最终导致轴承10转动不畅,使机器产生异音的情况。
如图3所示,所述密封室3包括端盖31及连接于所述端盖31的固定座32,所述端盖31设置于所述后盖板2上,所述固定座32设置于所述箱体1上。本实施例通过在箱体1上设置固定座32及在后盖板2设置端盖31,即可实现对轴承10的密封,避免了轴承10直接暴露于箱体1与后盖板2之间的空间内而受到箱体1与后盖板2之间的热风的影响。其中,所述固定座32为凸于所述箱体1的环形凸台,且与箱体1为一体结构。
如图5所示,上述后盖板2靠近所述箱体1的一侧凸设有凸起21,所述凸起21贯穿设有安装孔22,所述安装孔22靠近所述固定座32的一端设有连接面23,所述端盖31依次连接于所述连接面23及固定座32。其中,本实施例中通过螺钉或其他紧固件将端盖31依次与连接面23和固定座32固定连接。
本实施例还提供了一种端盖31与后盖板2的设置方式,如图6所示,所述端盖31与所述后盖板2为一体结构,且所述端盖31凸设于所述后盖板2远离所述箱体1的一侧,其中,端盖31周向设置有台阶面311,当后盖板2固定于箱体1上时,所述台阶面311抵压于所述固定座32,从而将轴承10密封于固定座32与端盖31形成的密封室3内。本实施例端盖31的设置方式可以根据实际需要进行选择。
如图4所示,上述箱体1上设置有一凹槽11,所述凹槽11与所述后盖板2之间 的空间形成送风腔(未示出),送风腔设置为供热风通过;其中,凹槽11包括第一凹槽111和第二凹槽112,固定座32设置于第一凹槽111内。此外,第二凹槽112内还设置有进风口1121,第二凹槽112内设置有出风口1111,箱体1的内部设置有加热器,进风口1121与加热器对应设置,使得加热器产生的热风能够由进风口1121经过送风腔,并由出风口1111进入箱体1的筒体内部,对筒体内的衣物进行烘干。
上述进风口1121设置于凹槽11的第一端,出风口1111设置于凹槽11的第二端,如图4所示,进风口1121设置于固定座32的上方,出风口1111设置于固定座32的下方,而由进风口1121流出的热风受到密封室3的阻挡作用,使得热风从密封室3的两侧经过,如图4中箭头方向所示为热风的流动方向,从而避免了送风腔内的热风对轴承10的温度影响,同时避免了轴承10内的油脂具有较高的温度,进而避免了由于油脂产生的较高的温度使得轴承10转动不畅的情况。
在一实施例中,轴承10由塑料制作而成,相比金属材质的轴承,塑料轴承具有更好的滑动效果,且生产的成本低,且避免了相关技术中使用金属轴承时,金属轴承容易损坏的情况。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机,包括:
    箱体(1);
    连接于所述箱体(1)的后盖板(2);
    轴承(10),设置于所述箱体(1)上,及
    设置于所述箱体(1)与所述后盖板(2)之间的密封室(3),所述密封室(3)设置为对所述轴承(10)进行密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机,其中,所述密封室(3)包括端盖(31)及连接于所述端盖(31)的固定座(32),所述端盖(31)设置于所述后盖板(2)上,所述固定座(32)设置于所述箱体(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其中,所述固定座(32)为凸出于所述箱体(1)的环形凸台。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的干衣机,其中,所述后盖板(2)包括凸起(21),所述凸起(21)凸设于所述后盖板(2)靠近所述箱体(1)的一侧,所述凸起(21)贯穿设有安装孔(22),所述凸起(21)包括连接面(23),所述连接面(23)位于所述安装孔(22)靠近所述固定座(32)的一端,所述端盖(31)依次连接于所述连接面(23)及所述固定座(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其中,所述端盖(31)与所述后盖板(2)为一体结构,且所述端盖(31)凸设于所述后盖板(2)远离所述箱体(1)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的干衣机,其中,所述端盖(31)周向设置有台阶面(311),所述台阶面(311)抵接于所述固定座(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其中,所述箱体(1)上设置有一凹槽(11),所述凹槽(11)与所述后盖板(2)之间的空间形成送风腔,所述固定座(32)设置于所述凹槽(11)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的干衣机,其中,所述凹槽(11)内设置有与所述送风腔连通的进风口(1121)和出风口(1111),所述进风口(1121)设置于所述凹槽(11)的第一端,所述出风口(1111)设置于所述凹槽(11)的第二端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的干衣机,其中,所述箱体(1)内部设置有加热器,所述加热器与所述进风口(1121)对应设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机,其中,所述轴承(10)由塑料制作而成。
