相关技术中的电饭煲的玻璃面板通过粘胶方式与面盖进行固定连接,连接不可靠,玻璃与面板容易相互脱离,玻璃面板的边缘裸露在外,不仅容易划伤使用者,且玻璃面板的边缘容易直接与周围其它物品发生撞击,导致玻璃面板破碎。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种上盖组件,所述上盖组件安全可靠、不易破损。
本发明还提出一种具有上述上盖组件的烹饪器具。

根据本发明一个可选的示例,面盖2的下端与内盖1或者显示盒4相互扣合相连,可以理解的是,面盖2与内盖1之间通过扣合相连,面盖2与显示盒4之间通过扣合相连,还可以是内盖1和显示盒4分别面盖2扣合相连,通过面盖2的下端与内盖1或者显示盒4扣合相连,面盖2的上端止抵住面盖,以将面板3压紧在面盖2与内盖1之间。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,面盖2的顶部设置有周向环绕其的翻边部22,翻边部22抵压在面板3上,翻边部22限定出透过孔21。
下面参考图1-图4描述根据本发明另一个实施例的上盖组件100。
如图2所示,根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100包括内盖1、面板3和面盖2。
在内盖1上设有支撑柱,面板3通过支撑柱支撑(如图2所示面板3通过支撑柱支撑在内盖1的上方),且支撑柱对面板3进行预固定和定位,面盖2围绕内盖1和面板3的外侧设置,在面盖2上设有透过孔21(面盖2形成为环形状,环形内侧即为透过孔21),面板3的一部分通过透过孔21露出。
此外,面盖2与面板3之间止抵相连(即面盖2止抵在面板3的上方),并通过面盖2与内盖1之间卡扣连接实现面盖2与面板3和内盖1的配合连接,节省了打胶安装工序,操作便利。
根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100,通过将面盖2与面板3之间止抵连接并与内盖1卡扣相连,与相关技术中的面板3装配结构相比,采用机械方式对面盖2和面板3进行固定,不仅省去了打胶工艺,操作过程简单、便利,且提高了上盖组件100的装配效率,实现面板3与面盖2的配合定位精准化。
如图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,面盖2包括主体部25和翻边部22,主体部25围绕内盖1的一部分设置,且主体部25与内盖1之间通过卡扣连接,主体部25呈环形布置,主体部25的环绕内盖1的一圈设置,主体部25的下端与内盖1之间卡扣相连,主体部25与内盖1拆装方便,便于对内盖1等进行维修更换,主体部25对内盖 1具有保护作用,避免内盖1与外部的其他部件接触碰撞导致损坏。
翻边部22连接在主体部25的上端,翻边部22的自由端止抵在面板3上,这样翻边部22与主体部25共同配合将面板3压紧,具体地,通过翻边部22止抵面板3的上表面,通过主体部25的下端与内盖1卡扣相连,将面板3固定在翻边部22与内盖1之间。
根据本发明的一个可选的示例,翻边部22与主体部25之间具有夹角,用α进行表示,夹角α的范围在60°至120°之间,例如可以为60°、70°、80°、90°、100°、110°或120°,具体夹角的取值可以根据实际情况进行选定,通过将翻边部22与主体部25之间的夹角限定在上述范围之内,既可以实现翻边部22与面板3的止抵连接,主体部25的下端还可以与内盖1卡扣相连,进而将面板3压紧在翻边部22与内盖1之间。
如图2所示,由面盖2的竖直横截面可以看出,主体部25的长度大于翻边部22的长度,主体部25与翻边部22的连接处高于面板3的上表面,这样在压紧面板3的同时,翻边部22在竖直方向上具有一定的富余量,即如需要拆卸上盖组件100的时候,可以将翻边部22抬高,便于对上盖组件100拆装和维修更换。
参照图4,翻边部22与主体部25的连接处(即图4中所示的面盖2在竖直方向上的横截面的拐角处)的内表面设有凹部30b,凹部30b向远离内盖1的方向凹入,这样,通过掏胶的方式将翻边部22与主体部25的连接处的内表面形成有凹部30b,可以加强面盖2在拐角处的弹性,使得面盖2不易损坏,保证结构稳定可靠。
可选地,翻边部22的端部(与面板3相接触的一端)形成为凸部33,凸部33具有一定的韧性和弹性,通过将翻边部22的凸部33与面板3的上表面相止抵连接,凸部33与面板3的上表面过盈配合,不仅可以保证面盖2与面板3之间的连接可靠,且凸部33与面板3之间配合紧密,有效地消除了面板3的装配间隙,上盖组件100的外观效果好。
进一步地,凸部33包括底部331和倾斜部332,底部331与面板3的上表面相接触,倾斜部332相对于面板3向上向外倾斜延伸,底部331连接在倾斜部332的自由端,倾斜部332避免与面板3接触,用于连接底部331,保证底部331与面板3的连接可靠,实现底部331与面板3的无间隙配合。
可选地,底部331与面板3接触的过盈量的范围在0.1至0.3mm之间,例如可以为0.1mm、0.15mm、0.2mm、0.25mm或0.3mm,具体可以依据实际需求对底部331与面板3接触的过盈量进行设定,通过将底部331与面板3接触的过盈量限定在上述范围之内,可以有效地消除底部331与面板3之间的间隙。
可选地,凸部33的底部331的宽度在0.2-0.5mm的范围之内,例如可以为0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm、0.45mm、或0.5mm,可以近似将面板3与凸部33的配合看作是面与线接 触,具体地根据实际需要进行加工设定,通过将凸部33的底部331的宽度限定在上述范围之内,底部331与面板3充分接触既可以保证凸部33与面板3之间可靠连接,又可以使得凸部33与面板3之间紧密配合。
凸部33的倾斜部332与面板3之间的夹角范围在10°至90°之间,可以为10°、20°、30°、40°、50°、60°、70°、80°或90°,具体的夹角根据实际需要进行选定,通过将凸部33的倾斜部332与面板3之间的夹角限定在上述范围之内,可以确保倾斜部332不会与面板3接触,消除面盖2与面板3之间的装配间隙。
下面参考图7-图12描述根据本发明又一个实施例的上盖组件100。
如图7-图10所示,根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100,包括内盖1、面盖2、面板3和显示盒4。其中,优选地,面板3为玻璃面板。
具体地,面盖2罩设在内盖1的上方,面盖2的顶面具有透过孔21。面板3设在面盖2内侧,且面板3封闭面盖2顶面的透过孔21。显示盒4安装在面板3上,具体地,显示盒4与面板3卡接,且显示盒4的至少一部分位于面板3下方,显示盒4适于向上朝面板3展示信息。例如,显示盒4内设有显示板,显示板上的信息可以朝向面板3展示。
这里,需要说明的是,相关技术中的面板是通过打胶支架固定在面盖上,然后面板与面盖上的显示盒对中,这样会导致面板与显示盒之间的尺寸链较长(面板—打胶支架—面盖—显示盒),容易使面板与显示盒对位发生偏移,从而引起显示盒内的显示板与面板上的丝印灯孔不重合。
而本申请通过将显示盒4直接安装在面板3上,将显示盒4与面板3卡接,例如,将面板3的边沿卡在显示盒4上的第一卡勾42上,换言之,将显示盒4与面板3通过卡接直接固定连接在一起,由此,显示盒可以对面板起到定位的效果,从而缩短面板3与显示盒4之间的尺寸链,避免装配误差的累积,避免出现显示盒4与面板3上的丝印灯孔不重合,提高装配质量。
根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100,通过将显示盒4安装在面板3上,可以缩短面板3与显示盒4之间的尺寸链,避免出现显示盒4与面板3上的丝印灯孔不重合,提高装配质量。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图9和图10所示,面盖2的透过孔21的内周面具有翻边部22,面板3的周缘抵在翻边部22的下表面上。这里,通过将面板3设在面盖2的下方,并利用翻边部22抵住面板3的周沿,这样,翻边部22可以遮盖面板3的周沿,使面板3的边沿的形状不受面盖2边沿形状的限制,从而可以将面板3的边沿做成弯折的直边,而不需要如同相关技术中由于面板3设在面盖2的上方、面板3的边沿必须契合面板3的边沿而做成弧形,由此,可以降低面板3的加工成本,提高产品的附加值。
另外,由于面板3与显示盒4连接固定,且面板3抵在面盖2翻边部22的下表面。这样,面板3不需要通过打胶固定在面盖2上,由此,可以大大提高生产装配效率,降低成本,同时,还可以提高面板3固定的可靠性。
其中,在一些示例中,如图9和图10所示,翻边部22在由外向内的方向上向下倾斜延伸,例如,连接在面盖2内表面的翻边部22呈向内向下倾斜延伸的环形板体状。进一步地,翻边部22的自由端抵在面板3的上表面上。也就是说,翻边部22仅其内端的自由端与面板3接触并压紧面板3,而翻边部22的与面盖2相连的外端则与面板3的边沿间隔开预定距离。
这样,当显示盒4与面板3卡接时,例如显示盒4上的第一卡勾42勾住面板3的边沿时,第一卡勾42的勾部可以容纳在翻边部22与面板3之间的间隙中,从而避免第一卡勾42的勾部与翻边部22干涉。
此外,由于翻边部22为向下倾斜延伸的悬臂结构,当翻边部22仅自由端下压面板3时,由于翻边部22本身结构具有一定的弹性,因此,翻边部22的自由端与面板3之间可以过盈配合,通过利用翻边部22发生一定的弹性形变抵压面板3,由此,可以提高对面板3的压紧度,提高装配的可靠性。同时,避免面板3与翻边部22硬接触而损伤面板3。
优选地,如图8所示,面板3与翻边部22之间可以设有密封件5,例如密封件5可以设在面板3的上表面与翻边部22的下表面之间,密封件5可以用于密封面板3与翻边部22之间的间隙,由此,可以防止灰尘等杂质通过该间隙进入上盖组件100内,防止杂质污染上盖组件100内的蒸汽通道,防止杂质影响上盖组件100内的电器元件正常工作。
进一步地,在沿面盖2的径向向内的方向上,翻边部22向下倾斜延伸。其中,优选地,翻边部22的下表面上可以设有向下延伸的止挡筋,且密封件位于止挡筋的沿面板径向方向的内侧。由此,止挡筋可以有效地限制密封件的位移,防止密封件在凸缘与面板之间偏移。可选地,密封件为密封圈,
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图12所示,显示盒4上设有向上延伸的第一卡勾42,第一卡勾42为多个,且多个第一卡勾42环绕面板3的周向间隔布置,第一卡勾42的朝向面板3凸出的勾部抵在面板3的上表面上。由此,通过沿周向间隔布置的多个第一卡勾42勾住面板的边沿,可以起到将面板3与显示盒4固定连接的效果。
进一步地,如图12所示,显示盒4上设有向上延伸的第一定位柱43,第一定位柱43为多个,且多个第一定位柱43环绕面板3的周向间隔布置,第一定位柱43上形成有水平定位面和竖向定位面,面板3支撑在水平定位面上,且面板3的周沿抵在竖向定位面的内侧。此时,面板3的上下表面分别抵在第一卡勾42勾部与第一定位柱43的水平定位面之间,第一卡勾42的勾部与第一定位柱的水平定位面配合实现对面板3沿上下方向的定位安装;面 板3的周沿抵在沿周向分布的多个第一定位柱43的竖向定位面之间,由此,可以实现对面板3在水平方向上的限位,从而最终实现将面板3与显示盒4固定连接。
优选地,第一定位柱43和第一卡勾42沿面板3的周向交替间隔布置。进一步地,第一定位柱43和第一卡勾42成对相邻布置。由此,可以进一步提高面板3与显示盒4之间连接的可靠性和稳定性。
另外,由于在水平投影平面上显示盒4的尺寸明显小于面板3的尺寸,且在装配的过程中,在面板3和内盖1之间,其一侧用于安装固定显示盒4,而另一侧通常安装有蒸汽阀。因此,若仅在显示盒4上设置有第一卡勾42和第一定位柱43用于固定面板3,则显示盒4上的第一卡勾42和第一定位柱43并不能完全环绕面板3的周沿。
因此,为进一步保证对面板3固定的可靠性,避免面板3发生偏斜位移等。优选地,如图12所示,内盖1上可以设有多个向上延伸的第二定位柱11,多个第二定位柱11环绕面板3的周向间隔布置,面板3的边沿支撑在多个第一定位柱43和多个第二定位柱11上。其中,多个第二定位柱11可以位于内盖1的与显示盒4相对的另一端。这样,通过设置多个第一定位柱43和多个第二定位柱11沿面板3的周向间隔布置,可以利用第一定位柱43和第二定位柱11沿周向均匀支撑面板3的周沿。由此,可以提高对面板3支撑的稳定性和固定面板3的可靠性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示盒4与内盖1卡扣连接。具体地,参照图11,显示盒4上设有多个向下延伸的卡扣41,多个卡扣41沿显示盒4的周向间隔布置,内盖1上设有与卡扣41一一对应的卡槽14,卡扣41与卡槽14卡合。由此,可以方便显示盒4安装。
这里需要说明的是,相关技术中的显示盒通常不是独立的部件,而是在面盖上形成一个下凹的腔体作为显示盒,在此种情况下,面板需要设置在面盖的上方。而本申请通过将显示盒4作为独立的部件安装在内盖1上,再将面板3与显示盒4直接相连,由此,不仅可以简化面盖2的结构,方便生产面盖2、显示盒4和面板3,还可以方便布置显示盒4和面板3,缩短面板3与显示盒4的尺寸链,提高装配效率,降低生产成本。
进一步地,参照图11,内盖1上可以设有多个向上延伸的导向筋13,多个导向筋13沿显示盒4的周向间隔布置,且显示盒4安装至多个导向筋13内侧。优选地,多个导向筋13的内侧面呈从下到上向外倾斜的楔形。这样,多个导向筋13的内侧面所围成的空间在从上往下的方向上其水平截面逐渐减小。此时,在装配的过程中,导向筋13内侧的楔形导向面可以将显示盒4逐步导入预定的安装位置,提高装配效率。
在本发明的一些实施例中,面盖2将内盖1、显示盒4和面板3均罩设在内,例如,面盖2呈沿上下方向延伸的环形桶状,面盖2的顶端具有透过孔21,且面盖2上端的内周面 上具有沿径向向内凸出的翻边部22,翻边部22呈沿面盖2周向延伸的环形,内盖1、显示盒4和面板3均被罩设在面盖2的内侧。
其中,如图10所示,面盖2与内盖1卡接和/或螺钉连接。由此,可以方便面盖2和内盖1连接,方便安装。
具体地,如图10所示,内盖1上可以设有向上延伸的第二卡勾12,第二卡勾12可以为一个或沿内盖1的周向间隔布置的多个,面盖2的内侧设有凸筋23,其中,凸筋23可以形成为沿面盖2的周向延伸的环形,凸筋23也可以形成为环段。当然凸筋23可以为与第二卡勾12一一对应的多个。在装配时,第二卡勾12的勾部勾住凸筋23的上表面。从而实现内盖1和面盖2的卡合。
另外,如图10所示,内盖1上可以形成有安装孔15,面盖2的内侧可以设有安装柱24,内盖1可以通过安装孔15与面盖2的安装柱24螺栓连接。
下面描述本发明上述实施例的上盖组件100的装配过程。
在装配的过程中,将显示盒4上的卡勾41插入内盖1上的卡槽14内,实现显示盒4与内盖1的卡接;然后将显示板安装固定在显示盒4内;再将面板3卡在显示盒4的第一卡勾42以及第一定位柱43和第二定位柱11之间,实现面板3与显示盒4的固定连接,此时,面板3封盖显示盒4的顶部;最后将面盖2与内盖1卡接以及螺钉连接,此时,面盖2罩将面板3、显示盒4和内盖1均罩设在内。装配完成。
下面结合附图描述根据本发明再一个实施例的上盖组件100。
如图7-图13所示,根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100,包括内盖1、显示盒4以及面板3。
具体而言,内盖1上形成有安装位,显示盒4可拆卸地设在安装位处,面板3设在显示盒4的上端。也就是说,显示盒4可以设在内盖1上形成的安装位处,并且显示盒4与内盖1可拆卸,面板3设在显示盒4的上端并与显示盒4相连。由此,通过将显示盒4设在内盖1与面板3之间,便于显示盒4的接线操作且安全性高。
例如,在显示盒4与内盖1装配完成后,与显示盒4相连的连接线44的长度可以适应性设置,并且能够可视化整理连接线44,有利于降低操作难度,提高操作的安全性。
根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100,通过使显示盒4可拆卸地与内盖1相连,能够实现连接线44的可视化整理,便于显示盒4的接线操作且安全性高。
参照图9,根据本发明一个实施例,上盖组件100还包括:面盖2,面盖2的上端止抵面板3并罩设在内盖1和显示盒4的外部。这样可以为显示盒4的接线提供有利条件。
具体地,显示盒4安装在内盖1与面盖2之间,显示盒4与内盖1相连,再与面板 3、面盖2进行装配。由此,连接线44的长度可以适应性设置,并且能够可视化整理连接线,可以不受面盖2、面板3等影响,把连接线44在引出上盖组件100之前固定在内盖1上,不会容易走到产生危险的地方,甚至会卡死,造成断线。并因为可视化操作,降低工人操作难度,大大提高了生产效率,提高产品附加值。
参照图8、图11以及图13,根据本发明一个实施例,显示盒4与内盖1中的其中一个上形成有卡扣41且另一个上形成有与卡扣41匹配的卡槽14,卡扣41与卡槽14配合。也就是说,可以是显示盒4上形成有卡扣41且内盖1上形成有与卡扣41匹配的卡槽14,也可以是内盖1上形成有卡扣41且显示盒4上形成有与卡扣41匹配的卡槽14。由此,易于实现显示盒4与内盖1的装配和拆卸。
例如,在本发明的一个示例中,卡槽14形成于内盖1上,且卡扣41形成于显示盒4上。通过卡槽14与卡扣41的配合可以实现显示盒4与内盖1之间的装配。
参照图11和图13,显示盒4可以先固定在内盖1上,然后可视化整理连接线44,可以不受面盖2、面板3等影响,把连接线44在引出上盖组件100之前固定在内盖1上。
显示盒4安装在内盖1与面盖2之间,把显示盒4利用扣位(例如卡槽14与卡扣41等)与内盖1装配后,再与面板3、面盖2等进行装配。
本发明不限于此,在本发明的一些实施例中,显示盒4与内盖1上也可以均形成有卡扣,并使显示盒卡扣的勾部勾住内盖卡扣的勾部,从而实现显示盒4与内盖1之间的可靠连接。
进一步地,参照图11,卡扣41包括:本体部411以及勾部412,勾部412形成于本体部411的自由端以与卡槽14卡扣连接。如此,勾部412可以配合在卡槽14内,从而实现显示盒4与内盖1的卡扣连接。
进一步地,本体部411与勾部412粘接或一体成型。由此,可以简化加工工艺、降低成本。
可选地,勾部412上可以形成有楔形导向面。通过楔形导向面可以进行一定的导向,从而能够降低勾部412与卡槽14的装配难度,易于操作。
具体地,卡扣41包括沿环绕显示盒4间隔布置的多个,卡槽14与卡扣41一一对应。通过使多个卡槽14与卡扣41一一对应的卡合,能够进一步提高显示盒4与内盖1之间的连接可靠性。
可选地,显示盒4与面板3卡扣连接,面盖2与面板3卡扣连接。这样便于实现显示盒4与面板3之间、面盖2与面板3之间的可靠连接。
下面结合图7至图13详细描述根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100的工作过程。
具体地,显示盒4安装在内盖1与面盖2之间,显示盒4与内盖1卡扣连接后,再与面板3、面盖2进行装配。由此,连接线44的长度可以适应性设置,并且能够可视化整理连接线44,可以不受面盖2、面板3等影响,把连接线44在引出上盖组件100之前固定在内盖1的扣位(例如内盖1上的卡槽14)上,不会容易走到产生危险的地方,甚至会卡死,造成断线。并因为可视化操作,降低工人操作难度,大大提高了生产效率,提高产品附加值。至此完成根据本发明实施例的上盖组件100的工作过程。
根据本发明的一个可选的示例,面板3为玻璃面板3,面板3采用玻璃材质制作而成,由于玻璃一般为透明材质,故用户可以通过面板3看到内盖1和显示盒4,具体在工作过程中,便于用户观察。
如图14所示,根据本发明第二方面实施例的烹饪器具S,包括根据上述实施例中所述的上盖组件100。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具S,通过将面盖2沿着面板3的周向包裹面板3的外边缘,不仅用户在使用时不易被划伤,安全可靠,且避免面板3与周围物品直接接触导致损坏,对烹饪器具S进行有效地保护,保证烹饪器具S的使用寿命。

    支撑部;
    面板,所述面板支撑在所述支撑部上;
    面盖,所述面盖设在所述面板上,所述面盖上设有透过孔,所述面板的一部分从所述透过孔露出,所述面盖覆盖所述面板背离所述支撑部一面的边缘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面板的面积大于所述透过孔,所述面板封盖所述透过孔,且所述面板外边缘距离所述透过孔的孔沿的宽度范围为0.5-20mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面板形成为多边形,所述面板具有多个顶点和多条边。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面盖与所述面板止抵且与所述支撑部卡扣相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括:
    内盖,所述内盖上设有适于支撑所述面板的支撑柱;
    显示盒,所述显示盒设置在所述内盖上。

  19. 根据权利要求18所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面盖的透过孔的内周面具有翻边部,所述面板的周缘抵在所述翻边部的下表面上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述翻边部在由外向内的方向上向下倾斜延伸,且所述翻边部的自由端抵在所述面板的上表面上。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面板与所述翻边部之间设有密封件。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述显示盒上设有向上延伸的第一卡勾,所述第一卡勾为多个且多个所述第一卡勾环绕所述面板的周向间隔布置,所述第一卡勾朝向所述面板凸出的勾部勾住所述面板的上表面上。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述显示盒上设有向上延伸的第一定位柱,所述第一定位柱为多个且多个所述第一定位柱环绕所述面板的周向间隔布置,所述第一定位柱上形成有水平定位面和竖向定位面,所述面板支撑在所述水平定位面上且所述所述面板的周沿抵在所述竖向定位面的内侧。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述内盖上设有多个向上延伸的第二定位柱,多个所述第二定位柱环绕所述面板的周向间隔布置,所述面板的边沿支撑在多个所述第一定位柱和多个所述第二定位柱上。
  25. 根据权利要求18所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面盖将所述内盖、所述显示盒和所述面板均罩设在内,所述面盖与所述内盖卡接和/或螺钉连接。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述内盖上设有向上延伸的第二卡勾,所述面盖的内侧设有凸筋,所述第二卡勾的勾部勾住所述凸筋的上表面。
  27. 根据权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述内盖上形成有安装位,所述显示盒可拆卸地设在所述安装位处,所述面板设在所述显示盒的上端。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,还包括:面盖,所述面盖的上端止抵所述面板并罩设在所述内盖和所述显示盒的外部。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述显示盒与所述内盖中的其中一个上形成有卡扣且另一个上形成有与所述卡扣匹配的卡槽,所述卡扣与所述卡槽配合。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽形成于所述内盖上,且所述卡扣形成于所述显示盒上。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括:
    本体部;
    勾部,所述勾部形成于所述本体部的自由端以与所述卡槽卡扣连接。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述本体部与所述勾部粘接或一体成型。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述勾部上形成有楔形导向面。
  34. 根据权利要求29所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括沿环绕所述显示盒间隔布置的多个,所述卡槽与所述卡扣一一对应。
  35. 根据权利要求1-34中任一项所述的上盖组件,其特征在于,所述面板为玻璃面板。
  36. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-35中任一项所述的上盖组件。
