技术领域
本申请属于把币分配检测技术领域,尤其是涉及一种把币检测分配系统。
背景技术
随着银行等金融机构的办公自动化需求日渐迫切,处理大批量纸币清分流水线设备开始逐渐应用到现实生活。目前的纸币清分整理运输流水线有以下缺点:不能自动的对扎完把的把币进行扎把质量检验,导致不合格的把币混入流水线导致清分整理质量下降;不能实现对扎完把的把币进行灵活的多方向转向处理,无法实现在纸币整理清分系统中根据把币扎把状态对把币进行分类转运处理。
现阶段的纸币清分流水系统中,“把币”的转向分配工作通常设计在清分流水线上不同设备、不同位置和不同阶段上完成动作的,这样设计会使清分流水线系统整体设计复杂。
发明内容
为了弥补上述缺陷,本技术方案提出一种把币检测分配系统。
其技术方案为,一种把币检测分配系统,包括配置成接收并分拣把币的旋转机构;固定在所述旋转机构上部,并配置成将接收到的所述把币进行检测的检测机构;与所述旋转机构对应设置,并配置成将检测合格的所述把币分配到外部流水线的把币提升分配机构;
所述旋转机构包括旋转固定在支架上的旋转盘,所述旋转盘上固定有安装板,所述安装板上设置有配置成接收所述把币的传送带,所述传送带能够沿所述旋转盘转动,将所述把币转向推送到外界或所述把币提升分配机构上;
所述把币检测机构包括与所述支架固定的检测组件,所述检测组件下部安装有挡币板,所述挡币板对应设置在所述传送带上部能将经过所述传送带的所述把币拦截;
所述把币提升分配机构包括安装在所述传送带一侧的升降板,所述升降板分别连接有传动组件和导向杆上,所述导向杆上至少设有一个推币组件,所述推币组件配置成将所述把币推送到外部流水线上。
所述挡币板还连接有升降杆,所述升降杆一侧的杆体上设有齿条,所述齿条通过齿轮连接有升降电机。
传动机构包括对应固定在所述导向杆上、下两端的上链轮和下链轮,所述上链轮和所 述下链轮配合连接有链条,所述下链轮连接有驱动电机,所述升降板对应固定到所述链条上,并能在链条带动下上下移动。
在所述导向杆上还固定有检测光控,所述检测光控电连接有控制器,所述控制器与所述驱动电机电连接。
所述推币组件包括固定在所述导向杆一侧的固定板,所述固定板对应所述升降板方向滑动连接有推杆,所述推杆顶端固定有推钞板,所述推杆上还设有推钞齿条,所述推钞齿条通过齿轮与固定在所述固定板上的电机设置到一起。
所述推币组件还包括固定在所述推币板上方的检测光控,所述检测光控与所述控制器电连接到一起。
所述旋转盘包括齿轮盘身和与所述齿轮盘身转动连接的旋转电机,所述传送带包括第一输送电机,所述旋转电机和所述第一输送电机分别与所述控制器电连接。

挡币板还连接有升降杆,所述升降杆一侧的杆体上设有齿条,所述齿条通过齿轮连接有升降电机。
本实施例中,采用齿条配合电机的方式,在把币提升过程中更加稳定,提高了运行效率。
传动机构包括对应固定在所述导向杆上、下两端的上链轮341和下链轮342,所述上链轮和所述下链轮配合连接有链条343,所述下链轮连接有驱动电机344,所述升降板对应固定到所述链条上,并能在链条带动下上下移动。本技术方案中,采用链条配合方式,结构技术成熟,方便生产,同时链条传动为同步传动,方便监控升降板的位置。
在所述导向杆上还固定有检测光控35,所述检测光控电连接有控制器,所述控制器与所述驱动电机电连接。本技术方案中,通过检测光控来判断升降板的位置,进而确定其是否到位,推币组件的推送过程更加精确。
如图4,所述推币组件包括固定在所述导向杆一侧的固定板331,所述固定板对应所述升降板方向滑动连接有推杆332,所述推杆顶端固定有推钞板333,所述推杆上还设有推钞 齿条,所述推钞齿条通过齿轮与固定在所述固定板上的电机设置到一起。本技术方案中,推币组件也采用齿条配合齿轮的方式,反应灵活,使用寿命长。
所述推币组件还包括固定在所述推币板上方的检测光控,所述检测光控与所述控制器电连接到一起。推币组件的检测光控,检测推币组件是否推币到位,防止出现把币推送失败留在升降板上影响下次分配的缺陷。
所述旋转盘包括齿轮盘身和与所述齿轮盘身转动连接的旋转电机,所述传送带包括第一输送电机,所述旋转电机和所述第一输送电机分别与所述控制器电连接。
所述检测组件和所述升降电机均与所述控制器电连接。
本申请中,控制器只要可以实现经过编程后进行运动控制信号输出和检测信号反馈信号的输入即可,一般采用PC或者PLC。
上述技术方案中,控制器控制挡币板下降到传送带位置,将传送带上输送的把币恰好拦截在检测机构下方。检测机构可以为摄像头或其他图像检测设备,在对把币进行检测后,根据把币的大小和扎把带的位置来判断把币是否合格,若合格,则控制器控制挡币板升起,然后旋转电机将旋转盘旋转,进而带动传送带将把币旋转到朝向升降板的方向,然后传送带开启将把币传送到升降板上,再由升降板将把币提升到外部流水线的位置。在升降板提升到推钞组件高度后,控制器控制升降板停止运动,然后控制推钞组件将把币推送到外部流水线上。所述推钞组件有多个,可以沿导向杆纵向排列,每个推送组件与导向杆的连接位置都设置有检测光控,配置成检测升降板的运行高度,方便控制器进行协调。
上述技术方案仅体现了本申请技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本申请的原理,属于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,包括配置成接收并分拣把币的旋转机构(1);固定在所述旋转机构上部,并配置成将接收到的所述把币进行检测的检测机构(2);与所述旋转机构对应设置,并配置成将检测合格的所述把币分配到外部流水线的把币提升分配机构(3);
    所述旋转机构包括旋转固定在支架上的旋转盘(11),所述旋转盘上固定有安装板(12),所述安装板上设置有配置成接收所述把币的传送带(13),所述传送带能够沿所述旋转盘转动,将所述把币转向推送到外界或所述把币提升分配机构上;
    所述把币检测机构包括与所述支架固定的检测组件(21),所述检测组件下部安装有挡币板(22),所述挡币板对应设置在所述传送带上部能将经过所述传送带的所述把币拦截;
    所述把币提升分配机构包括安装在所述传送带一侧的升降板(31),所述升降板分别连接有传动组件和导向杆(32),所述导向杆上至少设有一个推币组件,所述推币组件配置成将所述把币推送到外部流水线上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述挡币板还连接有升降杆,所述升降杆一侧的杆体上设有齿条,所述齿条通过齿轮连接有升降电机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,传动机构包括对应固定在所述导向杆上、下两端的上链轮(341)和下链轮(342),所述上链轮和所述下链轮配合连接有链条(343),所述下链轮连接有驱动电机(344),所述升降板对应固定到所述链条上,并能在链条带动下上下移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,在所述导向杆上还固定有检测光控(35),所述检测光控电连接有控制器,所述控制器与所述驱动电机电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述推币组件包括固定在所述导向杆一侧的固定板(331),所述固定板对应所述升降板方向滑动连接有推杆(332),所述推杆顶端固定有推钞板(333)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述推杆上还设有推钞齿条,所述推钞齿条通过齿轮与固定在所述固定板上的电机设置到一起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述推币组件还包括固定在所述推币板上方的检测光控,所述检测光控与所述控制器电连接到一起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述旋转盘还包括齿 轮盘身和与所述齿轮盘身转动连接的旋转电机。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述传送带包括第一输送电机,所述旋转电机和所述第一输送电机分别与所述控制器电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的把币检测分配系统,其特征在于,所述检测组件和所述升降电机均与所述控制器电连接。
