一种船舶舷灯箱及具有其的船舶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及船舶相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种船舶舷灯箱及具有其的船舶。
背景技术
根据国际海上避碰规则,船舶必须配备信号灯并保证信号灯在船舶航行过程中能够正常使用。舷灯是船舶航行信号灯的一种,在视线不理想的情况下,通过舷灯提供足够的信息,以避免与其他船舶发生碰撞。
舷灯安装时必须保证不被遮挡且需要布置在危险区域以外,通常是在船舶上安装舷灯箱,将舷灯安装在舷灯箱内。现有的船舶舷灯箱通常布置在上建区域延伸至舷侧的甲板上,并靠近舷侧板安装;或在甲板区域设置安装舷灯箱的舷灯箱支架,为了保证舷灯箱不会影响船长观察船舶前方的视线,即将舷灯箱安装在危险区域以外,对舷灯箱的安装高度有一定的要求,即通常需要将舷灯箱安装在舷灯箱支架的顶部,一般舷灯箱距离甲板的高度约为4.2米。
但有些船舶要求舷灯设计和布置满足船舶上舷灯照明角度的要求,安装在上述布置的舷灯箱内的舷灯已无法满足上述要求;而且在甲板区域安装舷灯箱的舷灯箱支架时,对于舷灯箱支架的高度要求过高,舷灯箱支架会占用通道空间,同时对舷灯的接线要求也较高,而且不利于后期维护和维修。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种船舶舷灯箱及具有其的船舶,解决现有船舶上的无法满足舷灯设计和布置需要满足船舶上舷灯照明角度的要求,以及舷灯箱安装时存在的上述问题。

一种船舶舷灯箱,包括设于船舶舷侧且能够容纳舷灯的灯箱本体,所述灯箱本体远离船舶舷侧的一侧设有开口,所述灯箱本体位于开口一侧的侧板上设有能够相对于船舶的宽度方向移动的第一调节挡板,位于开口另一侧的侧板上设有能够相对于船舶的长度方向移动的第二调节挡板。
进一步的,所述灯箱本体包括内封板,所述内封板安装于船舶的甲板的下方,所述内封板沿所述船舶的长度方向的两端分别连接有前封板和后封板,所述内封板远离所述甲板的一侧连接有底板;所述内封板、所述前封板、所述底板、所述后封板以及所述甲板形成一侧设有所述开口且用于安装舷灯的安装腔室。
进一步的,所述前封板与所述后封板相对的侧面设有所述第一调节挡板,所述后封板远离所述内封板的一端连接有与所述内封板平行的舷侧封板,所述舷侧封板与所述内封板相对的侧面设有所述第二调节挡板。

实施例一
本实施例提供了一种船舶舷灯箱,参照图1至图7,本实施例以安装于船舶艏艉方向的左舷侧的船舶舷灯箱为例进行说明。本实施例所述船舶舷灯箱包括设于船舶舷侧且能够容纳舷灯的灯箱本体100,所述灯箱本体100远离船舶舷侧的一侧设有开口,所述灯箱本体100位于开口一侧的侧板上设有能够相对于船舶的宽度方向(图中所示的W方向)移动的第一调节挡板9,位于开口另一侧的侧板上设有能够相对于船舶的长度方向(图1中所示的L方向)移动的第二调节挡板10。
通过设置第一调节挡板9和第二调节挡板10,能够调节灯箱本体100内安装的舷灯的照射角度,使舷灯的设计和布置满足船舶上舷灯照明角度的要求。同时本实施例所述船舶舷灯箱安装于船舶舷侧,不会占用甲板5上的安全通道,不会影响船长观察船舶前方的视线。
本实施例所述灯箱本体100包括内封板1,所述内封板1安装于船舶的甲板5的下方,所述内封板1沿所述船舶的长度方向的两端分别连接有前封板2和后封板4,所述内封板2远离所述甲板5的一侧连接有底板3;所述内封板1、所述前封板2、所述底板3、所述后封板4以及所述甲板5形成一侧设有所述开口且用于安装舷灯的安装腔室110。
如图1、图5以及图6所示,所述前封板2与后封板4相对的侧面设有所述第一调节挡板9,所述后封板4远离内封板1的一端连接有与内封板1平行的舷 侧封板7,所述舷侧封板7与内封板1相对的侧面设有所述第二调节挡板10。

所述第一调节挡板9设于所述前封板2与所述后封板4相对的侧面上,且能够相对于前封板2沿船舶的宽度方向运动。具体的,所述第一调节挡板9上沿船舶的高度方向(图1中所示的H方向)设有若干第一条形孔91,所述前封板2上与第一条形孔91对应的位置设有螺纹孔,螺栓贯穿第一条形孔91、前封板2上相应的螺纹孔后,使得螺栓头抵压于第一调节板10上,而后通过螺母紧固,实现第一调节挡板9与前封板2的固定。由于第一调节挡板9用于连接前封板2的孔为第一条形孔91,因此可以通过沿船舶的长度方向滑动第一调节挡 板9改变舷灯的照明角度。
如图3和图4所示,所述底板3靠近后封板4的一端设有舷灯安装座8,所述舷灯座8包括固定于底板3的管座81,以及固定于管座81远离底板3一端的灯座板82,所述舷灯安转于所述灯座板82上。通过设置管座81使得舷灯与底板3之间设有一定的距离,以防安装腔室110内进水后影响舷灯的正常工作。
本实施例中,所述船舶的甲板5正对安装腔室110的位置设有检修盖,便于对舷灯进行维修以及维护。
所述底板3位于安装腔室110外且与甲板5平行的侧面设有加强筋6,所述内封板1位于安装腔室110外且与挡水板72平行的侧面设有加强筋6。通过加强筋6提高底板3以及内封板1的结构强度。

本实施例还提供了一种船舶,包括上述的船舶舷灯箱,所述船舶舷灯箱内设置有舷灯。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,包括设于船舶舷侧且能够容纳舷灯的灯箱本体(100),所述灯箱本体(100)远离船舶舷侧的一侧设有开口,所述灯箱本体(100)位于开口一侧的侧板上设有能够相对于船舶的宽度方向移动的第一调节挡板(9),位于开口另一侧的侧板上设有能够相对于船舶的长度方向移动的第二调节挡板(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述灯箱本体(100)包括内封板(1),所述内封板(1)安装于船舶的甲板(5)的下方,所述内封板(1)沿所述船舶的长度方向的两端分别连接有前封板(2)和后封板(4),所述内封板(2)远离所述甲板(5)的一侧连接有底板(3);所述内封板(1)、所述前封板(2)、所述底板(3)、所述后封板(4)以及所述甲板(5)形成一侧设有所述开口且用于安装舷灯的安装腔室(110)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述前封板(2)与所述后封板(4)相对的侧面设有所述第一调节挡板(9),所述后封板(4)远离所述内封板(1)的一端连接有与所述内封板(1)平行的舷侧封板(7),所述舷侧封板(7)与所述内封板(1)相对的侧面设有所述第二调节挡板(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述舷侧封板(7)包括连接于所述后封板(4)的舷侧封板本体(71),以及设置于所述底板(3)上的与所述内封板(1)平行的挡水板(72),所述挡水板(72)与所述舷侧封板本体(71)共同形成L型结构,且所述挡水板(72)远离所述舷侧封板本体(71)的一端与所述前封板(2)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述灯箱本体(100)包括与船舶的甲板(5)相对设置的底板(3)、设于所述甲板(5)和所述底板(3)之间的前封板(2)和后封板(4),所述前封板(2)与所述后封板(4) 垂直设置,所述底板(3)、所述前封板(2)和所述后封板(4)与所述甲板(5)围成用于安装舷灯的安装腔室(110)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述第一调节挡板(9)设于所述前封板(2)上且能够相对于前封板(2)沿船舶的宽度方向运动;
    所述第二调节挡板(10)设于所述后封板(4)上,且能够相对于后封板(4)沿船舶的长度方向运动。
  7. 根据权利要求3或6所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述第一调节挡板(9)的一端沿船舶高度方向设有若干第一条形孔(91),所述第二调节挡板(10)的一端沿船舶高度方向设有若干第二条形孔(101)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述底板(3)上并邻近于所述后封板(4)设有舷灯安装座(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的船舶舷灯箱,其特征在于,所述船舶的甲板(5)正对所述安装腔室(110)的位置设有检修盖。
  10. 一种船舶,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一所述的船舶舷灯箱,所述船舶舷灯箱内设置有舷灯。
