Description
本发明属于餐厨垃圾处理设备领域,尤其涉及一种餐厨垃圾用处理设备。
在餐馆中,每天都有产生很多的餐厨垃圾,这些餐厨垃圾如果直接倒掉,即浪费又造成了污染。而餐厨垃圾中往往是大量的固体废料和液体垃圾的混合料,因此如果通过单一的形式处理,不仅没法实现废品再利用,同时处理手法无法针对特定垃圾,最后出来的还是不符合排污要求,所以需要专门设计了一种能处理餐厨垃圾的设备,将餐厨垃圾进行回收再利用,进而符合实际的生产加工需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能自动将餐厨垃圾固液分离后排出,其中固体垃圾通过固体加工处理设备转为饲料的餐厨垃圾用处理设备。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种餐厨垃圾用处理设备,包括搅拌装置、固液分离装置、固体加工处理设备和油水分离器;所述搅拌装置位于固液分离装置上方;所述固液分离装置下端设有固体出口管和液体出口管;所述固体出口管下端设有固体加工处理设备;所述液体出口管下端设有油水分离器。
优选的,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌箱、第一滤网、第一切割刀片、第二切割刀片、旋转轴、第二滤网和切割组件;所述第一滤网设于搅拌箱入口处;所述搅拌箱内设有位于第一滤网下方的两根旋转轴;
所述第一切割刀片与第二切割刀片分别安装在两根旋转轴上;所述第二滤网设置于搅拌箱下端,且第二滤网的滤孔比第一滤网的小;所述搅拌箱内位于第二滤网和旋转轴之间还设有切割组件。

本发明方案的本发明的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,能自动对餐厨垃圾进行搅拌均匀并切割,然后通过固液分离装置将固体垃圾和液体垃圾分离后,液体垃圾通过油水分离器排出,固体垃圾通过固体加工处理设备后转为饲料,供给家禽实用,操作方便省力,符合实际的生产加工需求。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1-11所示的本发明所述的一种餐厨垃圾用处理设备,包括搅拌装置、固液分离装置、固体加工处理设备和油水分离器;所述搅拌装置位于固液分离装置上方;所述固液分离装置下端设有固体出口管和液体出口管;所述固体出口管下端设有固体加工处理设备;所述液体出口管下端设有油水分离器。
所述搅拌装置1包括搅拌箱101、第一滤网102、第一切割刀片104、第二切割刀片105、旋转轴103、第二滤网117和切割组件110;所述第一滤网102设于搅拌箱101入口处;所述搅拌箱101内设有位于第一滤网102下方的两根旋转轴103;所述第一切割刀片104与第二切割刀片105分别安装在两根旋转轴103上;所述第二滤网117设置于搅拌箱101下端,且第二滤网117的滤孔比第一滤网102的小;所述搅拌箱101内位于第二滤网117和旋转轴103之间还设有切割组件110;所述切割组件110包括滑轨111、滑动块112、第一伸缩杆113、电机114和扇叶116;所述搅拌箱内101位于第一切割刀片104下方的两侧内壁设有滑轨111;所述滑轨111上设有可上下滑动的滑动块112;所述滑动块112上设有横向设置的第一伸缩杆113;所述第一伸缩杆113的前端内设有电机114;所述电机114下端设有扇叶116;所述第一切割刀片104与第一伸缩杆之间设有气缸107,且上述气缸107位于搅拌箱101的内壁内;所述气缸107一侧设有出水管108;所述水管上108设有两个倾斜设置的喷水管109。
具体使用时,使用者先将餐厨垃圾倒入到搅拌装置的搅拌箱内,通过第一滤网过滤掉一些较大型的餐厨垃圾;第一滤网过滤后的餐
厨垃圾掉入第一切割刀片和第二切割刀片之间进行搅拌操作;随后搅拌完的餐厨垃圾掉落到第二滤网上;过滤之后的餐厨垃圾通过出料管进行下一步加工;对于无法被第二滤网过滤掉的餐厨垃圾,通过切割组件进行搅拌切削处理,具体使用时,电机驱动扇叶进行转动,扇叶可以通过第一伸缩杆进行横向长度的调节,还可以通过滑动块进行上下的移动,从而可以更加有效的对第二滤网上未过滤掉的餐厨垃圾进行切割搅拌。
进一步的,由于第一切割刀片和第二切割刀长时间工作后,可能会有一些残留的餐厨垃圾,这时可以利用气缸往前推动出水管,由出水管上的两个喷水管对第一切割刀片和第二切割刀片进行清洗,其中,第一切割刀片和第二切割刀片上的清洗孔可以更加方便对第一切割刀片和第二切割刀片进行清洗。
其中,当第一滤网上的大型餐厨垃圾过多时重量传感器会通过指示灯发出警报;届时可人工清理第一滤网上的残留大型垃圾,避免第一滤网无法进行过滤操作。
所述固液分离装置2包括挤压框201、存放框202、支撑杆203、下压气缸205、挤压板203、承重板215、支撑气缸206、U型管道210和过滤组件;所述挤压框201的上端设有进料口207;所述挤压框201和存放框217上下可拆卸式相连,且两者开口互通;所述支撑杆202一端位于挤压框201顶部,另一端位于存放框217内;两个所述下压气缸205位于支撑杆202两侧;所述挤压板203穿过支撑杆202并与下压气缸205相连;所述支撑杆202下部与挤压框201的内壁两侧之间设有承重板215;所述承重板215一端与支撑杆202
铰接相连,另一端通过位于支撑杆202下端上的支撑气缸206与挤压框201的内壁紧靠相连;所述支撑杆202和两个承重板215将挤压框201和存放框217隔离;所述挤压框201下端设有U型管道210,且存放框217位于挤压框201和U型管道210之间;所述U型管道210与挤压框201之间还设有过滤组件;所述U型管道210包括第一通道211、第二通道212和第三通道213,且上述第一通道211和第二通道212中部设有活性炭过滤网214;所述第三通道213位于第一通道211与第二通道212之间;所述过滤组件包括相对设置的第一滤板208和第二滤板209;所述第一滤板208上部开端开有多个第一滤水孔280;所述第二滤板209下部开有多个第二滤水孔290,上述第二滤水孔290的孔径比第一滤水孔280小。
接着餐厨垃圾从进料口进入到挤压框内,下压气缸驱动挤压板往下移动,将餐厨垃圾进行挤压,这样餐厨垃圾中的固体废料暂存在承重板上,而其挤压出来的液体通过第一滤水孔、第二滤水孔和活性炭过滤网流入到油水分离器中,其中第一滤水孔、第二滤水孔分别位于第一滤板的上方和下方,从而避免一些固体颗粒从流出,即使有一些固体颗粒,也能通过活性炭过滤网过滤掉;当挤压完毕后,支撑气缸的伸缩杆收缩,这样承重板就绕着支撑杆旋转,暂存在承重板上的固体废料就自动从落入到存放框中去,而液体通过油水分离器后就分解为水和油进行分别储存。
当发现存放框中的固体废料足够时,由于挤压框和存放框之间为可拆卸式相连,这样就可以人工直接将固体废料取出即可。
所述固体加工处理设备3包括进料罐301、高温箱302、切碎箱
318、导轨323、导轨滑块320、伸缩杆319、第二电机321、叶片322、底板307、搅拌箱308、传送带315、存放箱316、搅拌组件和冲压装置317;所述进料罐301下方设有与其相通的高温箱302;所述高温箱302下方设有与其相通的切碎箱318,且高温箱302和切碎箱318之间设有可移动的承载板305;所述切碎箱318内壁两侧各设有导轨323;所述导轨323上设有可上下移动的导轨滑块320;所述导轨滑块320一侧设有伸缩杆319;所述伸缩杆319下端设有第二电机321;所述第二电机321下设有叶片322;所述切碎箱318下端设有可开合底板307;所述切碎箱318下设有与其相通的搅拌箱308;所述搅拌箱308内还设有搅拌组件;所述搅拌箱308下方设有传送带315;所述传送带315末端设有存放箱316;所述存放箱316上方设有冲压装置317;所述搅拌组件包括辅料箱309、管道310、推动气缸311、推板312、底座325、第二气缸314、旋转电机326和搅拌块324;所述搅拌箱308上端一侧设有辅料箱309;所述辅料箱309上设有与搅拌箱308相通的管道310;所述搅拌箱308下端一侧外设有推动气缸311,且推动气缸311与位于搅拌箱308底部的推板312相连;所述搅拌箱308下方设有底座325;所述底座325和搅拌箱308之间设有容纳槽;所述容纳槽内设有通过旋转电机326可转动的搅拌块324,且搅拌块324的大小与容纳槽相同;所述旋转电机326设置在底座325内部,且旋转电机326下端与位于底座325内部的第二气缸314相连;所述承载板305通过位于切碎箱318内壁的第一气缸306可移动的设置在高温箱302和切碎箱318之间。
最后,餐厨垃圾中的固体废料由进料罐口倒入,固体废料首=先
进入高温箱内,对固体废料进行进一步的高温杀菌以及水分的蒸发,其中,通过旋转模具可以使固体废料充分的进行高温杀菌以及水分的蒸发;经过10min的高温处理后,高温箱下的承载板通过第一气缸往回收缩,这样高温加热过后的固体废料掉入到切碎箱内,切碎箱内安装有可转动的叶片,并且叶片可以通过导轨滑动上下移动,还能通过伸缩杆前后移动,从而可以对固体废料进行有效的切碎搅拌,使固体呈小颗粒状;加工15min后切碎箱底部的底板自动向下翻转,使小颗粒状的固体废料进入到搅拌箱内;搅拌箱通过辅料箱中的管道通入加入一些适用于配置饲料的添加剂等物质,第二气缸往上升起,带动搅拌块对搅拌箱内的混合料进行搅拌均匀形成饲料;搅拌10min后,第二气缸带动搅拌块向下移动,直到搅拌块上端面与搅拌箱的底部相齐平;接着搅拌箱底部一侧的推动气缸推动压板将搅拌箱底部的混合料推入右侧的出料口;饲料通过出料口掉落在传动带上,再由传动带传送到右侧的存放箱内,最后再由存放箱上方的冲压装置对其进行冲压,使出来的饲料呈方格状,然后使用者对其收集后可以直接用于喂食给家禽食用。
其中,旋转模具的作用是使得高温加热时对固体废料进行搅拌,从而保证高温杀菌的效果。
本发明的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,能自动对餐厨垃圾进行搅拌均匀并切割,然后通过固液分离装置将固体垃圾和液体垃圾分离后,液体垃圾通过油水分离器排出,固体垃圾通过固体加工处理设备后转为饲料,供给家禽实用,操作方便省力,符合实际的生产加工需求。
以上仅是本发明的具体应用范例,对本发明的保护范围不构成任何限制。凡采用等同变换或者等效替换而形成的技术方案,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:包括搅拌装置、固液分离装置、固体加工处理设备和油水分离器;所述搅拌装置位于固液分离装置上方;所述固液分离装置下端设有固体出口管和液体出口管;所述固体出口管下端设有固体加工处理设备;所述液体出口管下端设有油水分离器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括搅拌箱、第一滤网、第一切割刀片、第二切割刀片、旋转轴、第二滤网和切割组件;所述第一滤网设于搅拌箱入口处;所述搅拌箱内设有位于第一滤网下方的两根旋转轴;所述第一切割刀片与第二切割刀片分别安装在两根旋转轴上;所述第二滤网设置于搅拌箱下端,且第二滤网的滤孔比第一滤网的小;所述搅拌箱内位于第二滤网和旋转轴之间还设有切割组件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述切割组件包括滑轨、滑动块、第一伸缩杆、电机和扇叶;所述搅拌箱内位于第一切割刀片下方的两侧内壁设有滑轨;所述滑轨上设有可上下滑动的滑动块;所述滑动块上设有横向设置的第一伸缩杆;所述第一伸缩杆的前端内设有电机;所述电机下端设有扇叶。
- 根据权利要求3所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述第一切割刀片与伸缩杆之间设有气缸,且上述气缸位于搅拌箱的内壁内;所述气缸一侧设有出水管;所述水管上设有两个倾斜设置的喷水管。
- 根据权利要求1或4所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述固液分离装置包括挤压框、存放框、支撑杆、下压气缸、 挤压板、承载板、支撑气缸、U型管道和过滤组件;所述挤压框的上端设有进料口;所述挤压框和存放框上下可拆卸式相连,且两者开口互通;所述支撑杆一端位于挤压框顶部,另一端位于存放框内;两个所述下压气缸位于支撑杆两侧;所述挤压板穿过支撑杆并与下压气缸相连;所述支撑杆下部与挤压框的内壁两侧之间设有承载板;所述承载板一端与支撑杆铰接相连,另一端通过位于支撑杆下端上的支撑气缸与挤压框的内壁紧靠相连;所述支撑杆和两个承载板将挤压框和存放框隔离;所述挤压框下端设有U型管道,且存放框位于挤压框和U型管道之间;所述U型管道与挤压框之间还设有过滤组件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述U型管道包括第一通道、第二通道和第三通道,且上述第一通道和第二通道中部设有活性炭过滤网;所述第三通道位于第一通道与第二通道之间。
- 根据权利要求6所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述过滤组件包括相对设置的第一滤板和第二滤板;所述第一滤板上部开端开有多个第一滤水孔;所述第二滤板下部开有多个第二滤水孔,上述第二滤水孔的孔径比第一滤水孔小。
- 根据权利要求7所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述固体加工处理设备包括进料罐、高温箱、切碎箱、导轨、导轨滑块、伸缩杆、第二电机、叶片、底座、搅拌箱、传送带、存放箱、搅拌组件和冲压装置;所述进料罐下方设有与其相通的高温箱;所述高温箱下方设有与其相通的切碎箱,且高温箱和切碎箱之间设有 可移动的承载板;所述切碎箱内壁两侧各设有导轨;所述导轨上设有可上下移动的导轨滑块;所述导轨滑块一侧设有伸缩杆;所述伸缩杆下端设有第二电机;所述第二电机下设有叶片;所述切碎箱下端设有可开合底板;所述切碎箱下设有与其相通的搅拌箱;所述搅拌箱内还设有搅拌组件;所述搅拌箱下方设有传送带;所述传送带末端设有存放箱;所述存放箱上方设有冲压装置。

- 根据权利要求9所述的餐厨垃圾用处理设备,其特征在于:所述承载板通过位于切碎箱内壁的第一气缸可移动的设置在高温箱和切碎箱之间。
