装料装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装料装置,尤其涉及一种工件的装料装置。
背景技术
目前,很多产品,例如电子装置的外框,特别是手机的外框通常由四段不锈钢材质通过塑胶注塑成型连接成一体,其外表面需要做PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition,物理气象沉淀)处理。传统将该外框装载到PVD机台上的装料装置不仅笨重,上下料作业不便,易造成产品刮碰,而且,该装料装置的几个元件通过锁螺丝安装的方法,作业不便,易滑牙损坏导致电子装置的装料装置报废。

鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种方便装载待处理的工件的装料装置。

所述装料装置1包括一上盖10、一下盖20及若干用以将上盖10与下盖20卡孔在一起的卡扣件30。
所述上盖10包括有上盖体11、凸设在所述上盖体11上的把手12、上凸包13及上定位柱15、及安装在所述上盖体11上的导电弹片16。所述上盖体11还开设有上定位销孔17、上卡孔18及通孔19。在一实施方式中,所述上盖10的材质为SUS316,且冲压成型。所述把手12用于方便上盖10装拆夹时取放作业。所述上定位柱15用于定位工件2内腔。在一实施方式中,所述导电弹片16的材质为SUS 304 3/4H,且分别与工件2的四段接触,以保证导电稳定性。所述上定位销孔17用于装夹时上盖10与下盖20之间定位。所述上卡孔18用于上盖10与下盖20之间卡扣锁紧。上凸包13可保证上盖体11平面度。

  7. 如权利要求1所述的装料装置,其特征在于:所述下盖还包括固定在所述下盖体上的方通,所述方通延伸出所述上盖体,用以间隔相邻的所述装料装置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的装料装置,其特征在于:所述上盖还包括凸设在所述上盖体上的上定位柱,所述下盖还包括凸设在所述下盖体上的下定位柱,所述上定位柱及下定位柱用于定位所述工件的内腔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的装料装置,其特征在于:所述下盖还包括凸设在所述下盖体上的限位柱,所述限位柱用以防止所述上盖过压所述工件。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的装料装置,其特征在于:所述装料装置通过一安装装置与所述工件安装在一起,所述安装装置包括防护盖、导向块及底板,所述底板用于承载所述下盖,所述导向块用于将所述工件导向定位在所述下盖上,所述防护盖用于防护所述工件的外观面。
