一种嵌入式家用充电桩,包括充电桩箱体(1),充电桩箱体内具有垂直的第一隔板(2),第一隔板将充电桩箱体分为电缆腔(3)及控制腔(4),其中控制腔内安装有控制电路板(5)及微型断路器(6);充电桩箱体侧面具有市电输入接口(7),市电输入接口与微型断路器电连接;电缆腔内具有水平的隔板(8)将其分为上腔及下腔,且隔板上具有过孔(9);下腔内设有卷绕装置(10),卷绕装置上卷绕有电缆线(11),且电缆线端部安装有充电枪(12),充电枪穿过过孔延伸至上腔放置,电缆线另一端部与微型断路器电连接,通过控制电路板控制微型断路器通断,实现市电与电缆线连通以进行充电;控制腔上端铰接有检修门(13),电缆腔上端铰接有防尘板(14)。该装置不额外占用空间,结构简单,便于操作。

Description

一种嵌入式家用充电桩 技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩,具体涉及一种嵌入式家用充电桩。
背景技术
近些年来,城市环境污染问题越来越严重,其中汽车尾气污染正日益危害着人们的健康,随着保护环境意识的提高,低碳经济和节能减排技术的快速发展,电动汽车因其无污染的优点,开始被人们普及应用于日常生活中。
充电桩是电动汽车重要的基础配套充电设施,充电桩的使用过程和汽车加油过程十分相似,在电动汽车充电操作中,充电枪的一端与充电桩的充电插座相连、另一端与电动汽车的充电端口相连,充电结束后将充电枪从充电插座和电动汽车的充电端口中拨出。
目前的电动汽车需要到专门建设的充电站充电,对于家庭用车来说,只有夜间才有时间进行充电操作,若住址周围有充电站还行,若住址周围没有充电站,就无法进行夜间充电,针对这种情况,出现一些家用充电桩,可以直接布置在用户住处,使得用户可以随意使用,然而现有的家用充电桩一般为立柱式布置在室外进行供电操作,难免要风吹雨晒,从而影响其使用寿命。
针对车子停在封闭式车库的汽车来说,这种家用充电桩无法实现室内充电。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种嵌入式家用充电桩,可以直接嵌装在车库的底面内,不额外占用空间,使用时只需打开防尘盖即可抽出充电枪进行充电操作,而且将触摸操作屏安装在墙面上,方便用户进行操作,整体结构简单,设置在室内不会被风吹雨淋,提高了其使用寿命,而且不占用空间。
本发明的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,一种嵌入式家用充电桩,嵌装在车库地面内,包括充电桩箱体,所述充电桩箱体内具有垂直的第一隔板将其分为电缆腔及控制腔,其中控制腔内安装有控制电路板及微型断路器,壳体侧面具有市电输入接口与微型断路器电连接,所述电缆腔内具有水平的隔板将其分为上腔及下腔,且隔板上具有过孔,所述下腔内设有卷绕装置,该卷绕装置上卷绕有电缆线,且电缆线端部安装有充电枪穿过过孔延伸至上腔放置,所述电缆线另一端与微型断路器电连接,通过控制电路板控制微型断路器通断,实现市电与电缆线连通以进行充电,所述控制腔上端铰接有检修门,所述电缆钳上端铰接有防尘板。
还包括人机交互触摸屏嵌装在墙内,通过电线与控制电路板电连接。
所述检修门与防尘板对向打开,且检修门与防尘板上均嵌装有提拉把手。
所述检修门上安装有充电指示灯及充满指示灯与控制电路板电连接。
所述检修门与防尘板为5mm的钢板。
与现有技术相比,本发明所揭示的一种嵌入式家用充电桩,具有如下有益效果:本发明将充电桩制作成可以嵌在底面的箱体结构,可以直接嵌装在车库的底面内,不额外占用空间,充电的电控结构及充电枪设置在箱体内部,使用时只需打开防尘盖即可抽出充电枪进行充电操作,实用非常方便,而且将触摸操作屏安装在墙面上,方便用户进行操作,整体结构简单,设置在室内不会被风吹雨淋,提高了其使用寿命,而且不占用空间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1~3所示,本发明所揭示的一种嵌入式家用充电桩,直接嵌装在车库地面内,具体结构包括充电桩箱体1,所述充电桩箱体1内具有垂直的第一隔板2将其分为电缆腔3及控制腔4,所述控制腔内安装有控制电路板5及微型断路器6,而壳体侧面具有市电输入接口7与微型断路器电连接,所述电缆腔内具有水平的隔板8将其分为上腔及下腔,且隔板上具有过孔9,所述下腔内设有卷绕装置10,该卷绕装置上卷绕有电缆线11,且电缆线端部安装有充电枪12穿过过孔延伸至上腔放置,通过拖动充电枪即可将电缆线抽出,同时卷绕装置可以实现电缆线的自动收回(其结构原理与吸尘器的电源线收卷一样,这属于现有技术,不做赘述),所述电缆线另一端与微型断路器电连接,所述控制腔上端铰接有检修门13,所述电缆钳上端铰接有防尘板14,且检修门与防尘板对向打开,为5mm厚的钢板,同时检修门与防尘板上均嵌装有提拉把手(图未示),而检修门上安装有充电指示灯15及充满指示灯与控制电路板电连接。
还包括人机交互触摸屏嵌装在墙内,通过电线与控制电路板电连接,通过人机交互触摸屏启动充电操作,同时可以设置充电时间,所述控制电路板包括主控制器,继电器,充电引导模块,电源模块,其中电源模块将交流市电转换为直流电给电路板供电,而主控制器通过继电器控制微型断路器通断,同时控制充电引导模块控制充电操作(该控制电路板的功能结构与现有的家用充电桩的结构一致,具体电路及原理可以参考现有的家用充电桩的控制,在此不做赘述)。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种嵌入式家用充电桩,嵌装在车库地面内,其特征在于:包括充电桩箱体,所述充电桩箱体内具有垂直的第一隔板将其分为电缆腔及控制腔,其中控制腔内安装有控制电路板及微型断路器,壳体侧面具有市电输入接口与微型断路器电连接,所述电缆腔内具有水平的隔板将其分为上腔及下腔,且隔板上具有过孔,所述下腔内设有卷绕装置,该卷绕装置上卷绕有电缆线,且电缆线端部安装有充电枪穿过过孔延伸至上腔放置,所述电缆线另一端与微型断路器电连接,通过控制电路板控制微型断路器通断,实现市电与电缆线连通以进行充电,所述控制腔上端铰接有检修门,所述电缆钳上端铰接有防尘板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式家用充电桩,其特征在于:还包括人机交互触摸屏嵌装在墙内,通过电线与控制电路板电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式家用充电桩,其特征在于:所述检修门与防尘板对向打开,且检修门与防尘板上均嵌装有提拉把手。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式家用充电桩,其特征在于:所述检修门上安装有充电指示灯及充满指示灯与控制电路板电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式家用充电桩,其特征在于:所述检修门与防尘板为5mm的钢板。
