Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de technique destinée à obtenir une empreinte en relief convexe sur une carte en plastique et appliquer en même temps un feuil sur l'empreinte. L'invention permet de réaliser l'objectif qui consiste à obtenir par pression une empreinte 3D à niveaux multiples et appliquer un feuil sur la partie convexe et sur la partie concave de l'empreinte sur la carte en plastique de l'un côté et de l'autre de l'empreinte. Le cliché est effectué au moyen d'un cliché constitué de deux parties : une patrice et une matrice, par le réchauffement de la matrice et de la patrice dans une gamme de 0-300 °C, ce qui permet d'obtenir un relief convexe précis à niveaux multiples en 3D ayant une hauteur de 0,1 - 0,7 mm sur une grande surface de carte sans déformation de la carte en plastique.
