本实用新型涉及导电块的技术领域,尤其是具有防扭功能的导电块。
背景技术
目前,随着电子产品的日益小型化、轻便化及便携带化,如摄像机、笔记本以及手机等,这些电子产品的驱动电源也向着高容量、高安全性以及轻便化的方向发展,锂电池以其高容量等优良特性,广泛地运用在电子产品中。
锂电池包括壳体、顶盖片以及电芯等,其中电芯置于壳体的内部,壳体的上端具有上端开口,顶盖片则封闭在壳体的上端的开口,顶盖板上设置有导电块,导电块的下部通过导电片与电芯连接,上端穿过顶盖片孔延伸到电池外,实现对外部的供电。
其中,导电块包括底座和设置在底座上的柱体,其中底座设置在顶盖片的底部,柱体贯穿顶盖片延伸到锂电池外。现有技术中,柱体为圆柱,在锂电池的使用过程中,导电块会受到外界的作用力,由于柱体为圆柱,导电块容易相对顶盖片产生扭动,导致锂电池内部结构发生变化,降低锂电池的使用寿命,不利于锂电池的使用。
技术问题
本实用新型提供的具有防扭功能的导电块,旨在解决现有技术中,在锂电池的使用过程中,导电块在受到外界的作用力时,容易相对顶盖片产生扭动,导致锂电池内部结构发生变化,降低锂电池的使用寿命,不利于锂电池的使用的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,包括布置在顶盖片底部的底座以及形成在所述底座上且贯穿所述顶盖片的非正圆形的柱体,所述柱体的顶部形成有上端面,所述柱体的上端面设置有多个显露顶盖片上方且与铆接片连接的凸台。
进一步地,所述柱体的外周呈类椭圆状。
进一步地,所述柱体的上端面呈类椭圆形,且所述上端面与所述底座平行。
进一步地,所述柱体的上端面设置有两个所述凸台,两个所述凸台分别设置在所述柱体的上端面的长度方向的两端。
进一步地,所述柱体的上端面上设置有凹槽。
进一步地,所述柱体的上端面上朝上凸起形成连接柱,所述连接柱上设置有顶部开口的螺纹孔。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的具有防扭功能的导电块,通过将柱体设置为非正圆形,这样,可以避免柱体因受到外界的作用力而发生扭动,使得整个导电块具有防扭的功能,避免了锂电池内部件因导电块的扭动而产生伤害。这样,解决了在锂电池的使用过程中,导电块在受到外界的作用力时,容易相对顶盖片产生扭动,导致锂电池内部结构发生变化,降低锂电池的使用寿命,不利于锂电池的使用的问题。

本实施例提供的具有防扭功能的导电块,用于解决在锂电池的使用过程中,导电块在受到外界的作用力时,容易相对顶盖片产生扭动,导致锂电池内部结构发生变化,降低锂电池的使用寿命,不利于锂电池的使用的问题,亦可用于其他各种类型的电池中,不仅限于本实施例。
具有防扭功能的导电块,包括布置在顶盖片底部的底座11以及形成在底座11上柱体12,该柱体12为非圆柱,其中,底座11的上端面与顶盖片的下端面抵接,柱体12贯穿顶盖片延伸到锂电池外部,在柱体12的顶部形成上端面,该柱体的上端面设置有多个与铆接片连接的凸台13,凸台13显露在顶盖片的上方。其中,铆接片设置有多个与凸台13相对应的通孔,当柱体12穿过顶盖片达到预定位置后,将铆接片与凸台13连接,此时凸台13嵌入铆接片的通孔中,然后将铆接片与凸台13通过焊接固定,从而实现导电块与顶盖片的固定连接。
上述提供的具有防扭功能的导电块,通过将柱体12设置为非正圆形,这样,可以避免柱体12因受到外界的作用力而发生扭动,使得整个导电块具有防扭的功能,避免了锂电池内部件因导电块的扭动而产生伤害。这样,解决了在锂电池的使用过程中,导电块在受到外界的作用力时,容易相对顶盖片产生扭动,导致锂电池内部结构发生变化,降低锂电池的使用寿命,不利于锂电池的使用的问题。
具体地,柱体12的外周呈类椭圆状。这样,使得电池的组装过程中,在保证柱体12不会发生扭动的情况下,使得导电块与顶盖片的连接更加方便。根据实际需要,柱体12的外周亦可设置为其他形状,如矩形、三角形等。
具体地,柱体12的上端面呈类椭圆形,且柱体12上端面与底座11平行。也就是说,柱体12的上端面是与底座11平行的椭圆,当柱体12穿过顶盖片后,此时柱体12的上端面与底座11平行,这样更方便柱体12的上端面上的凸台13与铆接片进行连接。
具体地,柱体12的上端面设置有两个凸台13,两个凸台13分别设置在柱体12的上端面的长度方向的两侧,这样,使得凸台13与铆接片的连接更加稳固,避免锂电池在使用过程中,铆接片因为受到外力而脱焊的情况发生。
本实施例中,柱体12的上端面上设置有凹槽14,这样,可以节省导电块的生产材料,节约生产成本,同时也降低了锂电池的总体重量,便于锂电池的携带及使用。
本实施例中,柱体12的上端面上朝上凸起形成连接柱15,该连接柱15穿过铆接片朝外延伸,在连接柱15上设置有顶部开口的螺纹孔16,通过该螺纹孔16,可实现锂电池与外界用电池设备的固定连接。

  1. 具有防扭功能的导电块,其特征在于,包括布置在顶盖片底部的底座以及形成在所述底座上且贯穿所述顶盖片的非正圆形的柱体,所述柱体的顶部形成有上端面,所述柱体的上端面设置有多个显露顶盖片上方且与铆接片连接的凸台。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有防扭功能的导电块,其特征在于,所述柱体的外周呈类椭圆状。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有防扭功能的导电块,其特征在于,所述柱体的上端面呈类椭圆形,且所述上端面与所述底座平行。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有防扭功能的导电块,其特征在于,所述柱体的上端面设置有两个所述凸台,两个所述凸台分别设置在所述柱体的上端面的长度方向的两端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具有防扭功能的导电块,其特征在于,所述柱体的上端面上设置有凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的具有防扭功能的导电块,其特征在于,所述柱体的上端面上朝上凸起形成连接柱,所述连接柱上设置有顶部开口的螺纹孔。
