电池的绝缘环 技术领域
本实用新型涉及绝缘环的技术领域,尤其是电池的绝缘环。
背景技术
目前,随着电子产品的日益小型化、轻便化及便携带化,如摄像机、笔记本以及手机等,这些电子产品的驱动电源也向着高容量、高安全性以及轻便化的方向发展,锂电池以其高容量等优良特性,广泛地运用在电子产品中。
锂电池包括壳体、顶盖片以及电芯等,其中电芯置于壳体的内部,壳体的上端具有上端开口,顶盖片则封闭在壳体的上端的开口,顶盖板上设置有导电块,导电块的下部通过导电片与电芯连接,上端穿过顶盖片孔延伸到电池外,实现对外部的供电。
其中,导电块包括底座和设置在底座上的柱体,其中底座设置在顶盖片的底部,柱体穿过顶盖片上的柱孔延伸的锂电池外。当柱体穿过顶盖片后,为了避免柱体与顶盖片直接接触,需要对柱体进行使用绝缘材料包裹,这样避免电池发生短路的情况发生。另外,需要对柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔之间的间隙进行填充,防止导电块在使用的过程中发生扭动。
技术问题
本实用新型提供的电池的绝缘环,旨在解决现有技术中,柱体与顶盖片直接接触容易导致电池短路的情况发生以及需要对柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔之间的间隙进行填充,防止导电块在使用过程中产生扭动的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,包括水平布置的环体,所述环体包围形成有供柱体穿过的通孔,所述环体的下表面设置有用于包裹柱体的包裹圈,所述包裹圈环绕所述通孔的外周布置,且所述包裹圈朝下延伸。
进一步地,所述环体各处的厚度相同,且所述环体呈类椭圆形。
进一步地,所述包裹圈的内侧壁与所述通孔的内侧壁之间光滑过渡。
进一步地,所述环体的上表面设置有凸环 ,所述通孔设置在所述凸环所包围的区域内。
进一步地,所述凸环沿所述环体的外周边缘布置。
进一步地,所述凸环朝上延伸。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的电池的绝缘环,通过在环体上设置通孔,环体的下表面设置有环绕通孔外周的包裹圈,在装配过程中,当柱体穿过顶盖片到达预定位置后,将绝缘环安装在预留位置,此时柱体的上部嵌入到通孔中,下部被包裹圈完全包裹住,避免了柱体与顶盖片的直接接触,从而实现绝缘的功能。另外,朝下延伸的包裹圈填充在柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔的内侧壁之间的间隙中,对柱体具有固定的作用,防止柱体的扭动,具有防扭的作用。此外,包裹圈填充在柱体与顶盖片之间的间隙,具有密封的作用,可以避免外界物质进入电池内部。这样,解决了柱体与顶盖片直接接触容易导致电池短路的情况发生以及需要对柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔之间的间隙进行填充,防止导电块在使用过程中产生扭动的问题。

本实用新型通过的电池的绝缘环,用于解决柱体与顶盖片直接接触容易导致电池短路的情况发生以及柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔之间的间隙未进行密封,外界物质进入电池内部,不利于电池的使用的问题。该绝缘环可运用到各种用到绝缘环的电池中,不仅限于本实施例。
电池的绝缘环,包括环体11,该环体11水平布置,环体11上设置有供柱体穿过的通孔12,该通孔12的形状与柱体的形状相契合,这样使得通孔12与柱体配合的更加紧密。在环体11的下表面设置有用于包裹柱体的包裹圈13,包裹圈13环绕通孔12的外周布置,且包裹圈13朝下延伸。根据实际需要,包裹圈13的延伸方向可根据柱体的外周侧壁的形状进行调整。
上述提供的电池的绝缘环,通过在环体11上设置通孔12,环体11的下表面设置有环绕通孔12外周的包裹圈13,在装配过程中,当柱体穿过顶盖片到达预定位置后,将绝缘环安装在预留位置,此时柱体的上部嵌入到通孔12中,下部被包裹圈13完全包裹住,避免了柱体与顶盖片的直接接触。另外,朝下延伸的包裹圈13填充在柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔的内侧壁之间的间隙中,对柱体具有固定的作用,防止柱体的扭动,具有防扭的作用。此外,包裹圈13填充在柱体与顶盖片之间的间隙,具有密封的作用,可以避免外界物质进入电池内部。这样,解决了柱体与顶盖片直接接触容易导致电池短路的情况发生以及需要对柱体的外周侧壁与柱孔之间的间隙进行填充,防止导电块在使用过程中产生扭动的问题。
为了便于电池的安装,将环体11各处的厚度设置为相同,当环体11置于预定的位置时,其下表面与顶盖片的上表面抵接,其上表面与铆接片的下表面抵接,各处厚度相同的环体11使得环体11与铆接片及顶盖片的配合跟好,更便于电池的组装。本实施例中,环体11呈类椭圆形,根据实际需要,环体11亦可设置为其他形状。
本实施例中,包裹圈13的内侧壁与通孔12的内侧壁之间光滑过渡。实际上,包裹圈13的内壁的形状大小与通孔12的内侧壁的形状大小完全相同,两者之间光滑过渡,这样有利于柱体顺利的穿过包裹圈13及通孔12,使得电池能够快速的进行组装。
本实施例中,环体11的上表面设置有凸环14 ,通孔12设置在凸环14所包围的区域内。在柱体与绝缘环安装完成后,将铆接片与柱体进行连接,此时铆接片嵌入到凸环14与环体11所形成的区域中,这样使得铆接片与柱体的连接更加稳固,且凸环14对铆接片具有保护作用。
具体地,凸环14沿环体11的外周边缘布置。实际上,凸环14是由环体11的外周边缘朝上凸起形成,这样,在环体11面积固定的情况下,使得凸环14内部的区域最大,使得极柱可以与面积更大的铆接片连接,方便对外界的供电。
为了与铆接片更好的配合,将凸环14设置为朝上延伸。这样,当铆接片嵌入后,铆接片的外周侧壁与凸环14的内侧相契合,配合的更好。另外,凸环14的高度与铆接片的厚度相同。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的电池的绝缘环,其特征在于,所述包裹圈的内侧壁与所述通孔的内侧壁之间光滑过渡。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电池的绝缘环,其特征在于,所述环体的上表面设置有凸环 ,所述通孔设置在所述凸环所包围的区域内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电池的绝缘环,其特征在于,所述凸环沿所述环体的外周边缘布置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电池的绝缘环,其特征在于,所述凸环朝上延伸。
