Claims (8)
- 安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池であり、電極アセンブリ(1)、電極アセンブリを収容するアルミニウムシェル(2)を含み、前記電極アセンブリ(1)は、正電極片、負電極片と隔膜を含み、前記正電極片に正電極リードを設置し、前記負電極片に負電極リードを設置し、前記電極アセンブリ(1)の上部にプロテクションブラケット(3)を設置し、前記プロテクションブラケット(3)は前記アルミニウムシェル(2)と前記電極アセンブリ(1)の間にあり、前記アルミニウムシェル(2)には前記アルミニウムシェル(2)に固定接続されたアルミニウムキャップ(4)を設置することを特徴とする安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記アルミニウムキャップ(4)に、前記正電極リードに電気連結をする正電極端子、前記負電極リードに電気連結をする負電極端子(11)、注入口(41)と防爆バルブ(42)を設置することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記プロテクションブラケット(3)に銅板(31)を内蔵し、前記銅板(31)の電極リードが負電極端子(11)に電気連結をすることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記アルミニウムシェル(2)を前記正電極端子に電気連結をすることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記プロテクションブラケット(3)がプラスチック製ブラケットであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負電極端子(11)の厚みが0.2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負電極端子(11)が前記アルミニウムシェル (2)に伸び、且つ前記負電極端子(11)にPETパッチ(5)を被せることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記PETパッチ(5)の厚みが0.1mmであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の、安全プロテクションブラケットを有するリチウムイオン電池。
