可折弯卷发器 技术领域
本申请涉及美发中所使用的卷发器技术领域,尤其涉及一种卷发棒可相对操作手柄折弯的可折弯卷发器。
背景技术
卷发器是美发时常用的一种器械,用于对头发做出卷曲效果,这种卷发器一般是由能够发热的卷发棒和操作手柄组成,卷发棒安装在操作手柄上,卷发棒与操作手柄呈直线固定安装,使用这种结构的卷发器在使用过程中需要长时间的抬高或降低手腕,以适应头部不同区域的操作需求,长期下去会影响到美容师的手腕健康,因此一种卷发棒可相对操作手柄折弯的卷发器就成为了市场的需求。
申请内容
本申请的目的是提供一种可折弯卷发器,使用这种可折弯卷发器可解决卷发过程中不得不抬高或降低手腕的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请公开了一种可折弯卷发器,包括卷发棒和与所述卷发棒连接的操作手柄,所述卷发棒后端设置有与之连接的转接头,所述操作手柄的前端设置有卡槽,所述转接头置于所述卡槽中,所述转接头通过连接轴与所述卡槽转动连接,所述卷发器还包括对所述转接头在不同转动角度进行定位的锁定机构。
与现有技术相比,本申请可折弯卷发器的卷发棒通过转接头与操作手柄转动连接,而且在操作手柄上设置有对转接头在不同转动角度进行定位的锁定机 构,当转接头转动到位时,操作锁定机构将转接头固定在所在的位置,即将卷发棒固定在相对操作手柄所需要的角度,从而无须变换手腕的位置即可实现头部不同位置的卷发需求,操作方便,有效降低卷发时手腕弯曲对手腕的伤害。
较佳地,所述转接头可相对所述操作手柄转动90°,使用方便。
较佳地,所述转接头设置有两个相对的切削面,于所述转接头上设置有贯穿两个所述切削面的轴孔,所述连接轴穿过所述轴孔,便于安装和连接。
较佳地,所述锁定机构包括设置在所述转接头任一切削面上的至少一个盲孔,所述盲孔中自内向外依次设有弹性件和限位柱,所述卡槽的一侧壁沿所述盲孔转动的轨迹所对应的位置设有若干与所述限位柱相适配的限位孔,所述限位孔贯穿所述卡槽的相应侧壁,所述限位柱的一端卡设于相应的所述限位孔中,上述结构的锁定机构结构简单,操作方便,调节灵活。
较佳地,所述盲孔有两个,若干所述限位孔成对相应布置,两个所述盲孔中的限位柱同时进出所述卡槽相应侧壁上的限位孔,增加了卷发棒在卡槽中的稳定性。
较佳地,两个所述盲孔对称设置在所述轴孔的前后两侧。
较佳地,所述锁定机构还包括安装在所述操作手柄上的操作按钮,所述操作按钮包括按压部和与所述按压部连接的若干导柱,所述导柱用于将所述限位柱的一端推出所述限位孔,调节方便。
较佳地,所述导柱的数量与所述限位孔的数量相等,使得限位柱转动到任一限位孔中,通过操作按压部均能将限位柱推出限位孔。
较佳地,所述卡槽的相应侧壁上相对所述转接头的盲孔处设置有凹槽,所述限位孔设置在所述凹槽的底面上,所述操作按钮安装在所述凹槽中。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本申请的技术内容、结构特征、实现原理及所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本申请公开了一种可折弯卷发器,如图1、图2和图4所示,包括卷发棒1和与卷发棒1连接的操作手柄2,卷发棒1后端设置有与之连接的转接头3,操作手柄2的前端设置有卡槽20,转接头3置于卡槽20中,转接头3通过连接轴8与卡槽20转动连接,当卷发棒1转动到位时,为了实现对卷发棒1的定位,卷发器还包括对转接头3在不同转动角度进行定位的锁定机构。较佳地,在本实施例中,转接头3可绕操作手柄2向下转动90°,以适应卷发的需求。
与现有技术相比,本申请可折弯卷发器的卷发棒1通过转接头3与操作手柄2转动连接,而且在操作手柄2上设置有对转接头3在不同转动角度进行定位的锁定机构,当转接头3转动到位时,操作锁定机构将转接头3固定在所在的位置,即将卷发棒1固定在相对操作手柄2所需要的角度,从而无须变换手腕的位置即可实现不同位置的卷发需求,操作方便,有效降低卷发时手腕弯曲对手腕的伤害。
为了便于安装,在本申请另一实施例中,如图5所示,转接头3设置有两个相对的切削面30,于转接头3上设置有贯穿两个切削面30的轴孔31,连接轴8穿过轴孔31,连接轴8的一端固定在操作手柄2的卡槽20的一侧,连接轴 8的另一端穿过转接头3的轴孔31后固定在卡槽20的另一侧,将转接头3安装在卡槽20中,转接头3可带动卷发棒1绕连接轴8转动。
当转接头3转动到所需的角度时,需要对转接头3进行定位,从而实现稳定的卷发效果。在本实施例中,锁定机构包括设置在转接头3任一切削面30上的至少一个盲孔32,如图6及图7所示,在盲孔32中填设弹性件4,优选为弹簧,在盲孔32中弹簧的上端填设有限位柱5,卡槽20的一侧壁上沿盲孔32转动的轨迹所对应的位置设有若干与限位柱5相适配的限位孔6,如图8所示,该限位孔6贯穿卡槽20该侧壁,限位柱5的一端可卡设于相应限位孔6中,限位柱5的另一端卡在转接头3的盲孔32中,从而限制转接头3相对操作手柄2的进一步转动,将转接头3固定在此处。当需要调节卷发棒1相对操作手柄2的弯折角度时,对着限位柱5的一端向转接头3上的盲孔32的方向使力,将限位柱5的一端推出限位孔6,此时在弹簧的弹力左右下,限位柱5的头部被顶靠在卡槽20的内壁上,握着卷发棒1转动,限位柱5跟着转接头3转动,当转接头3转动到下一个限位孔6处时,限位柱5在弹簧的作用力下被顶入相应限位孔6,再次实现对转接头3的定位。为了进一步加强定位效果,转接头3上的盲孔32设置有两个,优选地,该两个盲孔32对称设置在轴孔31的前后两侧,相应地,需要位于操作手柄2上的限位孔6成对相应布置,使得两个盲孔32中的限位柱5能够同时进出卡槽20相应侧壁上的相对应的两个限位孔6中,从而实现对转接头3的稳定定位效果。
另外,为了更好的方便调节卷发棒1的转动,在本申请可折弯卷发器的另一实施例中,如图3和图8所示,锁定机构还包括安装在操作手柄2上的操作按钮7。为了便于操作,卡槽20相应侧壁上于相对转接头3的盲孔32处设置有凹槽21,若干限位孔6设置在凹槽21的底面上,操作按钮7安装在凹槽21中,该操作按钮7包括按压部70和与按压部70连接的若干导柱71,导柱71用于将限位柱5的一端推出限位孔6,优选的,导柱71的数量与限位孔6的数量相等,这样无论限位柱5进入任何一个限位孔6中,通过操作按压部70都能将限位柱 5推出限位孔6。使用时,按动按压部70,按压部70带动导柱71向转接头3方向移动,将限位柱5推出限位孔6。
上述介绍了本申请可折弯卷发器的具体实施方式,采用上述结构的可折弯卷发器,可根据需要转动卷发棒1使之与操作手柄2成一定角度,满足卷发时各种姿势的需求,使用方便。

  1. 一种可折弯卷发器,包括卷发棒和与所述卷发棒连接的操作手柄,其特征在于,所述卷发棒后端设置有与之连接的转接头,所述操作手柄的前端设置有卡槽,所述转接头置于所述卡槽中,所述转接头通过连接轴与所述卡槽转动连接,所述卷发器还包括对所述转接头在不同转动角度进行定位的锁定机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折弯卷发器,其特征在于,所述转接头可相对所述操作手柄转动90°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折弯卷发器,其特征在于,所述转接头设置有两个相对的切削面,于所述转接头上设置有贯穿两个所述切削面的轴孔,所述连接轴穿过所述轴孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折弯卷发器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括设置在所述转接头任一切削面上的至少一个盲孔,所述盲孔中自内向外依次设有弹性件和限位柱,所述卡槽的一侧壁沿所述盲孔转动的轨迹所对应的位置设有若干与所述限位柱相适配的限位孔,所述限位孔贯穿所述卡槽的相应侧壁,所述限位柱的一端卡设于相应的所述限位孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折弯卷发器,其特征在于,所述盲孔有两个,若干所述限位孔成对相应布置,两个所述盲孔中的限位柱同时进出所述卡槽相应侧壁上的限位孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折弯卷发器,其特征在于,两个所述盲孔对称设置在所述轴孔的前后两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的可折弯卷发器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括安装在所述操作手柄上的操作按钮,所述操作按钮包括按压部和与所述按压部连接的若干导柱,所述导柱用于将所述限位柱的一端推出所述限位孔。
