Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de génération intelligente d'un plan d'entraînement professionnel à la course à pied, destinés à être utilisés dans la résolution du problème posé par l'absence d'un plan d'entraînement professionnel d'un utilisateur qui s'exerce à la course à pied. Le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent : S1, à recevoir un plan d'entraînement prédéfini et une formule de calcul prédéfinie, et à les mémoriser dans un terminal de service de données ; S2, à collecter des statistiques concernant des paramètres de données corporelles personnels et des informations de compte personnelles d'un terminal utilisateur acquis par un dispositif d'acquisition de données, et à les envoyer au terminal de service de données ; et S3, à obtenir un plan d'entraînement professionnel obtenu par le terminal de service de données au moyen d'un calcul et d'une analyse conformément au plan d'entraînement prédéfini et à la formule de calcul prédéfinie, et à l'envoyer au dispositif d'acquisition de données. La présente invention peut fournir un plan d'entraînement professionnel à un utilisateur qui s'exerce à la course à pied, ce qui permet d'atteindre un objectif de pratique saine de la course à pied.
