一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法及制备装置,该制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、将废纸粉碎成粉末并收集;S2、将收集到的粉末喷洒在模板上;S3、对喷洒在模板上的粉末进行喷胶定型处理形成再生纸张;S4、将再生纸张运送出来。该制备装置包括壳体(1)和依次设置在所述壳体(1)内部的碎纸区(2)、碎纸过滤喷散区(3)、碎纸喷胶定型区(4)和再生纸输送区(5)。该方法和装置不经过传统工艺中先将废纸生成纸浆,再进行一系列的洗浆、脱墨等处理,从而使得可以将一张废纸全部转换为一张再生纸,而不需要添加任何其他原料,实现了完全意义上的废纸重新利用;并且,该制作方法中不添加任何化学脱墨试剂进行化学处理,从而使得生产的再生纸张天然、环保、亲肤、无刺激。

一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法及制备装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法及制备装置。
背景技术
20世纪,我国经济、社会、文化等各方面飞速发展,人们对环境保护越来越关注,人们的环保意识也随之增加,各部门均要求经济要在不牺牲环境的前提下发展。因此,各种废弃物的二次利用逐渐引起了大家的注意。
众所周知,造纸工业是一个与国民经济发展和社会文明建设息息相关的重要产业,而我国造纸产业与国际先进水平的差距很大,其中原料结构不合理和供给不足、资源浪费与环境污染是主要因素,提高废纸回收与利用水平对我国造纸工业发展有着重要的意义。虽然我国在废纸利用方面已经取得了较高的水平,但是我国的废纸回收水平低,导致每年都需要从国外进口大量的废纸,对国外废纸市场依赖性很强。
废纸,又被称为“二次纤维”,我国每年对各种纸张的消耗量极大,如果对废纸弃之不用,会造成资源的极大浪费。废纸再生不仅减少了对木材的消耗量,同时,再生纸的生产过程消耗的能源有明显的降低,其成本、环保处理费也相对较低,因此,废纸再生吸引了越来越多的注意。
目前市场上的再生纸张设备体积大、结构复杂、价格贵,因此适合在办公室、家庭中普遍使用。并且,现有的再生纸张的生产工艺过程复杂,大多需要经过碎浆、洗浆、脱水、研磨、脱墨、除渣处理后,再进行一系列操作之后才能制造出新的纸张。由于前述的制作工艺中,需要对废纸进行碎浆、洗浆、脱 水、脱墨和除渣处理。因此,将一张废纸放进现有的纸张再生机中,不可能完全的、全部得到同样大小的再生纸张。
在公司里、家里,每天都有很多文件、笔记和草稿,这些纸用了一次就扔掉,不但浪费资源,还污染环境,这与现在社会呼吁的节能完全背道而驰。为此,如何制造出能被办公室和家庭普遍使用的,且能由一张废纸完全得到一张再生纸本发明创造的发明动机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保、能全部利用废纸好的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法和制备装置。
本发明的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其技术方案为:
一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将废纸粉碎成粉末并收集;
S2、将收集到的粉末喷洒在模板上;
S3、对喷洒在模板上的粉末进行喷胶定型处理形成再生纸张;
S4、将再生纸张运送出来。
本发明提供的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,还包括如下附属技术方案:
其中,在S1中,通过设置在壳体顶部的两个机械臂上的切刀的啮合将废纸粉碎成粉末,并通过设置在机械臂下部的碎纸收集器将所述粉末进行收集。
其中,在进行S2之前,先利用设置在碎纸收集器底部的风刀将S1处理之后的粉末吹散混匀后,再进行S2。
其中,在进行S3之前,先对S2处理之后的粉末进行过滤,然后再进行S3中的喷胶定型处理。
其中,在S3中,先对过滤后的所述粉末进行喷胶处理,然后再进行高温高压定型处理。
其中,在S4中,通过设置在壳体内壁的输送滚动轮将新纸张运送出来。
本发明还提供了一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,其技术方案为:
一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,其特征在于,包括壳体和依次设置在所述壳体内部的碎纸区、碎纸过滤喷散区、碎纸喷胶定型区和再生纸输送区。
本发明提供的一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,还包括如下附属技术方案:
其中,所述碎纸区中设置有两个机械臂,每个所述机械臂上均设置有碎纸切刀,通过两个机械臂上的所述碎纸切刀的啮合将废纸进行破碎。
其中,所述碎纸过滤喷散区的顶部设置有风刀,所述风刀将所述碎纸吹散混匀,所述碎纸过滤喷散区的底部设置有过滤网,所述过滤网用于将风刀吹散混匀的碎纸均匀地喷散在模板上。
其中,所述碎纸喷胶定型区从上到下依次包括喷胶工艺区、面板按压加固区、纸板定型接待区和加热定型区。
其中,所述纸板定型接待区和所述加热定型区之间设置有纸板定型输送托臂,通过所述纸板定型输送托臂将喷胶处理之后的碎纸从纸板定型接待区运送至加热定型区。
其中,所述加热定型区内设置有加热管,通过所述加热管对喷胶之后的碎纸进行加热处理。
本发明还提供了一种再生纸张,其特征在于:所述再生纸张是根据上述的所述的制备方法制作的再生纸张。

本发明提供的一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,结构简单、体积小、操作方便,可以在办公室、家庭中普遍使用;并且由于本发明提供的废纸再生纸张制作工艺简单,不经过传统工艺中将先将废纸生成纸浆,再进行一系列的洗浆、脱墨等处理,从而使得利用本发明的制备方法可以将一张废纸全部转换为一张再生纸,也即,利用本发明的制备方法可以制备出和原来废纸一模一样大小的再生纸张,而不需要添加其他原料,从而实现了完全意义上的废纸重新利用。并且,本发明中的废纸再生纸张制作方法中不添加任何化学脱墨试剂进行化学 处理,从而使得本发明生产的再生纸张天然、环保、亲肤、无刺激。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例以及附图对本发明加以详细说明,需要指出的是,所描述的实施例仅旨在便于对本发明的理解,而对其不起任何限定作用。
本实施例提供的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将废纸粉碎成粉末并收集;
S2、将收集到的粉末喷洒在模板上;
S3、对喷洒在模板上的粉末进行喷胶定型处理形成再生纸张;
S4、通过设置在壳体内壁的输送滚动轮将再生纸张运送出来。
本实施例提供的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,制作工艺简单,不经过传统造纸工艺中的先将废纸生成纸浆,再进行一系列的洗浆、脱墨等处理,从而使得利用本发明的制备方法可以将一张废纸全部转换为一张再生纸,也即,利用本发明的制备方法可以制备出和原来废纸相同大小的再生纸张,而不需要添加其他原料,从而实现了完全意义上的废纸重新利用。并且,本发明中的废纸再生纸张制作方法中不添加任何化学脱墨试剂进行化学处理,从而使得本发明生产的再生纸张天然、环保、亲肤、无刺激。
在S1中,通过设置在壳体顶部的两个机械臂上的切刀的啮合将废纸粉碎成粉末,并通过设置在机械臂下部的碎纸收集器将所述粉末进行收集。
优选地,在进行S2之前,先利用设置在碎纸收集器底部的风刀将S1处理之后的粉末吹散混匀后,再进行S2。进一步优选地,在进行S3之前,先对S2处理之后的粉末进行过滤,然后再进行S3。
优选地,在S3中,先对过滤后的所述粉末进行喷胶处理,然后再进行高温高压定型处理。
如图1、2所示,本实施例提供了一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,包括壳体1和依次设置在所述壳体1内部的碎纸区2、碎纸过滤喷散区3、碎纸喷胶定型区4和再生纸输送区5。
优选地,本实施例所用的粘胶为淀粉胶,本实施例选择淀粉胶作为粘接碎纸所用的粘结剂,安全、环保、无污染,而且成本低,容易制备。
如图1-3所示,所述碎纸区2中设置有两个机械臂21,每个所述机械臂上均设置有碎纸切刀22,通过两个机械臂21上的所述碎纸切刀22的啮合将废纸进行破碎。
如图1、2、4所示,所述碎纸过滤喷散区3的顶部设置有风刀31,所述风刀31将所述碎纸吹散混匀,所述碎纸过滤喷散区3的底部设置有过滤网32,所述过滤网32用于将风刀31吹散混匀后的碎纸均匀地喷散在模板上。本实施例通过在碎纸过滤喷散区3的顶部设置风刀31,以将破碎切刀破碎后的破碎纸中的纸屑、油墨等成分吹散混匀,从而使本实施例制作出的再生纸张色泽均匀、美观,使用方便;并通过在碎纸过滤喷散区3的底部设置过滤网32,以将风刀吹散混匀后的碎纸均匀的喷散在模板上,从而使本实施例制作出的再生纸张厚度均匀,便于使用。
如图1、2、5所示,所述碎纸喷胶定型区4从上到下依次包括喷胶工艺区41、面板按压加固区42、纸板定型接待区43和加热定型区44。本实施例通过在喷胶工艺区41和加热定型区44之间设置面板按压加固区42、纸板定型接待 区43,以将再生纸张压得均匀,并且足够薄,以满足使用的要求。
如图1、2、6所示,所述纸板定型接待区43和加热定型区44之间设置有纸板定型输送托臂45,通过纸板定型输送托臂45将喷胶处理之后的碎纸从纸板定型接待区43运送至加热定型区44。
优选地,如图1所示,所述加热定型区44内设置有加热管46,通过所述加热管46对喷胶之后的碎纸进行加热处理。

    S1、将废纸粉碎成粉末并收集;
    S2、将收集到的粉末喷洒在模板上;
    S3、对喷洒在模板上的粉末进行喷胶定型处理形成再生纸张;
    S4、将再生纸张运送出来。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其特征在于:在S1中,通过设置在壳体顶部的两个机械臂上的切刀的啮合将废纸粉碎成粉末,并通过设置在机械臂下部的碎纸收集器将所述粉末进行收集。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其特征在于:在进行S2之前,先利用设置在碎纸收集器底部的风刀将S1处理之后的粉末吹散混匀后,再进行S2。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其特征在于:在进行S3之前,先对S2处理之后的粉末进行过滤,然后再进行S3。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其特征在于:在S3中,先对过滤后的所述粉末进行喷胶处理,然后再进行高温高压定型处理。
  6. 根据权利要求1或4或5所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备方法,其特征在于:在S4中,通过设置在壳体内壁的输送滚动轮将新纸张运送出来。
  7. 一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,其特征在于,包括壳体和依次设置在所述壳体内部的碎纸区、碎纸过滤喷散区、碎纸喷胶定型区和再生纸输送区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,其特征在于:所述碎纸区中设置有两个机械臂,每个所述机械臂上均设置有碎纸切刀,通过两个机械臂上的所述碎纸切刀的啮合将废纸进行破碎。

  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,其特征在于:所述纸板定型接待区和所述加热定型区之间设置有纸板定型输送托臂,通过所述纸板定型输送托臂将喷胶处理之后的碎纸从纸板定型接待区运送至加热定型区。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种废纸再生纸张的制备装置,其特征在于:所述加热定型区内设置有加热管,通过所述加热管对喷胶之后的碎纸进行加热处理。
