Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bloc perméable à l'eau pour trottoirs et routes. Le bloc perméable à l'eau présente une excellente perméabilité à l'eau puisque des ressources devant être jetées sont recyclées, permet de réduire les coûts de réparation du fait d'une utilisation semi-permanente permise par l'absence de décoloration ou d'altération de la couleur, peut contribuer à la préservation de la nature par le recyclage de ressources étant donné qu'un agrégat coloré est préparé à partir de cendre résiduelle, qui est un sous-produit produit au niveau des centrales thermiques, ne présente pas de problèmes d'émission de carbone provoqués par l'utilisation excessive de ciment, et présente une fonction de purification d'air. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à préparer un agrégat coloré par coloration, à l'aide d'une résine thermodurcissable et d'un pigment, de particules de cendre résiduelle préparées par pulvérisation de cendre résiduelle recyclée collectée ; à mélanger et à agiter l'agrégat coloré, une résine thermodurcissable à deux constituants, une fibre de verre recyclée et un accélérateur de durcissement ; à injecter le mélange sous agitation de l'agrégat coloré, de la résine thermodurcissable et de l'accélérateur de durcissement dans une machine de moulage afin de le mouler par pression jusqu'à obtenir un bloc perméable à l'eau ; à retirer de la machine de moulage le bloc perméable à l'eau, qui a été moulé dans la machine de moulage ; et à durcir le bloc perméable à l'eau retiré de la machine de moulage.
