一种衣物处理设备及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于衣物处理装置技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种衣物处理设备及其控制方法。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,人们越来越追求高品质的精致生活。干衣机走进了越来越多的普通家庭中,成为了高品质生活必不可少的家电之一。普通家庭中一般是将干衣机叠放在滚筒洗衣机上,如此形成一个简单叠加的整体,其干衣机和洗衣机分别连接电源线,两者采用独立的控制系统,用户使用不便,且洗衣机和干衣机相互叠加,不具有一体的效果,用户体验一般。
当将干衣机和洗衣机一体设置,且共用同一电源线时,干衣机包括有烘干加热器,用于加热进入干衣筒的空气,洗衣机上设置有洗涤水加热器,用于加热洗涤水,这两者加热器都是高功率的用电器,两者同时工作时,很可能会使得一体机的工作功率超过额定功率,比如使得电源线内的电流大于额定电流,从而存在较大的安全隐患,因此虽然一体机具有两种加热功能,但是若控制两种加热功能同时进行,则不安全,具有引发火灾的风险。
然而,若只是靠提醒用户不要同时控制两种加热器加热是不现实的,也是不安全的,若一体机只接受一种加热器工作的指令,则当用户需要加热洗涤水和烘干衣物时,只能选择其一,且需要在其程序执行完毕后,再输入另一控制指令,从而使得一体机的控制繁琐不方便。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,实现了用户可同时下达和随时追加下达不同的加热控制指令,洗衣处理设备自动控制执行用户所下达的控制指令,保证衣物处理设备在额定功率内进行安全工作,防止了当两个或两个以上加热器在同时工作的情况下,其总功率超过电源线的承受能力,从而保障了用户的安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,衣物处理设备包括至少一个洗涤装置和至少一个烘干装置,所述的洗涤装置包括用于加热洗涤水的水加热器,所述的烘干装置包括用于加热进入烘干装置内的空气的烘干加热器,其中,当洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序均需执行时,衣物处理 装置控制水加热器和烘干加热器不同时工作,或者调节水加热器和烘干加热器的功率使两者能同时工作。
在上述方案中,实现了用户可同时下达和随时追加下达不同的加热控制指令,洗衣处理设备自动控制执行用户所下达的控制指令,保证衣物处理设备在额定功率内进行安全工作,防止了当两个或两个以上加热器在同时工作的情况下,其总功率超过电源线的承受能力,从而保障了用户的安全。需要主要的是,所述的洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序均需执行:是指用户同时选择执行洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序,或者是衣物处理设备执行其一程序的过程中,接收到用户指令需执行另一程序。
优选的,衣物处理设备判断洗涤水加热程序的设定温度是否小于设定温度阈值,若判断结果为是,则控制水加热器加热,并在水加热器加热过程结束后,控制烘干加热器加热,否则优先控制烘干加热器加热;
在上述方案中,不论当前执行的程序是洗涤水加热程序还是烘干程序,当接收到另一指令时,洗衣机首先判断洗涤水加热程序的设定温度,若该温度小于一定温度值时,说明加热洗涤水耗时较小,可以优先执行洗涤水加热程序,并在洗涤水加热程序结束后控制执行烘干程序。
优选的,所述的设定温度阈值为30℃~50℃,优选的,所述的设定温度阈值为40℃;
上述的设定温度阈值是发明人在大量的实验中,总结出来的,在该温度范围内,加热洗涤水程序会短时间内快速完成,有利于尽快进入及完成衣物的洗涤过程。
优选的,当优先控制烘干加热器加热时,在烘干加热器加热断开的时间段内控制水加热器加热。
在上述方案中,在控制烘干加热器加热断开之余,控制水加热器加热从而充分的利用了时间,尽快的完成用户下达的指令。
优选的,当洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序均需执行时,衣物处理设备根据当前程序所执行的时间或根据当前程序剩余执行时间控制水加热器或烘干加热器优先加热。
在上述方案中,当前程序执行的时间较长时,则应该继续执行当前程序,而当前程序剩余执行时间较长时,则应该执行最新接收到的指令。
优选的,衣物处理设备判断其当前程序所执行的时间是否大于设定时间阈值,若判断结果为是,则控制优先执行当前程序,否则,终止当前程序,执行最新接收的指令。
优选的,所述的设定时间阈值为时间数值或为占用执行当前程序总时长的时间比例值;
优选的,洗涤水加热程序与烘干程序的设定时间阈值不同,洗涤水加热程序的设定时间阈值为洗涤水加热程序总时长的2/3~4/5,优选为洗涤水加热程序总时长的2/3,烘干程序的设定时间阈值为烘干程序总时长的1/4~1/3,优选为烘干程序总时长的1/4。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备判断当前程序剩余执行时间是否小于剩余时间阈值,若判断结果为是,则控制优先执行当前程序,否则,终止当前程序,优先执行最新接收的指令;
洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序的剩余时间阈值不同,洗涤水加热程序的剩余时间阈值为时间值,优选为10min~30min,更优选的,为20min;
上述的剩余时间阈值,是发明人在大量的实验中总结出来的,在该剩余时间阈值范围内,加热洗涤水程序会短时间内快速完成,有利于尽快进入及完成衣物的洗涤过程。
优选的,所述烘干程序的剩余时间阈值为比例值,优选的,烘干程序的剩余时间阈值为烘干程序总时长的2/3~3/4,优选为烘干程序总时长的3/4。
在上述方案中,烘干程序的时间较长,优选采用比例值。
优选的,当洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序均需执行时,衣物处理设备控制时长为T1的水加热器加热过程和时长为T2的空气加热器加热过程交替进行;
在上述方案中,控制加热洗涤水程序和烘干程序交替运行,有利于两程序同时完成。
其中,T1和T2均为设定值;
在上述方案中,T1和T2均为设定值,用户可进行手动设置,也可以出厂具有默认设置值。

本发明的另一目的在于提供一种采用上述控制方法的衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备包括至少一个洗涤装置和至少一个烘干装置,所述的洗涤装置包括用于加热洗涤水的水加热器,所述的烘干装置包括用于加热进入烘干装置内的空气的烘干加热器,所述的各洗涤装置和烘干装置通过同一电源线供电,所述的衣物处理设备还包括有控制板,所述的洗涤装置、烘干装置均与所述的控制板连接,所述的控制板控制水加热器和烘干加热器不同时工作,或者调节水加热器和烘干加热器的功率使两者能同时工作。
在上述方案中,所述的控制板控制协调各加热器工作,防止多个加热器同时工作时,衣 物处理设备超功率运行,防止了当两个或两个以上加热器在同时工作的情况下,其总功率超过电源线的承受能力,从而保障了用户的安全。
优选的,每一洗涤装置上设置有第一电源板、每一烘干装置上设置有第二电源板,第一电源板包括有控制水加热器通电/断电的控制电路,第二电源板包括有控制烘干加热器通电/断电的控制电路,所述的控制板通过总线分别与各电源板连接,控制各电源板上控制电路的通断。
优选的,衣物处理设备还包括有一主电源板,所述的电源线与所述的主电源板连接,各电源板分别与所述的主电源板连接,或所述的主电源板与各电源板依次串联连接,主电源板控制各电源板的通电/断电;
优选的,所述的主电源板为各电源板中的其中一个电源板。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:

3、本发明中协调水加热器和烘干加热器加热的方案有多种,用户可根据实际情况选择需求的方案。

在上述方案中,可以为衣物处理设备预先被设定有对不同的程序具有不同的优先级,例如通过用户设定或出厂默认设置。则此时衣物处理设备在执行当前程序的时候,接收到另一指令后,判断两程序的优先级,并控制优先级高的程序优先执行。
还有一种较为实用的控制方法:当衣物处理设备同时接收到用户输入执行洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序后,该衣物处理设备提示用户选择优先执行的程序,并根据用户选择结果执行相应的控制;当衣物处理设备在执行其中一程序时,接收到执行另一程序的指令时,则优先提示用户是否优先执行最新程序,并根据用户选择结果执行相应的控制。其中,该衣物处理 设备包括有触控显示屏,该触控显示屏通过弹出对话框的方式询问用户选择优先执行的程序。
实施例二
本实施例二提供一种采用上述实施例一中控制方法的衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备包括至少一个洗涤装置和至少一个烘干装置,所述的洗涤装置包括用于加热洗涤水的水加热器,所述的烘干装置包括用于加热进入烘干装置内的空气的烘干加热器,所述的各洗涤装置和烘干装置通过同一电源线供电,所述的衣物处理设备还包括有控制板,所述的洗涤装置、烘干装置均与所述的控制板连接,所述的控制板控制水加热器和烘干加热器不同时工作,或者调节水加热器和烘干加热器的功率使两者能同时工作。

第一种实施方式:
参见图1和图2所示,衣物处理设备包括有一个控制板1和若干电源板2(图中举例为两个电源板),其中控制板1与各电源板2分别通过总线11电性连接,其中,洗涤装置对应的电源板(以上为第一电源板)连接水加热器,烘干装置对应的电源板(以上为第二电源板) 连接烘干加热器,其中一个电源板为主电源板,该衣物处理设备的各洗涤装置和烘干装置共用一电源线4,该电源线4与所述的主电源板连接,各电源板2上均分别至少设置一个总继电器。
另一种实施方式,参见图3和图4所示,衣物处理设备包括有一个控制板1和一个电源板2,其中控制板1与该电源板2通过总线11电性连接,其中,该衣物处理设备的各洗涤装置和烘干装置共用一电源线4,该电源线4与所述的电源板2连接,所述的电源板2与水加热器5和烘干加热器6电性连接,该电源板2上设置有控制水加热器和烘干加热器通电/断电的控制电路。该电源板2设置有至少一个开关,控制各加热器的加热。所述的开关为单刀双掷继电器或双刀双掷继电器或单刀单掷继电器,或是通过几者的组合控水加热器或烘干加热器执行加热过程。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,衣物处理设备包括至少一个洗涤装置和至少一个烘干装置,所述的洗涤装置包括用于加热洗涤水的水加热器,所述的烘干装置包括用于加热进入烘干装置内的空气的烘干加热器,其特征在于,当洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序均需执行时,衣物处理装置控制水加热器和烘干加热器不同时工作,或者调节水加热器和烘干加热器的功率使两者能同时工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备判断洗涤水加热程序的设定温度是否小于设定温度阈值,若判断结果为是,则控制水加热器加热,并在水加热器加热过程结束后,控制烘干加热器加热,否则优先控制烘干加热器加热;
    所述的设定温度阈值为30℃~50℃,优选的,所述的设定温度阈值为40℃;
    优选的,当优先控制烘干加热器加热时,在烘干加热器加热断开的时间段内控制水加热器加热。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当洗涤水加热程序和烘干程序均需执行时,衣物处理设备根据当前程序所执行的时间或根据当前程序剩余执行时间控制水加热器或烘干加热器优先加热。

  8. 一种采用上述权利1-7任一所述的控制方法的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括至少一个洗涤装置和至少一个烘干装置,所述的洗涤装置包括用于加热洗涤水的水加热器,所述的烘干装置包括用于加热进入烘干装置内的空气的烘干加热器,所述的各洗涤装置和烘干装置通过同一电源线供电,所述的衣物处理设备还包括有控制板,所述的洗涤装置、烘干装置均与所述的控制板连接,所述的控制板控制水加热器和烘干加热器不同时工作,或者调节水加热器和烘干加热器的功率使两者能同时工作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,每一洗涤装置上设置有第一电源板、每一烘干装置上设置有第二电源板,第一电源板包括有控制水加热器通电/断电的控制电路,第二电源板包括有控制烘干加热器通电/断电的控制电路,所述的控制板通过总线分别与各电源板连接,控制各电源板上控制电路的通断。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,还包括有一主电源板,所述的电源线与所述的主电源板连接,各电源板分别与所述的主电源板连接,或所述的主电源板与各电源板依次串联连接,主电源板控制各电源板的通电/断电;
    优选的,所述的主电源板为各电源板中的其中一个电源板。
