手持式电熨斗 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种手持式电熨斗。
背景技术
现有技术的手持式电熨斗存在以下问题:在垂直挂烫时无法实现360°出蒸汽,导致用户在熨烫衣服时,手握挂烫机只能在一定范围之内转动,转动超过一定范围之后就会断蒸汽,所以熨烫的范围较小,效率低;而且用户不能随心所欲地以任何角度与熨烫衣服。相关技术中的电熨斗通过水管一端连着金属材质的配重块,依靠配重块的重量左右摆动来吸水,从而实现360°出蒸汽,但配重块在摆动的过程中会碰到水箱内壁,产生噪音,此外,因配重块离水箱底部有一定的距离,导致水箱里面很大部分水无法被吸出,水的利用率低,导致用户频繁加水。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种手持式电熨斗能够实现持续出蒸汽且不需要频繁加水。
根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗,包括:外壳;底板组件,所述底板组件内具有汽化室,所述底板组件与所述外壳之间限定出安装腔;水箱组件,所述水箱组件设在所述安装腔内且与所述汽化室连通以向所述汽化室供水,所述水箱组件包括:水箱,所述水箱具有加水口和出水口,所述水箱内具有分别与所述加水口和所述出水口连通的储水腔;水泵,所述水泵通过进水管与所述出水口连通且通过出水管与所述汽化室连通;可吸水的吸水件,所述吸水件被构造成向所述储水腔吸水以向所述水泵供水。
由此,根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗,在通过设置吸水件,吸水件可吸水储水腔内的水以向水泵进行供水,从而使得手持式电熨斗无论是竖直挂烫还是水平挂烫,均能够持续出蒸汽,从而可避免由于电熨斗处于不同位置或者旋转一定角度时导致水箱中的水无法吸出,从而可不需要用户向水箱内频繁加水。

下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗100。
结合图1-图15所示,根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗100可以包括外壳1、底板组件2、水箱组件3和可吸水的吸水件7。
底板组件2内具有汽化室21,底板组件2与外壳1之间限定出安装腔,水箱组件3设在安装腔内且与汽化室21连通以向汽化室21供水,具体地,底板组件2和外壳1可形成为手持式电熨斗100的外部壳体,外壳1的下端敞开与底板组件2配合以限定出安装腔,水箱组件3安装在底板组件2上且位于安装腔内,水箱组件3用于储存水并向底板组件2供水,水箱组件3内的水可通入汽化室21内,底板组件2可对通入的水进行加热,使水充分汽化,汽化后的水蒸汽可从而底板组件2流出。如图11所示,底板组件2可设有出汽孔22,出汽孔22与汽化室21连通,水蒸汽可从出汽孔22流出。
水箱组件3可以包括水箱31和水泵32,水箱31具有加水口311和出水口312,水箱31内具有分别与加水口311和出水口312连通的储水腔313,水泵32通过进水管33与出水口312连通且通过出水管34与汽化室21连通。
换言之,水箱31可用于储存水,水泵32可用于为水箱31内的水流向底板组件2提供动力,这样在水泵32的吸力作用下,可将水箱31内的水抽向汽化室21。具体地,用户可从加水口311向储水腔313内加水,水储存在储水腔313内,储水腔313内的水可从出水口312流出,水泵32分别与进水管33和出水管34相连,其中进水管33连通在水泵32和水箱31的出水口312,出水口312连通水泵32和底板组件2的汽化室21,这样,在水泵32的作用下,储水腔313内的水通过出水口312流出,并通过进水管33流向水泵32,并通过出水管34流向汽化室21。
吸水件7被构成向储水腔313吸水以向水泵32供水。具体而言,吸水件7具有吸水特性,吸水件7可用于吸收储水腔313内的水,吸水件7邻近出水口312设置,水泵32工作时,吸水件7可吸收并储存储水腔313内的水,在水泵132的吸力作用下,吸水件7内的水可通过进水管33流向水泵32。这样,在电熨斗100工作时,吸水件7可始终向水泵32供水,从而可使得电熨斗100无论处于水平放置或者竖直放置时能够出蒸汽以对衣物进行熨烫。
具体地,当手持式电熨斗100正常使用时(即手持式电熨斗100水平放置时),吸水件7至少部分浸泡在水中从而可吸水并向水泵32供水,当手持式电熨斗100竖直使用时,吸水件7浸泡在水中时可始终向水泵32供水,当吸水件7与水脱离时,吸水件7中的储存的水可流向水泵,这样,在手持式电熨斗100无论是水平挂烫还是垂直挂烫均能够出水蒸汽, 从而能够使得手持式电熨斗100垂直使用时能够实现360度出水蒸汽。
由此,根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗100,在通过设置吸水件7,吸水件7可吸水储水腔313内的水以向水泵32进行供水,从而使得手持式电熨斗100无论是竖直挂烫还是水平挂烫,均能够持续出蒸汽,从而可避免由于电熨斗100处于不同位置或者旋转一定角度时导致水箱31中的水无法吸出,从而可不需要用户向水箱31内频繁加水。
在本发明的一些实施例,吸水件7可设在储水腔313内且能够锁水以向水泵32供水。这样在吸水件7与水接触时,吸水件7可吸收储水腔313内的水向水泵32供水以维持电熨斗100出蒸汽,当吸水件7与水脱离时,吸水件7与水接触时吸收的水可储存在吸水件7内,此时,水泵32可将吸水件7内储存的水吸出以用于汽化产生水蒸汽,由此,吸水件7内的储存的水可维持电熨斗100出蒸汽。进一步地,由于电熨斗100在熨烫过程中不断的摆动,水箱31内的水不停的滚动,因此吸水件7会不停的被粘上水,从而能够使得电熨斗100能够持续出蒸汽。
例如,在电熨斗100水平放置使用时,吸水件7可吸收储水腔313内的水箱31水泵32供水,如图12-图15所示,在电熨斗100竖直放置使用时,手持式电熨斗100在一定角度的范围内旋转时,吸水件7始终与水接触,从而可吸收储水腔313内的水以向水泵32供水,使得电熨斗100产生蒸汽,当手持式电熨斗100旋转超出一定范围时,吸水件7与水脱离,吸水件7具有锁水功能,此时吸水件7内可储存有一定的水量向水泵32供水,从而可使得电熨斗100能够出水蒸汽,使得蒸汽能够维持一段时间,由于电熨斗100在熨烫的过程中是不断的摆动的,从而使得水箱31内的水不停的滚动,由此,吸水件7会不停的吸收水,然后储存并向水泵32供水,进而可实现手持式电熨斗100在竖直面的360度持续出水蒸汽。
可选地,吸水件7可以由吸水材料制成,例如,吸水件7可以由吸水海绵或无纺布制成。利用吸水海绵或无纺布可以吸收水箱31内的水且能够将水锁在海绵内,水泵32工作,把吸力作用于吸水件7上,从而可以将吸水海绵无纺布里面的水吸出来以用于向底板组件2的汽化室21供水,由此不仅能够实现手持式电熨斗100的360度出蒸汽,海绵具有一定的柔韧性,也可避免吸水件7与海绵碰撞产生噪音,同时海绵还具有一定的降噪功能,可进一步地避免电熨斗100发出噪音,而且海绵成本低,也可降低电熨斗100的成本。当然可以理解的是,吸水件7也可以由其它吸水材料制成,例如,吸水件7可由吸水棉或者吸水纸制成,对于吸水件7的吸水材料而言,只要能够吸收并能够将吸收的水用于水泵32供水即可。
进一步地,吸水海绵可以为PU海绵,PU海绵亲水性好,能够保证吸水件7的吸水功能和锁水功能,而且PU海绵还有耐高温、耐酸碱性、柔韧性的特性,也能够保证吸水件7的使用寿命和实用性。
在本发明的一些示例中,水箱组件3还可以包括转接水管4,转接水管4设在储水腔313 内且与出水口312连通,吸水件7与转接水管4相连。如图6-图8所示,转接水管4的一端与水箱31的出水口312相连,转接水管4的另一端与吸水件7相连。由此,一方面通过转接水管4方便与吸水件7的连接,另一方面通过转接水管4也有利于吸水件7内的水流向出水口312。可选地,如图7和图8所示,吸水件7可以形成为柱状,吸水件7的一端嵌入转接水管4内以向转接水管4供水。由此吸水件7内的水可直接吸向转接水管4,从而可保证吸水件7能够完全通过转接水管4流向进水管33。例如,吸水件7可以形成为圆柱形状,或者吸水件7也可以形成为横截面为三角形、四边形或者多边形的立体柱状。
在如图5-图9所示的示例中,水箱31上可设有转接水管固定套筒41,转接水管4的一端套入转接水管固定套筒41,从而实现对转接水管4的固定安装。进一步地,转接水管4的上部可设有进水管套筒314,进水管33通过进水管套筒314与水箱31连接。
在本发明的一些示例中,水箱31内可设有吸水限位部5,吸水限位部5设有限位槽51,吸水件7至少部分卡入限位槽51内。由此,通过限位槽51可对吸水件7进行限位和固定,从而防止吸水件7由于水箱31内的水出现晃动而发生移位。
可选地,吸水限位部5可以为多个且设在水箱31的内顶壁上,多个吸水限位部5沿吸水件7的长度方向间隔开设置,每个吸水限位部5的限位槽51开口朝下。具体地,吸水件7支撑在水箱31的内底面上,多个吸水限位部5的限位槽51卡设在吸水件7的上部,由此,通过吸水限位部5和水箱31的内底面可对吸水件7进行支撑和固定,从而防止吸水件7发生移位,而且吸水限位部5为多个,可对吸水件7的长度方向的多处进行限位,以进一步地提高吸水件7的固定效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图6所示,水箱31在水平面上的正投影沿左至右的方向上水箱31的宽度尺寸逐渐增大,吸水件7设在水箱31宽度较大的一侧,吸水件7沿水箱31的宽度方向延伸。由此,一方面有利于吸水件7在水箱31内的安装,另一方面也能够增加吸水件7的长度,使得吸水件7能够吸收足够的水以向水泵32供水,而且在电熨斗100旋转过程中,也能够使得吸水件7尽可能的与水接触吸收以保证电熨斗100能够产生蒸汽。需要说明的是,本发明中的上下左右方向均指附图中标注的方向,其中上下方向即电熨斗100水平放置常使用状态时的上下方向。
可选地,吸水件7的一端与出水口312连通,吸水件7的另一端可延伸至水箱31的远离出水口312的宽度方向的另一侧的内壁面。由此,能够尽可能的保证吸水件7的延伸长度和吸水件7的吸水能力。在如图6、图7和图13所示的示例中,出水口312设在水箱31的宽度方向的一端设置,吸水件7的一端与出水口312相连,吸水件7的另一端止抵水箱31宽度方向的另一端的内壁面,这样在电熨斗100旋转过程中,由于重力作用,水始终位于水箱31的最低位置处,吸水件7从水箱31的宽度方向的一端延伸至另一端,从而能够尽可能 的使得吸水件7与水接触以吸收水。可选地,吸水件7也可倾斜设置,例如吸水件7可相对水箱31的宽度方向倾斜设置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,手持式电熨斗100还可以包括断热件6,断热件6设在底盘组件上以将底盘组件与水箱组件3间隔开。具体地,水箱组件3和外壳1安装在断热板的上方,底板组件2位于断热件6的下方,底板组件2上设有加热装置,通过断热件6可防止底板组件2的热量传递至水箱组件3,从而避免水箱组件3过热而影响水泵32正常工作,进而可提高电熨斗100的使用寿命和安全性。进一步地,外壳1也可通过断热件6与底板组件2隔热,以防止底板组件2的热量传递至外壳1而烫伤用户。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗100的一个具体示例,值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性说明,而不能理解为对本发明实施例的限制。
如图1-图15所示,根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗100可以包括外壳1、底板组件2、断热件6、水箱31、水泵32、转接水管4和吸水海棉。
如图1-图4所示,断热件6设在底板组件2上,外壳1设在断热件6的上方,外壳1上可设有把手11,外壳1与底板组件2之间限定出安装腔,水箱31和水泵32设在安装腔内且位于断热件6的上方,通过断热件6可防止底板组件2的热量传递至外壳1、水箱31和水泵32。
底板组件2内具有汽化室21,底板组件2上设有出汽孔22,汽化室21用于产生蒸汽,汽化室21内的蒸汽可通过出汽孔22排出以用于熨烫衣物。
水箱31具有加水口311、出水口312和储水腔313,通过加水口311可向水箱31内加水,水泵32通过进水管33与出水口312相连且通过出水管34与底板组件2的汽化室21连通,由此,水箱31内的水可依次通过出水口312、进水管33、水泵32和出水管34流向底板组件2。如图5-图7所示,水箱31可以包括水箱上盖316和水箱下盖317,其中加水口311和出水口312可设在水箱上盖316上且位于水箱上盖316的上部,如图4所示,从外壳1的外部可向加水口311加水,从而不需要将水箱31取出,方便向水箱31内加水。
水箱31的加水口311处可设有转接水管固定套筒315和进水管套筒314,进水管33套入进水管套筒314,转接水管4设在水箱31内,转接水管4套入转接水管固定套筒315,从而方便转接水管4好进水管33与水箱31的连接。
吸水海棉设在储水腔313内且邻近出水口312设置,吸水海绵的一端嵌入转接水管4,吸水海棉和转接水管4紧贴竖向的内壁面,水箱31内设有吸水限位部5,吸水限位部5的下端形成有开口向下的U型槽,通过U型槽和水箱31的内底面可支撑和固定吸水海棉,防止吸水海棉因整机使用时水箱31内的水出现晃动而导致吸水海绵受力出现移位。
其中,在手持式电熨斗100正常使用时(手持式电熨斗100水平放置熨烫时),吸水海 绵始终浸泡在水里,从而可为汽化室21提供产生蒸汽的用水。在手持式电熨斗100垂直熨烫时,电熨斗100旋转,水箱31内的随之滚动,在电熨斗100旋转至一定角度后,吸水海棉与水脱离,吸水海棉具有锁水功能,此时水泵32可吸出海绵内储存的水以向汽化室21供水,从而使得底板组件2能够持续出蒸汽。
下面参考上述实施例的手持式电熨斗100描述其工作过程。
通过水泵32的工作,把吸力作用于吸水海绵,利用吸水海绵的吸水特性,把水箱31内的水吸出,水通过进水管33,然后经过水泵32,再通过出水管34,最后进入底板组件2的汽化室21,因底板组件2可以发热以对进入到汽化室21内的水加热,使水充分汽化,最终变成蒸汽从底板组件2的出汽孔22出来。可以理解为吸水海棉粘有水,水泵32就能将水吸出,手持式电熨斗100就能无论以何种角度来熨烫,都能够出蒸汽。由此无论是水平熨烫还是垂直挂烫,都能使手持式电熨斗100实现360°出蒸汽。
具体地,如图12-15所示,电熨斗100在水平熨烫时,吸水海绵浸泡在水利,所以可以实现360°出蒸汽;而电熨斗100进行垂直熨烫,在水箱31位于180°时,如果水箱31中的水不够满,会出现吸水海面没有被水浸到的情况,吸水海绵具有锁水功能,吸水海绵内可以储存一定的水量,这样,即使吸水海绵没有浸泡在水里,水泵32依然能吸走吸水海绵内储存的水量来供给底板组件2,使蒸汽能维持一段时间,而且由于熨烫过程中机身是不断的摆动,所以水箱组件3里的水也会不停的滚动,因此吸水海绵会不停的被粘上水,最终使的挂烫电熨斗100能够360°持续出蒸汽。
由此,根据本发明实施例的手持式电熨斗100,无论垂直挂烫还是水平挂烫时能够保证360°持续出水,可避免发出噪音,而且结构简单,成本低。

    外壳;
    底板组件,所述底板组件内具有汽化室,所述底板组件与所述外壳之间限定出安装腔;
    水箱组件,所述水箱组件设在所述安装腔内且与所述汽化室连通以向所述汽化室供水,所述水箱组件包括:
    水箱,所述水箱具有加水口和出水口,所述水箱内具有分别与所述加水口和所述出水口连通的储水腔;
    水泵,所述水泵通过进水管与所述出水口连通且通过出水管与所述汽化室连通;
    可吸水的吸水件,所述吸水件被构造成向所述储水腔吸水以向所述水泵供水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述吸水件设在所述储水腔内且能够锁水以向所述水泵供水。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述吸水件由吸水海绵或无纺布制成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述水箱组件还包括:转接水管,所述转接水管设在所述储水腔内且与所述出水口连通,所述吸水件与所述转接水管相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述吸水件形成为柱状,所述吸水件的一端嵌入所述转接水管内以向所述转接水管供水。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述水箱内设有吸水限位部,所述吸水限位部设有限位槽,所述吸水件至少部分卡入所述限位槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述吸水限位部为多个且设在所述水箱的内顶壁上,多个所述吸水限位部沿所述吸水件的长度方向间隔开设置,每个所述吸水限位部的所述限位槽开口朝下。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述水箱在水平面上的正投影沿左至右的方向上所述水箱的宽度尺寸逐渐增大,所述吸水件设在所述水箱宽度较大的一侧,所述吸水件沿所述水箱的宽度方向延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,所述吸水件的一端与所述出水口连通,所述吸水件的另一端延伸至所述水箱的远离所述出水口的宽度方向的另一侧的内壁面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式电熨斗,其特征在于,还包括:断热件,所述断热件设在所述底盘组件上以将所述底盘组件与所述水箱组件间隔开。
