本发明涉及一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法。
背景技术
水性色浆是指将无机颜料或者有机颜料在表面活性剂的润湿分散或在水溶性树脂及表面活性剂润湿分散的承载下,形成均一稳定、具有一定的流动性和触变性较好的高浓缩型颜料浆。水性色浆体系一般分为高颜料含量的无树脂色浆和低颜料含量的有树脂色浆。其中前者具有展色性好、相容性好的优点。后者以水性成膜树脂研磨单个颜料制备色浆,具有质量稳定、小批量生产方便的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将10-22份水性树脂、8-14份丙二醇乙醚、5-10份二甲基乙醇胺和30-40份去离子水在高速分散机下搅拌分散均匀,然后在搅拌中加入0.5-1份消泡剂和2-4份分散剂,搅拌20-40min,最后加入15-25份颜料和0.3-0.7份防尘剂,1100-1200r/min分散1-3h,形成均匀色浆,进行研磨即得;各原料均为重量份。
优选地,所述的制备方法中,水性树脂的重量份为16,丙二醇乙醚的重量份为11。
优选地,所述的制备方法中,在搅拌中加入0.7份消泡剂和3份分散剂,搅拌30min。
优选地,所述的制备方法中,1150r/min分散2h。
优选地,所述的制备方法中,所述研磨的细度应≤12μm。

一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将16份水性树脂、11份丙二醇乙醚、7份二甲基乙醇胺和35份去离子水在高速分散机下搅拌分散均匀,然后在搅拌中加入0.7份消泡剂和3份分散剂,搅拌30min,最后加入20份颜料和0.5份防尘剂,1150r/min分散2h,形成均匀色浆,进行研磨细度≤12μm即得;各原料均为重量份。
实施例2
一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将10份水性树脂、8份丙二醇乙醚、5份二甲基乙醇胺和30份去离子水在高速分散机下搅拌分散均匀,然后在搅拌中加入0.5份消泡剂和2份分散剂,搅拌20min,最后加入15份颜料和0.3份防尘剂,1100r/min分散1h,形成均匀色浆,进行研磨细度≤12μm即得;各原料均为重量份。
实施例3
一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将22份水性树脂、14份丙二醇乙醚、10份二甲基乙醇胺和40份去离子水在高速分散机下搅拌分散均匀,然后在搅拌中加入1份消泡剂和4份分散剂,搅拌40min,最后加入25份颜料和0.7份防尘剂,1200r/min分散3h,形成均匀色浆,进行研磨细度≤12μm即得;各原料均为重量份。
本发明提供的方法简单、快捷,可获得质量稳定的水性树脂类色浆。

  1. 一种水性树脂类色浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将10-22份水性树脂、8-14份丙二醇乙醚、5-10份二甲基乙醇胺和30-40份去离子水在高速分散机下搅拌分散均匀,然后在搅拌中加入0.5-1份消泡剂和2-4份分散剂,搅拌20-40min,最后加入15-25份颜料和0.3-0.7份防尘剂,1100-1200r/min分散1-3h,形成均匀色浆,进行研磨即得;各原料均为重量份。
