実測値が理論値よりも高い場合に、本発明の殺菌剤組成物は、ナシ黒星病に対し相乗効果を有する。
ナシ(品種:豊水)の成木に所定薬量の薬液を加圧式噴霧器にて、葉と果実から滴り落ちる程度に十分量散布した。散布は6~11日間隔で計4回行い、最終散布から8日後に1区あたり約50個の果実について発病の有無を調査し、発病果率および防除価を算出した(3連制)。また、コルビーの式により、混用による理論値(防除価)も算出した。
防除価=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の平均発病果率、b:無処理区の平均発病果率
所定濃度の薬剤を含むPDA(potato dextrose agar、バレイショ-ブドウ糖寒天培地)に、前培養して得た菌叢(4mmφ)を移植し、20℃室温にて25日間培養後、生育した菌叢直径(mm)を測定し、菌糸伸長阻害率を求めた。
また、得られた菌糸伸長阻害率をもとに、コルビーの計算式を用い理論値(菌糸伸長阻害率)を算出し、表の( )内に合せ示した。
阻害率=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の平均菌叢直径(mm)-4、b:無処理区の平均菌叢直径(mm)-4
コルビーの式=(X+Y)-XY/100
X:イソフェタミド単用の阻害率
Y:マンデストロビン単用の阻害率
実験値が理論値よりも高い場合に、本発明の殺菌剤組成物は、ナシ黒星病菌に対し相乗効果を有する。

製剤例1
(1)イソフェタミド 40 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 30 重量部
(3)アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム 14.5 重量部
(4)NaCl 15 重量部
(5)デキストリン 0.5 重量部
以上の各成分を高速混合細粒機に入れ、さらにそこへ所要量の水を加え造粒、乾燥することにより顆粒水和剤が得られる。
(1)カオリンクレー 78 重量部
(2)アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸ナトリウム 2 重量部
(3)ポリカルボン酸ナトリウム 5 重量部
(4)ホワイトカーボン 15 重量部
以上の成分の混合物と、予めイソフェタミドとマンデストロビンを9:7で混合した混合物とを9:1の重量割合で混合することにより水和剤が得られる。
(1)クレー 33 重量部
(2)ナフタレンスルホン酸ナトリウム 3 重量部
(3)リグニンスルホン酸ナトリウム 4 重量部
(4)イソフェタミド 30 重量部
(5)マンデストロビン 30 重量部
以上の各成分を混合することにより水和剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 4.5 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 3.5 重量部
(3)ベントナイト 30 重量部
(4)炭酸カルシウム 57.5 重量部
(5)ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム 3 重量部
(6)リグニンスルホン酸カルシウム 1.5 重量部
予め混合粉砕した(1)及び(2)と、(3)及び(4)とを混合し、そこへ(5)、(6)及び所定量の水を加えて混合し、押出造粒する。その後、乾燥、整粒することにより粒剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 20 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 15 重量部
(3)クレー 55 重量部
(4)アルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム 5 重量部
(5)アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸ホルムアルデヒド縮合物の塩
5 重量部
以上の各成分を混合し、粉砕機を通した後、所定量の水を加えて混練後、押出造粒する。その後、乾燥、整粒することにより顆粒水和剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 9 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 7 重量部
(3)ポリオキシエチレントリスチリルフェニルエーテル 3 重量部
(4)ポリカルボン酸ナトリウム塩 2 重量部
(5)プロピレングリコール 10 重量部
(6)キサンタンガム 0.2 重量部
(7)防黴剤 0.1 重量部
(8)水 68.7 重量部
以上の(1)~(4)および(8)の各成分を混合し、湿式粉砕機を用いて粉砕し、さらに、(5)~(7)の各成分を混合することにより水性懸濁剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 20 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 15 重量部
(3)ポリオキシエチレントリスチリルフェニルエーテル 3 重量部
(4)ジブチルブロックコポリマー 2 重量部
(5)プロピレングリコール 10 重量部
(6)キサンタンガム 0.1 重量部
(7)防黴剤 0.1 重量部
(8)水 49.8 重量部
以上の(1)~(4)および(8)の各成分を混合し、湿式粉砕機を用いて粉砕し、さらに、(5)~(7)の各成分を混合することにより水性懸濁剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 20 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 20 重量部
(3)ポリオキシエチレントリスチリルフェニルエーテル 3 重量部
(4)アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸ホルムアルデヒド縮合物の塩
2 重量部
(5)プロピレングリコール 10 重量部
(6)キサンタンガム 0.1 重量部
(7)防黴剤 0.1 重量部
(8)水 44.8 重量部
以上の(1)~(4)および(8)の各成分を混合し、湿式粉砕機を用いて粉砕し、さらに、(5)~(7)の各成分を混合することにより水性懸濁剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 30 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 20 重量部
(3)ポリオキシエチレントリスチリルフェニルエーテル 3 重量部
(4)アルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム 2 重量部
(5)プロピレングリコール 10 重量部
(6)キサンタンガム 0.1 重量部
(7)防黴剤 0.1 重量部
(8)水 34.8 重量部
以上の(1)~(4)および(8)の各成分を混合し、湿式粉砕機を用いて粉砕し、さらに、(5)~(7)の各成分を混合することにより水性懸濁剤が得られる。

(7)防黴剤 0.1 重量部
(8)水 34.8 重量部
以上の(1)~(4)および(8)の各成分を混合し、湿式粉砕機を用いて粉砕し、さらに、(5)~(7)の各成分を混合することにより水性懸濁剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 10 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 10 重量部
(3)ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油 12 重量部
(4)有機ベントナイト 1 重量部
(5)コーン油 67 重量部
以上の各成分を混合し、湿式粉砕機を用いて粉砕することにより、油性懸濁剤が得られる。
(1)イソフェタミド 9 重量部
(2)マンデストロビン 7 重量部
(3)ポリオキシエチレンアリールフェニルエーテル 10 重量部
(4)芳香族炭化水素 74 重量部
以上の各成分を混合することにより、乳剤が得られる。
Claims (5)
- イソフェタミドとマンデストロビンとを有効成分として含有することを特徴とする殺菌剤組成物。
- イソフェタミドとマンデストロビンとの重量比が1:1000~1000:1である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- イソフェタミドとマンデストロビンとを作物に施用することを特徴とする作物の病害防除方法。
- イソフェタミドとマンデストロビンとの重量比が1:1000~1000:1である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- イソフェタミドの施用濃度が0.01ppm~10000ppmであり、マンデストロビンの施用濃度が0.01ppm~10000ppmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
