技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零件领域,特别涉及一种改进型汽车齿轮润滑油。
背景技术
齿轮油以石油润滑油基础油或合成润滑油为主,加入极压抗磨剂和油性剂调制而成的一种重要的润滑油。汽车变速箱用齿轮油主要用于汽车变速箱内的齿轮传动装置,以防止齿面磨损、擦伤、烧结等,延长其使用寿命,提高传递功率效率。目前常见的车用齿轮油大多抗氧化、防锈性能不够好,且齿轮油的极压抗磨性差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种极压抗磨性好且抗氧化性能优秀的改进型汽车齿轮润滑油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种改进型汽车齿轮润滑油,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
新戊基多元醇酯80-93份;
亚硫酸钠2-6份;
极压剂 2-5份;
十二烷基苯碳酸钠2.6-4.7份;
二丁基二硫代甲酰胺 2-5份;
二丁基羟基甲苯0.7-1.6份;
偏硼酸钾2-4份;
食品级添加剂 2-5份;
聚二甲硅氧烷5.7-8.2份;
油酰胺5.2-6.9份。
进一步的,所述极压剂为聚五硫化物。
本发明的优点在于:本发明具有极好的极压抗磨性能,承载能力较高,许多配方可达2330N以上,高温烧结负荷较高,可达7856N,可配置重负荷车辆齿轮油,也可用于重负荷和中负荷工业齿轮油。
采用了亚硫酸钠和十二烷基苯碳酸钠做防锈剂,可大幅度提高齿轮油的防锈性能,防止与该齿轮油接触的零件上锈;采用了二丁基羟基甲苯做抗氧化剂,可有效防止齿轮油氧化齿轮等零件;采用偏硼酸钾做极压抗磨剂,可使该齿轮油在受高压产生高温时,依然保持油膜,起到润滑效果;采用聚二甲硅氧烷做消泡剂,可有效减少齿轮油在流动过程中产生泡沫;采用油酰胺做油性剂,可大幅提高齿轮油的润滑效果。

本发明的改进型汽车齿轮润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
新戊基多元醇酯80份;
亚硫酸钠2份;
聚五硫化物 2份;
十二烷基苯碳酸钠2.6份;
二丁基二硫代甲酰胺 2份;
二丁基羟基甲苯0.7份;
偏硼酸钾2份;
食品级添加剂 2份;
聚二甲硅氧烷5.7份;
油酰胺5.2份。
实施例2
本发明的改进型汽车齿轮润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
新戊基多元醇酯93份;
亚硫酸钠6份;
聚五硫化物 5份;
十二烷基苯碳酸钠4.7份;
二丁基二硫代甲酰胺 5份;
二丁基羟基甲苯1.6份;
偏硼酸钾4份;
食品级添加剂 5份;
聚二甲硅氧烷8.2份;
油酰胺6.9份。
实施例3
本发明的改进型汽车齿轮润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
新戊基多元醇酯87份;
亚硫酸钠3份;
聚五硫化物4份;
十二烷基苯碳酸钠3.7份;
二丁基二硫代甲酰胺3份;
二丁基羟基甲苯1.1份;
偏硼酸钾3份;
食品级添加剂3份;
聚二甲硅氧烷6.9份;
油酰胺6份。
本发明具有极好的极压抗磨性能,承载能力较高,许多配方可达2330N以上,高温烧结负荷较高,可达7856N,可配置重负荷车辆齿轮油,也可用于重负荷和中负荷工业齿轮油。
采用了亚硫酸钠和十二烷基苯碳酸钠做防锈剂,可大幅度提高齿轮油的防锈性能,防止与该齿轮油接触的零件上锈;采用了二丁基羟基甲苯做抗氧化剂,可有效防止齿轮油氧化齿轮等零件;采用偏硼酸钾做极压抗磨剂,可使该齿轮油在受高压产生高温时,依然保持油膜,起到润滑效果;采用聚二甲硅氧烷做消泡剂,可有效减少齿轮油在流动过程中产生泡沫;采用油酰胺做油性剂,可大幅提高齿轮油的润滑效果。

    二丁基二硫代甲酰胺2-5份;
    二丁基羟基甲苯0.7-1.6份;
    偏硼酸钾2-4份;
    食品级添加剂2-5份;
    聚二甲硅氧烷5.7-8.2份;
    油酰胺5.2-6.9份。
