背景技术
在实际中,一般在冰箱的存储间室(例如,冷藏室或冷冻室)中都设置有冰箱抽屉,为了便于用户抽拉冰箱抽屉,通常在冰箱抽屉的两侧设置有第一滑轨组件,相应的,在存储间室的内胆上也会设置有与第一滑轨组件相配合的第二滑轨组件,从而用户就能轻松的抽拉冰箱抽屉了。在实际使用中,冰箱抽屉中有可能存放很多物品,存储间室的温度也可能会低于零度,使得第一滑轨组件和第二滑轨组件的连接处有可能结冰,这样用户在抽拉冰箱抽屉时,需要对门壳施加很大的拉力,而冰箱抽屉的材质一般为塑料,因此很容易将门壳与抽屉侧面、底面的连接处给拉断;且在这过程中,用户的施力点一般不位于门壳的中间,且方向也一般不垂直于门壳,从而使得门壳对抽屉侧面或底面施加有侧向力,这也容易导致门壳与抽屉侧面、底面的连接处发生断裂;这些都是需要极力避免的情况。
因此,设计一种在门壳与抽屉侧面、底面之间具有很高的抗拉性的冰箱抽屉,就成为一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目在于提供一种用于冰箱抽屉的支架及具有其的冰箱抽屉。
为了实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施方式提供了一种用于冰箱抽屉的支架,所述冰箱抽屉设置于冰箱的存储间室中,且所述冰箱抽屉的侧面或底面设置有第一滑轨组件,在所述存储间室的内胆上设置有与所述第一滑轨组件相配合的第二滑轨组件,所述支架包括:用于抵接到所述冰箱抽屉的门壳的门壳连接板、第一滑轨组件和用于固定连接门壳连接板和第一滑轨组件的连接件。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述连接件包括一体成型的第一侧板、第二侧板和第三侧板,所述第一侧板位于第二侧板的第一端、且夹角为直角,所述第三侧板位于第二侧板的第二端、且夹角为直角;
所述门壳连接板包括一体成型的第四侧板、第五侧板和第六侧板,且第四侧板、第五侧板和第六侧板之间的夹角都为直角,所述第四侧板用于抵接到门壳;
所述第三侧板固定抵接到第六侧板,所述第二侧板固定抵接到第五侧板;所述第一侧板和第二侧板分别固定抵接到第一滑轨组件的不同的侧面。

相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果在于:用户在用力抽拉门壳时,该力会直接作用在第一滑轨组件上,从而就可以将冰箱抽屉给拉开,在此过程中,门壳对冰箱抽屉的侧面或底面不施加力或仅施加很小的力,因此,可以有效的防止门壳与抽屉侧面、底面的连接处被拉断。

这里,如图1所示,可以在门壳1上设置有两个支架,从而可以在冰箱抽屉的左右两侧各设置一个滑轨组件22、或在冰箱抽屉1的底面设置有两个第一滑轨组件22,相应的,在存储间室的两个侧面各设置有一个第二滑轨组件、或在存储间室的底面设置有两个第二滑轨组件;可以理解的是,在该冰箱抽屉中,两个第一滑轨组件22与门壳1垂直。由于连接件23连接到门壳连接板21和第一滑轨组件22,使得连接件23与第一滑轨组件22之间、与门壳连接板21之间都具有很高的受力强度。

所述门壳连接板21包括一体成型的第四侧板212、第五侧板213和第六侧板214,且第四侧板212、第五侧板213和第六侧板214之间的夹角都为直角,所述第四侧板212用于抵接到门壳1;
所述第三侧板233固定抵接到第六侧板214,所述第二侧板232固定抵接到第五侧板213;所述第一侧板231和第二侧板232分别固定抵接到第一滑轨组件22的不同的侧面。

如图2、图3所示,因为第一侧板231和第二侧板232之间的夹角为直角,且分别固定抵接到第一滑轨22的不同侧面,则当第一滑轨组件22施加一个力到连接件23上时,该力必然可以分解为分别沿着A1、A2和A3的三个力,其中沿着A1的力(垂直于第一侧板231的力)必然被第二侧板232抵消,沿着A2的力必然被直接作用于连接件23上,而沿着A3的力(即垂直于第二侧板232力)必然被第一侧板231抵消。

可选的,在门壳连接板21上,第四侧板212和第五侧板213的连接处设置有若干凹部215,可以理解,第四侧板212、第五侧板213和第六侧板214会形成一个与门壳1分离的独立空间,则该若干凹部215即朝向该空间,从而可以将强门壳连接板21的受力强度。于此同时,在第四侧板212可以设置若干相交的凹槽216,可以提高第四侧板212的强度。优选的,在该若干相交的凹槽216中,一部分凹槽216相互平行,另外一个与这部分凹槽216都垂直。
本发明实施例二提供了一种冰箱抽屉,所述冰箱抽屉设置有实施例一中所述的支架,并且门壳连接板21与门壳1通过螺纹固定连接。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于冰箱抽屉的支架,所述冰箱抽屉设置于冰箱的存储间室中,且所述冰箱抽屉的侧面或底面设置有第一滑轨组件,在所述存储间室的内胆上设置有与所述第一滑轨组件相配合的第二滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述支架包括:
    用于抵接到所述冰箱抽屉的门壳的门壳连接板、第一滑轨组件和用于固定连接门壳连接板和第一滑轨组件的连接件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于:
    所述连接件包括一体成型的第一侧板、第二侧板和第三侧板,所述第一侧板位于第二侧板的第一端、且夹角为直角,所述第三侧板位于第二侧板的第二端、且夹角为直角;
    所述门壳连接板包括一体成型的第四侧板、第五侧板和第六侧板,且第四侧板、第五侧板和第六侧板之间的夹角都为直角,所述第四侧板用于抵接到门壳;
    所述第三侧板固定抵接到第六侧板,所述第二侧板固定抵接到第五侧板;所述第一侧板和第二侧板分别固定抵接到第一滑轨组件的不同的侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于:
    所述第三侧板和第一侧板分别位于第二侧板的不同的侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于:
    所述第三侧板设置有若干定位凸块,在第六侧板上设置有与能够让若干定位凸块相配合的孔洞。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于,包括:
    所述第二侧板、第五侧板和第一滑轨组件的一个侧面之间通过螺纹结构固定抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于:
    所述第一滑轨组件横截面呈L字形的结构体,所述结构体的两个侧面分别抵接到第一侧板和第二侧板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于:
    所述第四侧板设置有若干孔洞。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱抽屉的支架,其特征在于:
    所述门壳连接板、第一滑轨组件、第二滑轨组件和连接件均采用金属材料组成。
  9. 一种冰箱抽屉,所述冰箱抽屉设置有权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:所述门壳连接板与门壳通过螺纹固定连接。
