Description

一种自动打开的铰链 技术领域
本发明涉及可视化设备、数码产品领域,尤其涉及应用于其中的铰链。
背景技术
目前,在可视化设备、数码产品领域,诸如pad、平板手机等平板电子设备,其厚度要求越来越薄,有的只有仅仅几毫米的厚度,而且某些还需要设置支撑铰链,以供平板电子设备倾斜放置时的支撑之用。但由于受到厚度的限制,这类支撑铰链很难具有良好的操作感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动打开的铰链,其既利于薄形设计,结构也简单且具有特别的操作体验感。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种自动打开的铰链,其特征在于所述铰链包括安装架、以虚拟中心为轴心的转动组件,所述转动组件可转动地安装在安装架上;
所述铰链设置有第一扭力机构,以提供铰链从闭合位自动打开的功能,所述铰链还设置有自动打开转动角度限位结构,以限制所述转动组件被第一扭力机构作用而自动转动的角度;
所述铰链还设置有第二扭力机构,所述第二扭力机构和所述转动组件在偏离轴心的位置连接,提供转动组件随时停止转动随时定位的功能。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:
所述铰链设置有转动组件打开到最大角度的转动角度限位结构。
所述安装架上设置圆弧形导轨,所述转动组件通过其圆弧形滑块和所述圆弧形导轨滑动连接。
转动组件包括滑动连接的第一组件和第二组件,第一组件和第二组件通过它们之间的圆弧形滑块和圆弧形轨道相配合而滑动连接,第二组件和安装架通过它们之间的圆弧形滑块和圆弧形轨道相配合而滑动连接,并在铰链处于闭合状态下,第一组件和第二组件叠合,所述第一组件和第二组件之间还设置有限位结构。

由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明厚度小,能够在很薄的空间下应用,结构简单,能实现自动打开和在常用使用角度随时停止转动随时定位功能,具有较好的操作体验感。本发明可以适用于平板电脑、数码相框、汽车内部可翻转设备等多种可视化设备,作为连接可转动体之用。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明所提供的铰链,包括安装架1、转动组件,所述转动组件可转动地安装在安装架1上,转动组件以虚拟中心O为轴心,虚拟中心O处在转动组件之外,可以极大地减小铰链的厚度。
所述铰链设置有第一扭力机构,以提供铰链从闭合位自动打开的功能,所述铰链还设置有自动打开转动角度限位结构,以限制所述转动组件被第一扭力机构作用而自动转动的角度;
所述铰链还设置有第二扭力机构,所述第二扭力机构和所述转动组件在偏离轴心的位置连接,提供转动组件随时停止转动随时定位的功能,使转动组件在自动打开后,在外力被撤除后,能够稳定地停留在任意一个当前转动角度下。
为了进一步降低厚度和获得更大的打开角度,转动组件包括滑动连接的第一组件41和第二组件42,第一组件41安装在转动臂43上,第一组件41和第二组件42通过它们之间的圆弧形滑块411和圆弧形轨道421相配合而滑动连接,第二组件42和安装架1通过它们之间的圆弧形滑块422和圆弧形轨道11相配合而滑动连接,并在铰链处于闭合状态下,第一组件41和第二组件42叠合。所述第一组件41和第二组件42之间还设置有限位结构,所述限位结构包括在第二组件上设置的挡位423和第一组件上的挡块412,挡块412可采用单独的零件而固定在第一组件41上或者与第一组件一体制造。在铰链打开时,首先第一组件41转动,当第一组件41转到一定角度时,挡块412和挡位423相碰,而带动第二组件42继续转动,直至到达最大打开角度。第二组件42和安装架1之间有转动组件打开到最大角度的转动角度限位结构,该结构包括第二组件上的挡块424及安装架1上的限位结构12。
所述自动打开转动角度限位结构采用与第一扭力机构配合的方式来限制所述转动组件被第一扭力机构作用而自动转动的角度,这样,能避免对转动组件的干涉,使结构更加简单。
所述第一扭力机构包括有扭簧2,所述自动打开转动角度限位结构与扭簧臂20配合。扭簧2与固定在安装架1上的安装轴21连接,所述自动打开转动角度限位结构可采用铆钉13,铆钉13固定在安装架1上。
所述第二扭力机构包括固定在转动组件上的轴3,轴3可固定在第一组件上,所述第二扭力机构还包括可转动安装在安装架上的伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂由滑动连接的第一臂31和第二臂32构成,所述伸缩臂的端部设置包在所述轴3外的卷圆30,所述轴3上具有与卷圆30配合的摩擦结构或部件33。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动打开的铰链,其特征在于所述铰链包括安装架、以虚拟中心为轴心的转动组件,所述转动组件可转动地安装在安装架上;
    所述铰链设置有第一扭力机构,以提供铰链从闭合位自动打开的功能,所述铰链还设置有自动打开转动角度限位结构,以限制所述转动组件被第一扭力机构作用而自动转动的角度;
    所述铰链还设置有第二扭力机构,所述第二扭力机构和所述转动组件在偏离轴心的位置连接,提供转动组件随时停止转动随时定位的功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动打开的铰链,其特征在于所述铰链设置有转动组件打开到最大角度的转动角度限位结构。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动打开的铰链,其特征在于所述安装架上设置圆弧形导轨,所述转动组件通过其圆弧形滑块和所述圆弧形导轨滑动连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动打开的铰链,其特征在于转动组件包括滑动连接的第一组件和第二组件构成,第一组件和第二组件通过它们之间的圆弧形滑块和圆弧形轨道相配合而滑动连接,第二组件和安装架通过它们之间的圆弧形滑块和圆弧形轨道相配合而滑动连接,并在铰链处于闭合状态下,第一组件和第二组件叠合,所述第一组件和第二组件之间还设置有限位结构。

  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动打开的铰链,其特征在于所述第二扭力机构包括固定在转动组件上的轴,以及可转动安装在安装架上的伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂的端部设置包在所述轴外的卷圆,所述轴上具有与卷圆配合的摩擦结构或部件。
