依据本申请实施例,通过接收物件派送任务,根据物件派送任务的派送目的地址所属目标区域,为物件派送任务的收件方分配在目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息,根据第二通讯信息生成物件派送清单,由于目标区域可以与至少一个其它区域共用第二通讯信息,使得在同一区域中分配互不相同的第二通讯信息来替代各个收件方的第一通讯信息,但同一第二通讯信息可以同时在不同的区域被分配使用,相比在所有区域分配互不相同的第二通讯信息,同时占用的第二通讯信息的数量明显减少,实现了第二通讯信息在区域之间的复用,减少了第二通讯信息的占用量,降低了成本,缓解了有限数量的第二通讯信息将无法满足日益增长的需求的问题。
进一步,通过在多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中进行查找,确定已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息,再从已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息中,查找未被目标区域使用的通讯信息,分配给收件方作为第二通讯信息,使得尽可能从已在其他区域被使用的通讯信息中,为目标区域进行分配,尽量避免新的通讯信息被占用作为第二通讯信息,降低了成本。

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本申请,以下对本申请涉及的概念进行说明:
物件派送任务包括将包裹、信件等物件从寄件方派送往收件方的任务,至少需要收件方的第一通讯信息、派送目的地址等信息来完成派送。其中,派送目的地址包括派送任务指定的收件方的地址,派送目的地址可以归属于不同的区域。物件派送任务由物件派送系统完成,物件派送系统是指提供物件收件和寄件等物流服务的计算机网络平台,可以管理、记录线下的物件派送任务。
区域可以根据实际需要进行划分,具体可以包括区县、城市、省或自治区、或者根据需要划分的等各种划分方式划分的区域,或者其他任意适用的划分方式划分的区域,本申请实施例对此不做限制。例如,划分的区域中可以包括北京市、内蒙古自治区等。
通讯信息包括手机号码、通讯编码、邮箱帐号、固定电话等用于发生通讯的身份标识,例如,支持通话、短信等通讯的11位的手机号码,或者其他任意适用的通讯信息,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
其中,第一通讯信息包括物件派送任务中收件方的通讯信息,可以用于与收件方发生通话、短信等方式的通讯。而第二通讯信息包括分配的临时的通讯信息,在各个区域内是专用的,具体可以为派送目的地址归属区域的收件方分配,归属于区域的通讯主叫方、或者在区域内的通讯主叫方,使用第二通讯信息就可以代替第一通讯信息与区域内的收件方发生通讯。第三通讯信息包括需要与收件方发生通讯的通讯主叫方的通讯信息,例如,派送员的通讯信息。
物件派送清单用于记载物件派送任务的通讯信息和派送目的地址等信息,或者其他任意适用的信息,本申请实施例对此不做限制。例如,为快递包裹生成的包括有收件人姓名、地址、电话,寄件人姓名、地址、电话的快递单。
本申请实施例可以应用在通讯信息的分配过程中,为了避免用户的第一通讯信息的泄漏,可以不在生成的物件派送清单中保留用户的第一通讯信息,而分配一个临时的第二通讯信息来替代用户的第一通讯信息。但是由于物件派送任务很多,导致需要相应多的第二通讯信息,占用量太大,成本太高,而且随着物件派送任务的不断增长,有限的第二通讯信息资源将无法满足日益增长的需要。本申请实施例对通讯信息的分配过程进行改进,在同一区域中分配互不相同的第二通讯信息来替代各个收件方的第二通讯信息,但同一第二通讯信息可以同时在不同的区域被分配使用,相比在所有区域分配互不相同的第二通讯信息,同时占用的第二通讯信息的数量明显减少,实现了第二通讯信息在区域之间的复用,减少了第二通讯信息的占用量,降低了成本,缓解了有限数量的第二通讯信息将无法满足日益增长的需求的问题。
如图1所示的隐私号码的分配过程的示意图中,电商系统服务器根据订单信息,将物件派送任务下发给物件派送系统服务器,其中携带有物件派送任务的收件方的真实号码和派送目的地址。物件派送系统服务器确定派送目的地址所属的目标区域,然后为收件方分配目标区域专用的隐私号码,而且目标区域与其他区域共用隐私号码。采用隐私号码代替真实号码,并根据隐私号码生成物件派送清单,因此在物件派送清单中只显示隐私号码,不再会泄露真实号码。
如图2所示的通讯过程的示意图中,物件派送客户端发起与隐私号码的通讯请求。通讯运营商服务器接收该通讯请求,根据通讯请求中主叫方的快递员号码和被叫方的隐私号码进行查询,具体需要将快递员号码和隐私号码发送至物件派送系统服务器。物件派送系统服务器上保存有隐私号码、目标区域和真实号码的对应关系,先识别出快递员号码所属的目标区域,然后根据隐私号码和目标区域进行查找,查找到对应的真实号码,将真实号码反馈给通讯运营商服务器,向真实号码发起通讯,因此可以在归属目标区域的快递员号码发起通讯请求时,通过隐私号码找到对应的真实号码实现通讯。
另外需说明的是,本申请实施例中各个步骤可以在客户端和/或服务器上执行,各个步骤可以都由客户端执行、也可以都由服务器执行、或者可以部分在客户端上执行,部分在服务器上执行。
参照图3,示出了根据本申请实施例一的一种通讯信息的分配方法实施例的流程图,该方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101,接收物件派送任务。
在本申请实施例中,物件派送任务可以来自于电商平台的订单、物件寄送的委托等多种方式,例如,购物平台根据订单信息生成的物件派送任务,物件派送系统接收物件派送任务,或者快递员上传的物件寄送的委托任务,或者其他任意适用的方式,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
在本申请实施例中,接收的物件派送任务携带有收件方的第一通讯信息和派送目的地址。其中,派送目的地址可以是一整句话,例如,北京市海淀区中关村南大街30号北极光大学某某楼302室,也可以是分为多条记录的,例如,北京市、海淀区、中关村南大街30号、北极光大学某某楼302室。例如,物件派送任务携带有收件人真实使用的手机号码和收件用的家庭地址。
步骤102,根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息。
在本申请实施例中,目标区域包括派送目的地址对应的地理位置所归属的区域,具体可以根据派送目的地址识别出目标区域,或者派送目的地址本身就包括了自身所属的目标区域,从中提取出所属的目标区域,或者其他任意适用的方式,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
在本申请实施例中,与第二通讯信息发生通讯时,查找与之对应的同属于目标区域的物件派送任务的第一通讯信息,然后与第一通讯信息发生通讯。目标区域与至少一个其它区域共用第二通讯信息,但是在各个区域内拨打第二通讯信息时,就会查找本区域内的对应的第一通讯信息用于通讯。
在本申请实施例中,一共可以有设定数量的通讯信息,以供分配给目标区域的收件方,根据派送目的地址所属目标区域,为收件方分配在目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息。分配时具体可以在不同收件方的各个目标区域中按照一定顺序将未使用的第二通讯信息分配给收件方,也可以查找收件方的目标区域中未使用的,但其他区域已经使用的第二通讯信息发配给收件方,或者其他任意适用的分配方式,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
例如,通讯运营商为物件派送系统提供未被使用的手机号码作为隐私号码,并按隐私号码的用量收取费用,物件派送系统可以在北京和上海同时使用同一批隐私号码,也就是说如果物件派送任务的派送目的地址归属是北京,那么为收件方分配在北京仍未被使用的隐私号码“13712344321”,如果又一个物件派送任务的派送目的地址归属也是北京,那么为收件方分配在北京仍未被使用的隐私号码“13712344322”,如果再一个物件派送任务的派送目的地址归属是上海,那么为收件方分配在上海仍未被使用的隐私号码 “13712344321”、或“13712344322”或者其他隐私号码,按照此种方式,使得隐私号码在不同区域可以被复用,减少所有区域隐私号码的总的用量。
步骤103,根据所述第二通讯信息生成物件派送清单。
在本申请实施例中,根据第二通讯信息生成物件派送清单,以用于物件派送时,找到收件方的派送目的地址,和与收件方发生通讯。物件派送清单中显示第二通讯信息,但不显示第一通讯信息,还可以包括派送目的地址、收件方名称等其他任意适用的信息,本申请实施例对此不做限制。

在本申请的一种优选实施例中,第一通讯信息通常都是分地域进行分配的,例如,手机号码是分城市分配的。在根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息之前,还可以包括:根据所述收件方的第一通讯信息识别所述派送目的地址所属目标区域。识别目标区域的一种实现方式可以是根据收件方的第一通讯信息,查询第一通讯信息的地域信息,继而确定所属的目标区域。例如,根据手机号的中间四位确定所属的城市。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,各区域具有对应的通讯信息列表,根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息的一种实现方式可以包括:查找所述目标区域对应的通讯信息列表,从所述目标区域对应的通讯信息列表中,查找未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
在为收件方分配第二通讯信息时,从收件方的目标区域对应的通讯信息列表中,查找未使用的通讯信息,分配给收件方作为第二通讯信息。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,通讯信息列表中标记有各个通讯信息的使用状态,使用状态可以包括未使用、已使用等,具体可以包括符号、数字等形式来标记通讯信息的使用状态,本申请实施例对此不做限制,查找未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息的 一种实现方式包括:查找使用状态为未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,通讯信息列表中标记有上次使用的通讯信息,并且通讯信息列表中的通讯信息是按顺序排列,分配时也可以按顺序进行,查找未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息的另一种实现方式包括:查找所述上次使用的通讯信息的后一个通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,当所述物件派送任务包括多个时,根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息的一种实现方式包括:从通讯信息列表中,查找未被所有物件派送任务所属目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为分配给各物件派送任务的第二通讯信息。同时为多个物件派送任务进行分配时,查找未被所有物件派送任务所属目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为第二通讯信息,具体可以从通讯信息列表中,查找出未被所有物件派送任务所属目标区域使用的多个通讯信息,查找出通讯信息的个数和物件派送任务的个数相同,再将多个通讯信息,分别分配给各个收件方作为第一通讯信息,依次方式避免多个物件派送任务中多个收件方属于同一个目标区域时,被分配相同的第二通讯信息。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,还可以包括:保存第一通讯信息、目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系。第一通讯信息和第二通讯信息的对应关系是分区域的,由于多个物件派送任务可以具有相同的第一通讯信息,第一通讯信息可以重复出现,例如,针对每一个第一通讯信息,保存对应分配的第二通讯信息以及所属的目标区域。对应关系还可以是分区域保存的,在不同的区域,分别保存第一通讯信息和第二通讯信息的对应关系。或者其他任意适用的方式保存对应关系,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,还可以包括:根据第一通讯信息、所述目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系,更新所述通讯信息列表。保存对应关系后,如果各个区域有对应的通讯信息列表,那么对应将目标区域内的通讯信息列表中的第二通讯信息标记为已使用的,或者对应将目标区域内的通讯信息列表中的第二通讯信息标记为上一个使用的通讯信息;如果通讯信息列表是不分区域的,那么对应将通讯信息列表中的第二通讯信息标记为已使用的,并标记对应的目标区域,或者对应将通讯信息列表中的第二通讯信息标记为上一个使用的通讯信息,并标记对应的目标区域,或者其他任意适用的方式更新通讯信息列表,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,还可以包括:当所述物件派送任务已完成时,根据已解除的第一通讯信息、所述目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系,更新所述通讯信 息列表。物件派送任务完成后,第一通讯信息、所述目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系就可以解除了,相应在完成的物件派送任务的派送目的地址所属的目标区域中,第二通讯信息就可以被释放出来,以供下一次分配。如果各个区域有对应的通讯信息列表,那么对应将目标区域内的通讯信息列表中的第二通讯信息标记为未使用的;如果通讯信息列表是不分区域的,那么对应将通讯信息列表中的第二通讯信息标记为在目标区域内未使用的,或者其他任意适用的方式更新通讯信息列表,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
参照图4,示出了根据本申请实施例二的一种通讯信息的分配方法实施例的流程图,该方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201,接收物件派送任务。
步骤202,从所述派送目的地址中提取至少一级子地址。
在本申请实施例中,派送目的地址包括多级子地址,可以是对地址按照最细的粒度进行分词,得到对应不同地域级别的多个子地址,也可以是对地址按照最细的粒度进行分词,然后将最细粒度的地址分词选取其中至少一个进行重新组合,得到的子地址中包含有不同的地域级别。例如,子地址可以包括省级行政区、地级行政区、县级行政区、街道、主路等等。从派送目的地址包括的多级子地址中,提取至少一级子地址。
步骤203,根据提取的至少一级子地址,确定所述派送目的地址归属的目标区域。
在本申请实施例中,根据提取的至少一级子地址,例如,物件派送任务A的派送目的地址中提取的子地址包括北京市,物件派送任务B的派送目的地址中提取的子地址包括浙江省、杭州市。确定派送目的地址归属的目标区域时,需要根据划分的区域确定。例如,如果一种划分方式中北京市被划分为一个区域,杭州市被划分为一个区域,则物件派送任务A的派送目的地址归属的目标区域确定为北京市,物件派送任务B的派送目的地址归属的目标区域确定为杭州市。如果另一种划分方式中北京市被划分为一个区域,浙江省被划分为一个区域,则物件派送任务A的派送目的地址归属的目标区域确定为北京市,物件派送任务B的派送目的地址归属的目标区域确定为浙江省。具体可以包括任意适用的方式确定目标区域,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
步骤204,根据各通讯信息已被使用的区域,从多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中查找未被所述目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为第二通讯信息。
在本申请实施例中,多个区域共用一个通讯信息列表,通讯信息列表中标记有各个通讯信息已被使用的区域,据此从多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中,查找未被目标区域 使用的通讯信息,分配给收件方作为第二通讯信息。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,根据各通讯信息已被使用的区域,从多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中查找未被所述目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为第二通讯信息的一种实现方式包括:在多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中进行查找,确定已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息,再从已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息中,查找未被目标区域使用的通讯信息,分配给收件方作为第二通讯信息,若已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息中,不存在未被目标区域使用的通讯信息,则选取未被任一区域使用的某一通讯信息,分配给收件方作为第二通讯信息。
步骤205,根据所述第二通讯信息生成物件派送清单。

步骤301,接收第三通讯信息针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求。
在本申请实施例中,通讯请求包括通话、短信等通讯的发起请求,或者其他任意适用的通讯方式的通讯请求,本申请实施例对此不做限制。第三通讯信息为通讯主叫方的通讯信息,第二通讯信息为通讯被叫方的通讯信息。
在本申请实施例中,接收通讯请求的可以是通讯运营商的服务器,也可以是用于通讯的终端上的物件派送系统的应用程序。如果是通讯运营商的服务器接收到通讯请求,通讯请求中携带有第二通讯信息和第三通讯信息,根据第三通讯信息判定出通讯请求是物件派送任务的派送员发出的,查询第二通讯信息对应的第一通讯信息并发起通讯。如果是终端上物件派送系统的应用程序接收到通讯请求,可以向物件派送系统发起查询请求,查询第二通讯信息对应的第一通讯信息并向通讯运营商发起对第一通讯信息的通讯请求。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,移动终端以第三通讯信息为身份标识进行通讯,物件派送清单包括包裹或信件上的纸质物件派送清单、客户端中的电子物件派送清单,或者其他任意适用的清单,本申请实施例对此不做限制。移动终端可以识别物件派送清单,获取物件派送清单上的第二通讯信息,发起针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求,例如,供派送员使用的物件派送客户端保存有物件派送清单,移动终端可以从中获取第二通讯信息并发起通讯请求,或者,通过摄像头识别纸质物件派送清单中的文字,从中获取第二通讯信息并发起通讯请求,或者其他任意适用的方式,本申请实施例对此不做限制。接收第三通讯信息针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求的一种实现方式包括:接收在移动终端上基于物件派送清单发起的针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求。
步骤302,确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域。
在本申请实施例中,第二通讯信息与第一通讯信息是对应的,在通讯信息的分配阶段为收件方分配的,用于与收件方通讯时代替第一通讯信息使用,具体为根据物件派送任务的派送目的地址所属目标区域,为物件派送任务的收件方分配的在所述目标区域内专用的通讯信息,目标区域与至少一个其它区域共用所述第二通讯信息。
确定第三通讯信息所属目标区域的方式可以有多种,其中一种实现方式是针对各个第三通讯信息预先配置所属的目标区域,例如,派送员的工作服务区域一般是固定的,可以将派送员的第三通讯信息和服务的区域对应起来,保存在物件派送系统的服务器或者通讯运营商的服务器上,接收到通讯请求后,根据第三通讯信息就可以查找到对应的目标区域,或者其他任意适用的确定目标区域的方式,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域的另一种实现方式包括:在接收第三通讯信息针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求后,提示输入所在区域的标识,接收输入的区域标识,根据区域标识确定所属的目标区域,例如,在通讯系统服务器接收到通讯请求后,发出要求派送员输入所在城市的城市区号的提示,接收输入的城市区号后,根据城市区号识 别出所属的城市。具体还可以包括任意适用的区域划分方式,及其对应的区域标识,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域的一种实现方式包括:获取所述移动终端的定位信息,根据所述定位信息确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域。接收通讯请求后,获取发起通讯主叫移动终端的定位信息,具体可以通过全球卫星定位、或者基站定位等方式,获取定位信息,本申请实施例对此不做限制。根据定位信息确定第三通讯信息所属的目标区域,可以更实时的获取到发起通讯时,第三通讯信息所属的目标区域,避免派送员的工作服务区域发生变化,导致确定的目标区域可能发生错误的问题。
步骤303,根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息,并向所述第一通讯信息发起通讯。
在本申请实施例中,根据第二通讯信息和确定的第三通讯信息所属的目标区域,可以查找到目标区域内对应的第一通讯信息,并向第一通讯信息发起通讯。例如,第二通讯信息和第一通讯信息的对应关系是分区域保存的,那么根据第三通讯信息所属的目标区域,对应查找针对目标区域的二通讯信息和第一通讯信息的对应关系,查找到对应的第一通讯信息,或者第一通讯信息、目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系保存在一起,那么根据目标区域和第二通讯信息,查找对应的第一通讯信息即可。

在本申请的一种优选实施例中,第二通讯信息可能来自于不同的物件派送系统,在通讯运营商的服务器上需要记录第二通讯信息及其对应的物件派送系统,在所述根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息之前,还可以包括:识别第二通讯信息所属物件派送系统。接收通讯请求后,根据第二通讯信息,查找到对应的物件派送系统。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,通讯信息绑定数据包括第二通讯信息、目标区域和第一通讯信息的对应关系,通讯信息绑定数据存储在物件派送系统,那么根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息的一种实现方式包括:从所识别的物件派送系统,根据第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息。如果接收通讯请求的是通讯运营商的服务器,具体可以由通讯运营商的服务器向识别的物件派送系统发起查找,由物件派送系统反馈查找结果,如果接收通讯请求的是派送员的终端,则可以由终端上物件派送系统的应用程序发起查找,由物件派送系统将查找结果反馈派送员的终端。
在本申请的一种优选实施例中,通讯信息绑定数据可以存储在本地,那么根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息的一种实现方式包括:在本地查找第二通讯信息所属物件派送系统对应的通讯信息绑定数据,从所述通讯信息绑定数据中,根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息。通讯信息绑定数据是分不同的物件派送系统存储的,识别第二通讯信息所属物件派送系统,在本地查找对应的通讯信息绑定数据,之后从通讯信息绑定数据中,根据第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息。
参照图6,示出了根据本申请实施例四的一种通讯信息的分配方法实施例的流程图,该方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤401,获取目标地址。
在本申请实施例中,通讯信息的分配方法可以应用在物件派送过程中,还可以应用在预约租车过程中,或者其他任意适用的场景,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
目标地址包括物件派送任务中收件方的派送目的地址、预约租车任务中用车方的起始位置地址等,或者其他任意适用的地址,本申请实施例对此不做限制。对应于目标地址,还具有第一通讯信息,例如,预约租车时,需要用车的起始位置地址,对应还需要与用车人联系的电话号码。
步骤402,根据所述目标地址所属目标区域,分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息。
在本申请实施例中,本步骤的具体实现方式可以参见前述实施例中的描述,此处不另赘述。
步骤403,建立第二通讯信息与第一通讯信息的对应关系。
在本申请实施例中,分配的第二通讯信息,与第一通讯信息建立对应关系。第一通讯信息和第二通讯信息的对应关系可以是分区域保存的,或者标记有每个对应关系对应的区域,或者其他任意适用的方式,本申请实施例对此不做限制。如此,在需要显示第一通讯信息时,就可以用第二通讯信息代替,呼叫第二通讯信息时,可以根据对应关系查找到对应的第一通讯信息,并进行通讯,而无需泄露第一通讯信息。
依据本申请实施例,通过获取目标地址,根据所述目标地址所属目标区域,分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息,建立第二通讯信息与第一通讯信息的对应关系,由于目标区域可以与至少一个其它区域共用第二通讯信息,使得在同一区域中分配互不相同的第二通讯信息来替代各个第一通讯信息,但同一第二通讯信息可以同时在不同的区域被分配使用,相比在所有区域分配互不相同的第二通讯信息,同时占用的第二通讯信息的数量明显减少,实现了第二通讯信息在区域之间的复用,减少了第二通讯信息的占用量,降低了成本,缓解了有限数量的第二通讯信息将无法满足日益增长的需求的问题。
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本申请,以下通过具体的示例对本申请的一种实现方式进行说明。
步骤1、电商平台将订单信息下发给物件派送系统。
订单信息具体包括收件方的手机号码和地址信息。
步骤2、按照收件方的地址信息,分配隐私号码代替收件方的手机号码。
分配时遵循基于地域的隐私号码复用原则,具体为同一区域(如城市)的收件方分配不同的隐私号码,不同区域的收件方可以同时分配同一个隐私号码。
步骤3、配送员拨打隐私号码。
步骤4、通讯运营商将配送员的主叫号码和被叫的隐私号码发送至物件派送系统进行查询。根据主叫号码查询配送员工作服务的目标区域,查找目标区域内隐私号码对应的收件方的手机号码。
步骤5、将查询的手机号码反馈至通讯运营商,向手机号码发起通讯。
如图7所示的隐私号码绑定与解绑过程的示意图。
物流系统可以接入物流系统管理平台获得各种服务,物流系统管理平台可以连接多个物流系统,物流系统管理平台可以通过通信服务平台获得通讯运营商的相关通信服务。 以下为物流系统、物流系统管理平台、通信服务平台、通讯运营商的服务器完成绑定与解绑过程的步骤:
步骤1、物流系统管理平台接收物流系统的绑定请求,根据收件方的地址信息,分配隐私号码X,分配时遵循基于地域的隐私号码复用原则,具体为同一区域(如城市)的收件方分配不同的隐私号码,不同区域的收件方可以同时分配同一个隐私号码。
步骤2、物流系统管理平台向通信服务平台发起绑定请求,携带收件方A的号码A,隐私号码X,收件方地址信息所属的地区号。
步骤3、通信服务平台处理绑定请求,与通讯运营商同步绑定请求,并返回响应消息,响应消息携带绑定关系的编号。
步骤4、物流系统管理平台接收物流系统的解绑请求,解绑请求携带绑定关系的编号。
步骤5、通信服务平台接收物流系统管理平台发来的解绑请求,根据绑定关系的编号删除相应绑定关系,与通讯运营商同步解绑请求,并返回响应消息。
如图8所示的呼叫过程的示意图。
步骤1、派送员发起呼叫,号码B呼叫号码X,呼叫请求到通讯运营商后,通讯运营商向通信服务平台发起号码X查询请求,查询请求携带号码B、号码X。
步骤2、通信服务平台将查询请求转发至物流系统管理平台,如果物流系统管理平台可以根据号码B所处城市,查询到与号码X绑定的号码A,则返回号码A。
步骤3、如果物流系统管理平台无法查询到号码A,则通过通信服务平台返回给通讯运营商查询失败。
步骤4、通讯运营商向号码B进行语音提示,要求主叫输入所处城市的区号,通讯运营商获取主叫按键输入的区号后,再次向通信服务平台发起号码X查询请求。
步骤5、通信服务平台将查询请求转发至物流系统管理平台,如果物流系统管理平台可以查询到与号码X绑定的号码A,则返回号码A。如果无法查询到结果,通讯运营商提示派送员B无法接通。
步骤6、如果查询到号码A,通讯运营商向收件方A发起呼叫。

关系建立模块,用于建立第二通讯信息与第一通讯信息的对应关系。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种通讯信息的分配方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收物件派送任务,所述物件派送任务携带有收件方的第一通讯信息和派送目的地址;
    根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息;所述目标区域与至少一个其它区域共用所述第二通讯信息;
    根据所述第二通讯信息生成物件派送清单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述派送目的地址包括多级子地址,在所述根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    从所述派送目的地址中提取至少一级子地址;
    根据提取的至少一级子地址,确定所述派送目的地址归属的目标区域。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述收件方的第一通讯信息识别所述派送目的地址所属目标区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,各区域具有对应的通讯信息列表,所述根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息包括:
    查找所述目标区域对应的通讯信息列表;
    从所述目标区域对应的通讯信息列表中,查找未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通讯信息列表中标记有各个通讯信息的使用状态,所述查找未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息包括:
    查找使用状态为未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通讯信息列表中标记有上次使用的通讯信息,所述查找未使用的通讯信息作为第二通讯信息包括:
    查找所述上次使用的通讯信息的后一个通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,多个区域共用一个通讯信息列表,所述通讯信息列表中标记有各个通讯信息已被使用的区域,所述根据所述派送目的地址所 属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息包括:
    根据各通讯信息已被使用的区域,从多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中查找未被所述目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为第二通讯信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据各通讯信息已被使用的区域,从多个区域共用的通讯信息列表中查找未被所述目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为第二通讯信息包括:
    确定已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息;
    从所述已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息中,查找未被所述目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为第二通讯信息;
    若所述已被至少一个区域使用的通讯信息中,不存在未被所述目标区域使用的通讯信息,则选取未被任一区域使用的某一通讯信息作为第二通讯信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述物件派送任务包括多个时,所述根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息包括:
    从通讯信息列表中,查找未被所有物件派送任务所属目标区域使用的通讯信息,作为分配给各物件派送任务的第二通讯信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    保存第一通讯信息、所述目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系。
  11. 根据权利要求4至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法法还包括:
    根据第一通讯信息、所述目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系,更新所述通讯信息列表。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述物件派送任务已完成时,根据已解除的第一通讯信息、所述目标区域以及第二通讯信息的对应关系,更新所述通讯信息列表。
  13. 一种通讯方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第三通讯信息针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求;
    确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域;其中,所述第二通讯信息为根据物件派送任务的派送目的地址所属目标区域,为物件派送任务的收件方分配的在所述目标区域内专用的通讯信息,所述目标区域与至少一个其它区域共用所述第二通讯信息;
    根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息,并向所述第一通讯信息发起通讯。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    识别所述第二通讯信息所属物件派送系统。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息包括:
    从所识别的物件派送系统,根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息,所述物件派送系统存储有通讯信息绑定数据。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息包括:
    在本地查找第二通讯信息所属物件派送系统对应的通讯信息绑定数据;
    从所述通讯信息绑定数据中,根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收第三通讯信息针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求包括:
    接收在移动终端上基于物件派送清单发起的针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求,所述移动终端以所述第三通讯信息为身份标识进行通讯。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域包括:
    获取移动终端的定位信息,根据所述定位信息确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域。
  19. 一种通讯信息的分配方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取目标地址,所述目标地址具有第一通讯信息;
    根据所述目标地址所属目标区域,分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息;所述目标区域与至少一个其他区域共用所述第二通讯信息;
    建立第二通讯信息与第一通讯信息的对应关系。
  20. 一种通讯信息的分配装置,其特征在于,包括:
    任务接收模块,用于接收物件派送任务,所述物件派送任务携带有收件方的第一通讯信息和派送目的地址;
    通讯信息分配模块,用于根据所述派送目的地址所属目标区域,为所述收件方分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息;所述目标区域与至少一个其它区域共用所述第二通讯信息;
    清单生成模块,用于根据所述第二通讯信息生成物件派送清单。
  21. 一种通讯装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收第三通讯信息针对第二通讯信息的通讯请求;
    目标区域确定模块,用于确定所述第三通讯信息所属的目标区域;其中,所述第二通讯信息为根据物件派送任务的派送目的地址所属目标区域,为物件派送任务的收件方分配的在所述目标区域内专用的通讯信息,所述目标区域与至少一个其它区域共用所述第二通讯信息;
    通讯模块,用于根据所述第二通讯信息及目标区域,查找对应的第一通讯信息,并向所述第一通讯信息发起通讯。
  22. 一种通讯信息的分配装置,其特征在于,包括:
    地址获取模块,用于获取目标地址,所述目标地址具有第一通讯信息;
    通讯信息分配模块,用于根据所述目标地址所属目标区域,分配在所述目标区域内专用的第二通讯信息;所述目标区域与至少一个其他区域共用所述第二通讯信息;
    关系建立模块,用于建立第二通讯信息与第一通讯信息的对应关系。
  23. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-19一个或多个的方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-19一个或多个的方法。
