安装过程中,所述第二折角13与待安装区域门内钣金相接触,第二弹簧片6发生形变,直至第第二折角13进入到所述卡槽14内,卡子安装到位,第二弹簧片6恢复原状,第二折角13与所述卡槽14干涉配合,防止卡子脱落。附图6中第一弹簧片5所示的位置为初始位置,安装过程中与门内钣金10一侧表面相接触,发生形变,并向朝向第一弹性面1偏移,直 至卡子安装到位。通过设第一弹簧片5和第二弹簧片6与门内钣金10相应位置的干涉配合,进一步提升了壳子卡接的可靠性,确保门饰板的可靠连接。
在安装过程中,第一弹簧片5的自由端在水平方向的最大位移为第一簧片5与门内钣金10的干涉量,所述第一簧片5与门内钣金10的干涉量的优选范围为0.2mm-1mm。第二弹簧片6的自由端在水平方向出现的最大位移为第二弹簧片6与门内钣金10的卡接量。所述第二弹簧片与门内钣金10的卡接量的优选范围为0.2mm-1mm。在优选实施例中,所述第一簧片5与门内钣金10的干涉量为3mm,所述第二弹簧片6与门内钣金10的卡接量为0.5mm。在其他实施例中,所述第一簧片5与门内钣金10的干涉量及所述第二弹簧片6与门内钣金10的卡接量的值可根据保持力及安装力等的值进行调整。
所述第一弹簧片5的沿平行与所述第二弹性面2的宽度范围优选为0.1mm-0.5mm,所述第二弹簧片6的沿平行与所述第三弹性面3的宽度范围为优选0.1mm-0.4mm,在优选实施例中,所述第一弹簧片5沿平行与所述第二弹性面2的宽度为0.4mm,所述第二弹簧片6沿平行与所述第三弹性面3的宽度为0.3mm。

在优选实施例中,本发明所述用于门饰板侧装的卡子为一体成型的金属结构,可适用于侧装的乘用车或商用车等门内饰板,确保门内饰板和车身的连接,也可适用于其他门饰板侧装。

本发明还提供一种汽车门饰板,包括门内钣金和门内饰板,还包括所述卡子,所述门内钣金和门内饰板通过所述卡子相连接。

本发明提供的一种用于门饰板侧装的卡子,通过第一弹簧片5和第二弹簧片6与待安装区域的门内钣金10干涉配合,安装固定门内饰板。本发明所述卡子的卡接力均匀,卡子安装到待安装部位后不会出现串动,脱落现象,卡接度可靠性高,保证了门饰板安装的稳定性,从而提高了产品性能;所述卡子结构使其安装力小,且保持力大,安装简单方便,工人安装时省时省力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:所述卡子包括第一弹性面,第二弹性面和第三弹性面,所述第一弹性面和第三弹性面设置在所述第二弹性面的两侧,且均与所述第二弹性面面对面设置,所述第一弹性面和第二弹性面之间存在第一间隙,所述第二弹性面和第三弹性面之间存在第二间隙;其中,
    所述第一弹性面上设有突起,用于连接门内饰板对应的安装孔;
    所述第二弹性面上设有第一槽孔和第一弹簧片,所述第一弹簧片设置在所述第一槽孔中,一端固定,另一端自由,且所述第一弹簧片的自由端伸入所述第二间隙中;所述第三弹性面上设有第二槽孔和第二弹簧片,所述第二弹簧片设置在所述第二槽孔中,一端固定,另一端自由,且所述第二弹簧片的自由端伸入所述第二间隙中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第一弹簧片形成有第一折角,所述第一折角位于所述第二间隙中;
    自由状态下,所述第一折角的开口方向朝向所述第二弹性面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第二弹性面上设置多个所述第一槽孔,每个所述第一槽孔中设置至少一个所述第一弹簧片。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第二弹簧片形成有第二折角,所述第二折角位于所述第二间隙中;
    自由状态下,所述第二折角的开口方向朝向所述第三弹性面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第二弹簧片在固定端和所述第二折角之间的区段与所述第三弹性面位于同一平面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第三弹性面上设置多个所述第二槽孔,每个所述第二槽孔中设置至少一个所述第二弹簧片。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第一弹簧片的沿平行与所述第二弹性面的宽度范围为0.1mm-0.5mm;所述第二弹簧片沿平行与所述第三弹性面的宽度范围为0.1mm-0.4mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述第一弹簧片与门内钣金的干涉量的范围为0.2mm-1mm;
    所述第二弹簧片与门内钣金的卡接量的范围为0.2mm-1mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的用于门饰板侧装的卡子,其特征在于:
    所述卡子为一体成型的金属结构。
  10. 一种汽车门饰板,包括门内钣金和门内饰板,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的卡子,所述门内钣金和门内饰板通过所述卡子相连接。
