根据本发明实施例的空调室外机100,通过将驱动电机2设在前面板11上,减小了驱动电机2占用的安装腔5的空间,从而可以将压缩机壳体4设在安装腔5内,有效减小了空调室外机100的大小。
根据本发明的一些实施例,驱动电机2设在前面板11的出风网罩111上。例如,在图1和图2所示的实施例中,壳体1前面板11设置有出风网罩111结构,在保持出风网罩111的已有功能的基础上,将驱动电机2安装在出风网罩111上,将出风网罩111的作用予以扩大,无需外加其他设施用于安装驱动电机2,节约了空间和成本。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3和图5所示,出风网罩111上设有电机安装架112,驱动电机2设在电机安装架112上。驱动电机2是安装在出风网罩111的电机安装架112上,由此便于驱动电机2的安装,且由于驱动电机2运转时会发生一定的振动,在出风网罩111上设置电机安装架112结构,使得驱动电机2与壳体1可以满足连接强度的要求,提高驱动电机2安装的可靠性,从而提高驱动电机2工作的可靠性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图6所示,空调室外机100的压缩机41、空调室外机100的配管组件42设在压缩机壳体4内,压缩机壳体4内除去压缩机41和配管组件42的其余空间填充有阻尼颗粒43。阻尼颗粒43具有减振降噪的效果,阻尼颗粒43将压缩机41以及空调室外机100的配管组件42包裹在压缩机壳体4内,通过阻尼颗粒43的减振降噪的特性,可有效降低压缩机41和配管组件42的振动和噪音,从而降低空调室外机的噪音,提高用户使用的舒适性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图6所示,阻尼颗粒43的直径大小的取值范围为100目-10mm。将阻尼颗粒43的直径大小限定在100目-10mm之间,一方面是考虑到在此范围内,阻尼颗粒43的降噪效果较好,另一方面是因为阻尼颗粒43越小对制造工艺的要求越高,同时,制造的成本也会增加,因此选用了直径在100目以上10mm以下的阻尼颗粒43作为降噪颗粒,在保证制造成本和工艺要求的前提下,仍具有较好的减振降噪效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图6所示,阻尼颗粒43为橡胶颗粒或者发泡材料件。橡胶材料具有渗水性好、弹性适中、耐磨、阻燃、寿命长等优点,发泡材料件可通过物质内部的气化产生气泡,具有较好的弹性。橡胶颗粒和发泡材料件的固有属性使得在减振降噪过程中可发挥较好的效果,同时,两者的制造工艺成熟、制造成本较低。
根据本发明的一些实施例,空调室外机100的换热器为U型换热器12,换热器与前面板11连接以限定出安装腔5。例如,在图2所示的实施例中,壳体1的前侧是前面板 11,壳体1的侧壁和后侧是一个一体的U型换热器12,U型换热器12与前面板11连接,共同限定出了内部的安装腔5。U型换热器12的换热面积大,换热效率高,同时U型换热器12围绕在各部件的外侧,使得安装腔5内的各部件可快速换热。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1所示,壳体1还包括边板13,边板13设在壳体1的两侧且位于换热器的外侧。边板可以起到保护换热器的目的,另外设置边板13结构,便于空调室外机100的安装,可通过边板13将空调室外机100直接安装在外墙壁上,或者与室外的安装支架连接。
下面参考图1-图6描述根据本发明具体实施例的空调室外机100。值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1-图6所示,根据本发明实施例的空调室外机100,包括壳体1、驱动电机2、扇叶3以及压缩机壳体4。
如图1和图2所示,壳体1包括前面板11、U型换热器12以及边板13。前面板11位于壳体1的前侧,U型换热器12与前面板11连接在一起,U型换热器12与前面板11限定出了安装腔5结构,U型换热器12的换热面积大,换热效率高,同时U型换热器12围绕在各部件的外侧,使得安装腔5内的各部件可快速换热。U型换热器12两侧安装有边板13结构,边板13的高度与壳体1的高度一致,边板13上设有通孔结构,使用膨胀螺丝可通过边板13将空调室外机100固定在外墙壁上。
如图3-图5所示,驱动电机2位于安装腔5内,壳体1的前面板11上设置有出风网罩111,在出风网罩111上设置了电机安装架112结构,驱动电机2可安装在电机安装架112上,电机安装架112上设置有安装孔结构,通过螺钉将驱动电机2安装在电机安装架112上。与传统的驱动电机2输出轴朝向前面板11一侧不同的是,驱动电机2是倒置安装在前面板11上,驱动电机2的输出轴背离前面板11方向安装,从而释放出了驱动电机2的后侧空间。
如图3-图5所示,扇叶3安装在驱动电机2的输出轴上,扇叶3与壳体1的后壁间隔有一定的空间,设置扇叶3结构可加快外界空气与空调室外机100的空气交换,加快冷凝器的散热过程。
如图1和图6所示,压缩机壳体4位于扇叶3与壳体1的后壁间的空间内且与扇叶3相对,空调室外机100的压缩机41和配管组件42均设置在压缩机壳体4内,压缩机壳体4内还填充有阻尼颗粒43,阻尼颗粒43具有减振降噪的效果,阻尼颗粒43将压缩机41以及空调室外机100的配管组件42包裹在压缩机壳体4内,通过阻尼颗粒43的减振降噪的特性,可有效降低压缩机41和配管组件42的振动和噪音,从而降低整机的噪音, 提高用户使用的舒适性。
如图6所示,阻尼颗粒43为橡胶颗粒,橡胶颗粒的直径在100目-10mm范围内,橡胶颗粒具有较好的弹性,在降低压缩机41和配管组件42的振动和噪音同时又具有耐磨、阻燃、寿命长等优点。
如图1-图6所示,通过将驱动电机2设在前面板11上,从而释放了驱动电机2后侧的空间,在此空间内可设置压缩机壳体4,将压缩机41放置在压缩机壳体4内,有效减小了空调室外机100的大小,通过在压缩机壳体4内放置阻尼颗粒43,具有较好的减振降噪效果,可以提高用户使用的舒适性。
下面参考图1-图6描述根据本发明实施例的空调器。
如图1-图6所示,根据本发明实施例的空调器包括上述空调室外机100。
根据本发明实施例的空调器,通过将驱动电机2设在前面板11上,减小了驱动电机2占用的安装腔5的空间,从而可以将压缩机壳体4设在安装腔5内,有效减小了空调室外机100的大小。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种空调室外机,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体限定出安装腔,所述壳体具有前面板,所述前面板位于所述安装腔的前侧;
    驱动电机,所述驱动电机位于所述安装腔内,且设在所述前面板上;
    扇叶,所述扇叶位于安装腔内,所述扇叶与所述驱动电机的输出轴连接,所述扇叶位于所述驱动电机的朝向所述安装腔的一侧;和
    压缩机壳体,所述压缩机壳体设在所述安装腔内且与所述扇叶相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述驱动电机设在所述前面板的出风网罩上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述出风网罩上设有电机安装架,所述驱动电机设在所述电机安装架上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述空调室外机的压缩机、所述空调室外机的配管组件设在所述压缩机壳体内,所述压缩机壳体内除去所述压缩机和所述配管组件的其余空间填充有阻尼颗粒。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述阻尼颗粒的直径大小的取值范围为100目-10mm。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述阻尼颗粒为橡胶颗粒或者发泡材料件。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述空调室外机的换热器为U型换热器,所述换热器与所述前面板连接以限定出安装腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室外机,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括边板,所述边板设在所述壳体的两侧且位于所述换热器的外侧。
  9. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的空调室外机。
