Description

一种带定位的销轴送料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及链条装配技术领域,特别涉及一种带定位的销轴送料装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,链条是一种重要的基础产品,由于兼有轮传动和带传动的特点,在农业机械、汽车、摩托车、石油化工、冶金矿山及纺织造纸等领域都得到了广泛应用。近年来,随着我国经济建设的快速发展,以及国外发达国家产业结构的转移,我国链条产业遇到了前所未有的发展机遇。与此同时,为适应国内、国外链条市场的需求变化,我国链条行业不断调整产业结构,坚持走技术创新的发展道路,加大新产品开发力度和提高制链的技术水平。但是,由于我国链条产业起点比较低,整个行业的技术水平与发达国家相比还具有一定差距。目前,我国链条行业从材料改制到链条装配,普遍存在装配水平较低的问题,大多数企业的设备自动化程度不高,劳动生产效率低,产品精度不高,部分工序还在靠手工操作。由于装配水平的低下,不仅直接影响了行业的经济效益和产品质量,而且大大削弱了高、精、尖产品的开发能力,阻碍了行业的发展。
通常,使用人工装配来完成外链节的生产,生产效率低,安装水平各有差异,质量不稳定,无法得到保证,而且,铆压时危险性高,存在一定的安全隐患,不仅会影响企业的正常生产运作,而且由于操作人员的人身伤害而造成的工伤。因此,亟需一种安全生产、效率高、质量好的送销轴装置。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种带定位的销轴送料装置,包括驱动装置、夹持装置、销轴送料座和定位板,其中,所述夹持装置的一端与所述驱动装置连接,并且所述夹持装置与所述销轴送料座滑动连接,所述定位板设置在所述夹持装置的底部。
进一步地,所述夹持装置包括销轴送料板,所述销轴送料板的一端与所述驱动装置的输出端连接,另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部。
进一步地,所述夹持装置还包括一个或者多个夹臂,所述夹臂的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在所述销轴送料板,所述夹臂的一端与所述销轴送料板的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,所述夹臂的另一端突出所述销轴送料板,通过对所述夹臂的另一端向所述销轴送料板的中心线挤压和放松,实现夹持部的开闭。
进一步地,所述夹持装置的所述销轴送料板上设置有导槽,所述定位板上对应的设置滑块,所述滑块通过弹簧设置在所述导槽内并且可以沿所述导槽水平移动。
进一步地,所述销轴送料座包括底座和盖板,所述盖板设置在所述底座的一端,形成可以使所述夹持装置通过的长方体通孔。
进一步地,所述底座上设置有凹槽,并且所述凹槽的深度小于等于所述定位板的厚度。
进一步地,所述夹臂靠近长方体通孔的一端设置有弧度。
进一步地,所述夹持装置的夹持部对销轴的包裹角度大于180°并且小于330°。
进一步地,所述驱动装置可以为油缸或者气缸。
本发明取得的有益效果:
(1)通过驱动装置、夹持装置和销轴送料座的配合使用,能够实现销轴自动送料,提高了生产效率;
(2)通过夹臂和销轴送料板形成的夹持部,与长方体通孔的进行配 合,实现了夹持部的机械开合,并且通过驱动装置的推送,将销轴送入装配机中,有利于操作人员的安全操作,降低了操作危险,而且销轴的加持稳定可靠。
(3)设置定位板,可以对外片进行定位,使销轴准确的放置在外片上方,提高了产品装配质量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种链条装配机,外片通过传送轨道传送至销轴工位,通过销轴送料装置将销轴送至外片的两个通孔上,通过上方的压机将销轴与外片固定。
如图1-3所示,本发明的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,包括驱动装置210、夹持装置220、销轴送料座230和定位板240,其中,夹持装置220的一端与驱动装置210连接,驱动装置210可以为油缸或者气缸,并且夹持装置220与销轴送料座230滑动连接,定位板240设置在夹持装置220 的底部。
夹持装置220包括销轴送料板221,销轴送料板221的一端与驱动装置210的输出端211连接,另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部,优选的,销轴送料板221的另一端具有两个夹持端部。夹持装置220还包括一个或者多个夹臂222,优选的,销轴送料板221包括两个夹臂222,夹臂222的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在销轴送料板221,夹臂222的一端与销轴送料板221的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,每个夹持部能够分别夹持销轴,夹臂222的另一端突出销轴送料板221,通过对夹臂222的另一端向销轴送料板221的中心线挤压,夹臂222以中部的销钉旋转,一端远离销轴送料板221,夹持部打开,当失去挤压力后,由于扭转弹簧的作用,夹持部闭合。
夹持装置220的销轴送料板221上设置有一个或者多个导槽223,定位板240上对应的设置有一个或者多个滑块241,滑块241通过弹簧设置在导槽223内并且可以沿导槽223水平移动。
销轴送料座230包括底座231和盖板232,盖板232设置在底座231的一端,形成可以使夹持装置220通过的长方体通孔,底座231的剩余部分为平板,供夹持装置220在上面滑行。
如图3所示,底座231上设置有凹槽233,并且凹槽233的深度小于等于定位板240的厚度,使夹持装置220可以在凹槽233内滑行并且不影响夹臂的转动。
本发明在使用时,夹持装置220通过驱动装置210往复移动,在初始位置,由于弹簧的作用,始终有一个给定位板240的推力,使定位板240先于夹持装置220,销轴送料座230通过长方体通孔的作用,使夹持部打开,销轴通过销轴送料管将销轴送入夹持部,驱动装置210将夹持装置220和定位板240沿凹槽233移动,移出长方体通孔,夹臂222没有挤压力,夹持部夹紧,定位板240将外片定位固定后,由于定位片240无法继续向前移动,夹持装置220继续向前移动,将销轴送至定位后的外片上方进行装配,装配完成后,驱动装置210将夹持装置220拉回,夹持部直接靠驱 动装置210的拉力与销轴分开,定位板240继续将外片固定,待滑块241移动至导槽223端部后,再进行撤回,夹臂222进入长方体通孔内,夹持部打开。
为了使夹臂222更加顺畅的进入长方体通孔内,夹臂222靠近长方体通孔的一端设置有弧度。另外,夹持装置220的夹持部对销轴的包裹角度大于180°并且小于330°,这样既可以保证夹持装置220对销轴夹持的稳定性,又可以使其分离时更加顺利。
本发明提供的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,具有以下优点:
(1)通过驱动装置、夹持装置和销轴送料座的配合使用,能够实现销轴自动送料,提高了生产效率;
(2)通过夹臂和销轴送料板形成的夹持部,与长方体通孔的进行配合,实现了夹持部的机械开合,并且通过驱动装置的推送,将销轴送入装配机中,有利于操作人员的安全操作,降低了操作危险,而且销轴的加持稳定可靠。
(3)设置定位板,可以对外片进行定位,使销轴准确的放置在外片上方,提高了产品装配质量。

  1. 一种带定位的销轴送料装置,包括驱动装置、夹持装置、销轴送料座和定位板,其特征在于,所述夹持装置的一端与所述驱动装置连接,并且所述夹持装置与所述销轴送料座滑动连接,所述定位板设置在所述夹持装置的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置包括销轴送料板,所述销轴送料板的一端与所述驱动装置的输出端连接,另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置还包括一个或者多个夹臂,所述夹臂的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在所述销轴送料板,所述夹臂的一端与所述销轴送料板的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,所述夹臂的另一端突出所述销轴送料板,通过对所述夹臂的另一端向所述销轴送料板的中心线挤压和放松,实现夹持部的开闭。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置的所述销轴送料板上设置有导槽,所述定位板上对应的设置滑块,所述滑块通过弹簧设置在所述导槽内并且可以沿所述导槽水平移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,其特征在于,所述销轴送料座包括底座和盖板,所述盖板设置在所述底座的一端,形成可以使所述夹持装置通过的长方体通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带定位的销轴送料装置,其特征在于,所述底座上设置有凹槽,并且所述凹槽的深度小于等于所述定位板的厚度。
