进一步地,所述销轴送料座包括底座和盖板,所述盖板设置在所述底座的一端,形成可以使所述第一夹持装置通过的长方体通孔。
进一步地,包括驱动装置、第二夹持装置、送片装置和固定座,其特征在于,所述第二夹持装置和所述送片装置通过所述固定座与所述驱动装置连接,所述第二夹持装置设置在所述送片装置上方,还设置有固定座滑座,所述固定座在所述固定座滑座上水平移动。
进一步地,所述送片装置包括标准片滑板、标准片送料板、标准片压板和标准片下料模,所述标准片滑板上设置有滑槽,所述标准片送料板设置在所述标准片滑板的滑槽内并可以沿滑槽水平移动,所述标准片送料板的一端设置有模口,另一端与所述固定座连接,所述标准片压板盖于所述标准片滑板上,所述标准片压板上设置有标准片入料口,所述标准片下料模设置在所述标准片压板上。
进一步地,所述第二夹持装置包括销轴送料板、导向杆和销轴落料模,所述导向杆上设置有挡块,所述导向杆具有一根或者多根,所述导向杆的一端与所述销轴送料板的一端固定连接,另一端与所述固定座滑动连接,所述销轴送料板的另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部;
所述第二夹持装置还包括一个或者多个夹臂,所述夹臂的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在所述销轴送料板,所述夹臂的一端与所述销轴送料板的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,所述夹臂的另一端突出所述销轴送料板,通过对所述夹臂的另一端向所述销轴送料板的中心线挤压和放松,实现夹持部的开闭;所述销轴落料模上具有凹槽,并且设置在所述标准片压板上,所述凹槽的两侧用于给所述夹臂一个挤压力,所述销轴落料模的落料口位于夹持部上方。
进一步地,还包括弹簧,所述弹簧套装在所述导向杆上,所述弹簧一端与所述标准片下料模连接,另一端与所述导向杆的挡块连接。
进一步地,所述驱动装置可以是气缸或者油缸。
本发明的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机具有以下优点:
(1)通过各个送料装置的配合送料,实现了双节距带附件片的自动组装,提高了生产效率。
(2)通过送料板与夹臂形成的夹持部,实现了夹持部的机械开合,并且通过驱动装置的推送,将销轴、油封送入转盘中装配,有利于操作人员的安全操作,降低了操作危险,而且销轴的加持稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,包括送料装置100、销轴送料装置200、转盘300、标准片销轴送料装置400、油封送料装置500、单节送料装置600、上附件片送料装置和电机,其中,电机驱动转盘300转动,电机可以是步进电机;转盘300的周围设置有至少八个安装工位,送料装置100(用于将附件片送入转盘300中,通过转盘将附件片移至下一个工位)设置在转盘700四周的一个安装工位上(称为第一安装工位),下一个安装工位依次设置销轴送料装置200(用于将销轴送入所述转盘中,并且与附件片进行铆接)、标准片销轴送料装置400(用于将标准片与销轴同时送入所述转盘中进行铆接)、油封送料装置500(用于将安装在链条下部的油封送至转盘300中组装)、单节送料装置600(用于将其他设备安装好的单节送至转盘300中组装)、油封送料装置400(用于将安装在链条上部的油封送至转盘300中组装)、送料装置100(用于将 标准片送入转盘300中组装)、上附件片送料装置(用于将上附件片送入转盘300进行组装)。转盘300可以是水平设置,电机设置在转盘300下方,电机可以驱动转盘300顺时针转动,链条的外片有两种,一种为标准片,一种为附件片,所以进行分别送料进行装配,当需要附件片时,第一安装工位的送料装置100将附件片送入转盘,第二安装工位的销轴送料装置200将销轴送入转盘300中与附件片通过铆接机进行铆接,第三安装工位的标准片销轴送料装置400停止送料,当需要安装标准片时,第一安装工位和第二安装工位停止送料,第三安装工位的标准片销轴送料装置400将标准片与销轴送入转盘300中,通过铆接机进行铆接,接下去通过油封送料装置400安装油封后通过单节送料装置将单节送入转盘进行安装(将附件片和标准片或者两个标准片连接在一起),然后再通过下一安装工位油封送料装置400将上油封送入转盘300安装,再通过下一安装工位的送料装置100或者上附件片送料装置将标准片或者附件片送入转盘300中,通过铆接机进行铆接后从出后移出,链条完成安装。
如图14所示,上附件片送料装置包括两个送料装置100,由于上附件片结构的特殊性,无法通过一个来完成,两个送料装置100相互垂直设置,一个送料装置100将实现排列好的附件片送入另一个送料装置100中,再由另一个送料装置100送入转盘300中。
如图2所示,送料装置100包括驱动装置700、送料板110、送料模120和送料模座130,其中,送料板110的一端与驱动装置700固定连接,另一端与送料模座130滑动连接,送料模120在送料模座130,材料通过送料模120送至送料板110上,通过驱动装置700带动材料移动,将材料移至转盘300中。
如图3-7所示,销轴送料装置200包括驱动装置700、第一夹持装置220、销轴送料座230和定位板240,其中,第一夹持装置220的一端与驱动装置700连接,驱动装置700可以为油缸或者气缸,并且第一夹持装置220与销轴送料座230滑动连接,定位板240设置在第一夹持装置220的底部。
第一夹持装置220包括第一销轴送料板221,第一销轴送料板221的一端与驱动装置700的输出端211连接,另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部,优选的,第一销轴送料板221的另一端具有两个夹持端部。第一夹持装置220还包括一个或者多个夹臂222,优选的,第一销轴送料板221包括两个夹臂222,夹臂222的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在第一销轴送料板221,夹臂222的一端与第一销轴送料板221的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,每个夹持部能够分别夹持销轴,夹臂222的另一端突出第一销轴送料板221,通过对夹臂222的另一端向第一销轴送料板221的中心线挤压,夹臂222以中部的销钉旋转,一端远离第一销轴送料板221,夹持部打开,当失去挤压力后,由于扭转弹簧的作用,夹持部闭合。
第一夹持装置220的第一销轴送料板221上设置有一个或者多个导槽223,定位板240上对应的设置有一个或者多个滑块241,滑块241通过弹簧设置在导槽223内并且可以沿导槽223水平移动。
销轴送料座230包括底座231和盖板232,盖板232设置在底座231的一端,形成可以使第一夹持装置220通过的长方体通孔,底座231的剩余部分为平板,供第一夹持装置220在上面滑行。
如图5所示,底座231上设置有凹槽233,并且凹槽233的深度小于等于定位板240的厚度,使第一夹持装置220可以在凹槽233内滑行并且不影响夹臂的转动。
如图8-10所示,标准片销轴送料装置400,包括驱动装置700、第一夹持装置430、送片装置440和固定座450,其中,第一夹持装置430和送片装置440通过固定座450与驱动装置700连接,驱动装置700可以是气缸或者油缸,第一夹持装置430设置在送片装置440上方,驱动装置700在往复工作时,为了减少固定座450、第一夹持装置430和送片装置440对驱动装置700的输出端造成的负担,在工作台上还设置有固定座滑座460,使固定座450在固定座滑座460上水平移动。
如图9所示,送片装置440包括标准片滑板441、标准片送料板442、 标准片压板443和标准片下料模444,标准片滑板441上设置有滑槽,标准片送料板442设置在标准片滑板441的滑槽内并可以沿滑槽水平移动,标准片送料板442的一端设置有与标准片相匹配的模口,另一端与固定座450连接,压板443盖于标准片滑板441上,标准片压板443上设置有标准片入料口,标准片下料模444设置在标准片压板443上,标准片通过标准片下料模444经过标准片压板443后落入标准片送料板442的模口内。滑槽的深度大于标准片的厚度并且小于两倍标准片的厚度。
如图10所示,第一夹持装置430包括第二销轴送料板431、导向杆433和销轴落料模435,导向杆433上设置有挡块,导向杆433具有一根或者多根,优选的,具有两根导向杆433,导向杆433的一端与第二销轴送料板431的一端固定连接,另一端与固定座450滑动连接,第二销轴送料板431的另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部,优选的,第二销轴送料板431的另一端具有两个夹持端部。第一夹持装置430还包括一个或者多个夹臂432,优选的,第二销轴送料板431包括两个夹臂432,夹臂432的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在第二销轴送料板431,夹臂432的一端与第二销轴送料板431的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,每个夹持部能够分别夹持销轴,夹臂432的另一端突出第二销轴送料板431,通过对夹臂432的另一端向第二销轴送料板431的中心线挤压,夹臂432以中部的销钉旋转,一端远离第二销轴送料板431,夹持部打开,当失去挤压力后,由于扭转弹簧的作用,夹持部闭合;销轴落料模435上具有凹槽,并且设置在标准片压板443上,凹槽的两侧用于给夹臂432一个挤压力,销轴落料模435的落料口位于夹持部上方。
在使用时,驱动装置700推动固定座450移动,固定座450带动标准片送料板442和标准片沿滑槽移动,并且沿导向杆433行驶一段空行程后接触导向杆433的挡块后(此时销轴处于标准片正上方)带动夹持部与标准片送料板442同时向前移动,送达至指定位置后,通过油缸将销轴和标准片冲压在一起;送料完成后,驱动装置700反向移动,带动标准片送料板442移动,对于夹持部,继续行驶一段空行程后,接触导向杆433端部挡块后带动夹持部移动,夹持装置440通过驱动装置700的拉力与销轴分 离。
在一具体实施例中,还包括弹簧436,弹簧436套装在导向杆433上,一端与标准片下料模444连接,另一端与导向杆433的挡块连接,使导向杆433在不受力的情况下,第二销轴送料板431始终与标准片下料模444的一侧紧贴,由于驱动装置700每次复位的位置相同,所以标准片送料板442不改变位置,这样可以确保第二销轴送料板431也不改变位置;另外,当送料完成后,不需要依靠导向杆433端部的挡块将第二销轴送料板431带回,通过弹簧436即可复位。
为了使夹臂432更加顺畅的进入长方体通孔内,夹臂432靠近长方体通孔的一端设置有弧度。另外,第一夹持装置430的夹持部对销轴的包裹角度大于180°并且小于330°,这样既可以保证第一夹持装置430对销轴夹持的稳定性,又可以使其分离时更加顺利。
如图11-12所示,油封送料装置500包括油封送料板510、油封送料模530、油封模座540,油封送料板510的一端与驱动装置700连接,另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部,优选的,油封送料板510的另一端具有两个夹持端部。油封送料装置500还包括一个或者多个油封夹臂520,优选的,油封送料板510包括两个油封夹臂520,油封夹臂520的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在油封送料板510,油封夹臂520的一端与油封送料板510的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,每个夹持部能够分别夹持销轴,油封夹臂520的另一端突出油封送料板510,油封送料模530设置油封模座540上,夹持部与油封模座540滑动连接,通过油封送料模530的两侧对油封夹臂520的另一端向油封送料板510的中心线挤压,油封夹臂520以中部的销钉旋转,一端远离油封送料板510,夹持部打开,当失去挤压力后,由于扭转弹簧的作用,夹持部闭合。
如图13所示,单节送料装置600包括驱动装置700、单节送料板610、单节送料模620、送料模座630和压条640,其中,单节送料板610的一端与驱动装置700固定连接,另一端与送单节料模座630滑动连接,单节送料模620在单节送料模座630,材料通过单节送料模620送至单节送料 板610上,在单节送料模座630上靠近转盘的一侧设置有压条640,用于给移动中的单节一个轻微的压力,防止其在移动中发生移动、翻边等现象;通过驱动装置700带动材料移动,将材料移至转盘300中。
本发明的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机具有以下优点:
(1)通过各个送料装置的配合送料,实现了双节距带附件片的自动组装,提高了生产效率。
(2)通过送料板与夹臂形成的夹持部,实现了夹持部的机械开合,并且通过驱动装置的推送,将销轴、油封送入转盘中装配,有利于操作人员的安全操作,降低了操作危险,而且销轴的加持稳定可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,其特征在于,
    包括转盘,在转盘四周设置至少八个安装工位;
    电机,所述电机驱动所述转盘转动;
    送料装置,用于将附件片/标准片送入所述转盘中进行安装;
    销轴送料装置,用于将销轴送入所述转盘中,并且与附件片进行铆接;
    标准片销轴送料装置,用于将标准片与销轴同时送入所述转盘中进行铆接;
    油封送料装置,用于将安装在链条上/下的油封送至所述转盘中组装;
    单节送料装置,用于将其他设备安装好的单节送至所述转盘中组装;
    上附件片送料装置,由两个所述送料装置垂直组成,用于将上附件片送入所述转盘进行组装;
    所述送料装置设置在所述转盘四周的一个安装工位上(第一安装工位),下一个安装工位依次设置所述销轴送料装置、所述标准片销轴送料装置、所述油封送料装置、所述单节送料装置、所述油封送料装置、所述送料装置、所述上附件片送料装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,其特征在于,所述销轴送料装置包括驱动装置、第一夹持装置、销轴送料座和定位板,其特征在于,所述第一夹持装置的一端与所述驱动装置连接,并且所述第一夹持装置与所述销轴送料座滑动连接,所述定位板设置在所述第一夹持装置的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,其特征在于,所述第一夹持装置包括第一销轴送料板,所述第一销轴送料板 的一端与所述驱动装置的输出端连接,另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部;所述第一夹持装置还包括一个或者多个夹臂,所述夹臂的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在所述第一销轴送料板,所述夹臂的一端与所述第一销轴送料板的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,所述夹臂的另一端突出所述第一销轴送料板,通过对所述夹臂的另一端向所述第一销轴送料板的中心线挤压和放松,实现夹持部的开闭。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,其特征在于,所述第一夹持装置的所述第一销轴送料板上设置有导槽,所述定位板上对应的设置滑块,所述滑块通过弹簧设置在所述导槽内并且可以沿所述导槽水平移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,其特征在于,所述销轴送料座包括底座和盖板,所述盖板设置在所述底座的一端,形成可以使所述第一夹持装置通过的长方体通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配机,其特征在于,包括驱动装置、第二夹持装置、送片装置和固定座,其特征在于,所述第二夹持装置和所述送片装置通过所述固定座与所述驱动装置连接,所述第二夹持装置设置在所述送片装置上方,还设置有固定座滑座,所述固定座在所述固定座滑座上水平移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配,其特征在于,所述送片装置包括标准片滑板、标准片送料板、标准片压板和标准片下料模,所述标准片滑板上设置有滑槽,所述标准片送料板设置在所述标准片滑板的滑槽内并可以沿滑槽水平移动,所述标准片送料板的一端设置有模口,另一端与所述固定座连接,所述标准片压板盖于所述标准片滑板上,所述标准片压板上设置有标准片入料口,所述标准片下料模设置在所述标准片压板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配,其特征在于,所述第二夹持装置包括销轴送料板、导向杆和销轴落料模,所述导向杆上设置有挡块,所述导向杆具有一根或者多根,所述导向杆的一 端与所述销轴送料板的一端固定连接,另一端与所述固定座滑动连接,所述销轴送料板的另一端具有一个或者多个夹持端部;
    所述第二夹持装置还包括一个或者多个夹臂,所述夹臂的中部通过扭转弹簧以及销钉可转动的连接在所述销轴送料板,所述夹臂的一端与所述销轴送料板的两个夹持端部形成夹持销轴的夹持部,所述夹臂的另一端突出所述销轴送料板,通过对所述夹臂的另一端向所述销轴送料板的中心线挤压和放松,实现夹持部的开闭;所述销轴落料模上具有凹槽,并且设置在所述标准片压板上,所述凹槽的两侧用于给所述夹臂一个挤压力,所述销轴落料模的落料口位于夹持部上方。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配,其特征在于,还包括弹簧,所述弹簧套装在所述导向杆上,所述弹簧一端与所述标准片下料模连接,另一端与所述导向杆的挡块连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种双节距带附件片的圆盘装配,其特征在于,所述驱动装置可以是气缸或者油缸。
