Abstract
본 발명은 피나스테라이드 및 생분해성 고분자를 포함하는 마이크로 입자로, 상기 마이크로 입자는 구형의 생분해성 고분자 입자에 피나스테라이드 약물이 고르게 분포되어 있는 형태이며, 상기 마이크로 입자의 입자 평균 직경은 20 내지 70㎛인 피나스테라이드를 포함하는 마이크로 입자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 피나스테라이드를 포함하는 마이크로 입자를 투여함에 따라, 1개월 내지 3개월 동안 지속적으로 탈모 치료 효과를 유지할 수 있는 서방성 마이크로 입자 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이며, 또한, 본 발명은 피나스테라이드를 포함하는 마이크로 입자를 주사를 통해 환자에게 투여하는 방식으로 이용하여, 경구형 제형과 달리, 환자가 직접 보관 및 취급을 하지 않아도 됨에 따라, 보관 및 취급의 용이하며, 1개월 내지 3개월의 기간 동안 장기간 약물 효과를 유지함과 동시에, 입자의 평균 직경을 일정한 마이크로 크기의 사이즈로 제조함에 따라, 환자에게 주사제로 투여 시의 이물감 및 통증을 감소시켜, 주사제로의 투여를 용이하게 할 수 있다.
