随着人们生活水平的提高,对于家居设施的功能也提出了更多的需求,对个人仪表的要求更高。镜子是人们在日常生活中必不可少的用品,通常会在卧室、门厅和洗漱间中设置大块的镜子。镜子一般采用玻璃制成,可以直接粘贴在墙面上,也可以通过框架固定到目标位置,还可以安装到房门或柜门的框架上,作为面板使用,例如安装在卫浴柜的柜门上,方便人们使用。
现有技术中,在使用框架固定例如镜子的玻璃面板时,通常使用玻璃胶将玻璃面板粘结固定到框架上。在使用玻璃胶粘结时,玻璃胶容易外溢到框架之外,需要对外溢玻璃胶进行擦拭;同时,涂抹玻璃胶后的玻璃面板与框架周边之间的间隙会出现大小不匀的现象,不仅影响外观,而且在需要拆卸玻璃面板时,刀片不易放入间隙内,不便于对玻璃面板进行拆卸操作;此外,当玻璃面板仅覆盖部分框架、另一部分框架由其他板材覆盖时,在需要拆卸玻璃面板时,在框架内部的玻璃面板的胶粘位置,无法插入刀片切开玻璃胶,难以拆卸玻璃面板。

如图1-图4所示,本发明第一实施例的玻璃面板的安装结构包括由边框1构成的主框架、弹性条2和玻璃面板3。玻璃面板3的边缘至少与主框架的外边缘的一部分相对应,粘贴在主框架上。玻璃面板3可以是镜面玻璃。

在固定玻璃面板3时,首先,根据玻璃面板3与主框架的形状对应关系,在边框1上的主框架的外边缘与玻璃面板3的边缘对应的位置处,往嵌入凹槽6中嵌入弹性条2,在与弹性条2邻接的边框1的内侧表面上涂玻璃胶,并使得玻璃胶的高度高于弹性条2的顶端,玻璃胶可以沿弹性条连续涂抹,也可断续涂抹。在边框1上的主框架的内边缘与玻璃面板3的边缘对应的位置处,粘贴双面泡棉胶9的第一胶层92。随后,将玻璃面板3放置于主框架上,用力压按。在边框1上的主框架的 内边缘与玻璃面板3的边缘对应的位置处,双面泡棉胶9的第二胶层93粘贴到玻璃面板3。在边框1上的主框架的外边缘与玻璃面板3的边缘对应的位置处,用玻璃胶对边框1和玻璃面板3进行粘结,高出弹性条2的玻璃胶被向下压缩,由于弹性条2在高度方向上的限位,玻璃面板3不会再向下移动,按压外力去除后,玻璃面板3与主框架的间隙均匀,为弹性条2高出边框1的高度。并且,玻璃胶在与弹性条2邻接的边框1的内侧表面上,由于弹性条2的阻挡作用,在按压玻璃面板3时,不会发生玻璃胶溢出的弹性条2之外的情况。在拆卸玻璃面板3时,首先使用刀片贴合玻璃面板3的表面插入到边框1上的主框架的外边缘与玻璃面板3的边缘的粘合位置处,这样的位置上采用的是玻璃胶粘合,用刀片切断玻璃胶,随后,通过在分离的玻璃面板与主框架边缘上用力,撕开在其他位置粘结的双面泡棉胶9即可。
如图6、7所示,在本发明的第二实施例中,柜门左侧预留例如安装音响设备的空间10,玻璃面板3不会覆盖在空间10上方,会预留出该位置,如图7所示。由此,玻璃面板3左边缘没有与主框架的外边缘对应,仅与主框架的内边缘对应。在此情况下,使用双面泡棉胶9在两个对应表面上进行连接。当然,如果在主框架的内边缘与玻璃面板3的边缘相对表面足够宽,可优选的在双面泡棉胶9的外侧的边框1表面上与双面泡棉胶9并行设置弹性条2。
如图8所示,在本发明的第三实施例中,主框架的边框1之间连接有支架11,支架11朝向玻璃面板3的一侧上设置有弹性条2,对玻璃面板3起缓冲、支撑作用。支架11上不能设置粘合胶,因为拆卸时刀片无法触及到该部位,但可以在支架11上设置双面泡棉胶。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明。但是,本发明不限定于上述实施方式。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种玻璃面板的安装结构,包括由边框构成的主框架和玻璃面板,玻璃面板的边缘至少与主框架的外边缘的一部分相对应,其特征在于:
    所述安装结构还包括弹性条,在主框架的外边缘与玻璃面板的边缘对应的位置处,在边框的与玻璃面板对应的表面上,靠近边框的外侧沿边框的长度方向固定设置有弹性条,弹性条凸出于边框的表面,
    与弹性条邻接的边框的内侧表面作为或设置有点胶部,玻璃面板通过点胶部的粘合胶粘贴在主框架上,弹性条夹在边框与玻璃面板之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装结构,其特征在于:在主框架的外边缘与玻璃面板的边缘对应的位置处,在边框的与玻璃面板的粘贴面上,靠近边框的外侧沿边框的长度方向设置嵌入凹槽,弹性条嵌入固定到边框上的嵌入凹槽中。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述点胶部为点胶槽,点胶槽与弹性条邻接并行的设置在边框的内侧表面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述点胶槽的深度小于嵌入凹槽的深度,并且点胶槽与嵌入凹槽相通,形成台阶状。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的安装结构,其特征在于:在边框的内侧表面,与弹性条间隔并行设置一凸条,凸条与弹性条之间形成所述点胶部。
  6. 如权利要求1、2、4或5所述的安装结构,其特征在于:在主框架的内边缘与玻璃面板的边缘对应的位置处,双面泡棉胶粘贴在主框架的内边缘与玻璃面板的边缘相对的两个表面上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述双面泡棉胶包括泡棉主体、第一胶层和第二胶层,第一胶层和第二胶层相对的设置于泡棉主体的两侧表面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的安装结构,其特征在于:泡棉主体为防水防尘泡棉,双面泡棉胶的第一胶层和第二胶层之间的距离不低于弹性条凸出于边框表面的高度。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的安装结构,其特征在于:在双面泡棉胶外侧的边框表面上还与双面泡棉胶并行的设置有一弹性条。
  10. 如权利要求1、2、4或5所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述主框架的边框之间还连接有支架,支架朝向玻璃面板的一侧上设置有一弹性条。
