Description
本发明涉及汽车车标领域,具体涉及一种发光标识及使用该发光标识的车标。
众所周知,汽车车标是车辆品牌身份和产品形象的象征。随着汽车产业的快速发展,各大整车厂都在加强自身的品牌文化建设。不难发现,传统汽车的车标,虽然拥有或绚丽或厚重的设计,但到了光线不足的环境中,便难以被他人观察到,失去了其传递品牌精神和品味的意义。因此,追求个性和创新的发光车标应运而生。
如今的发光车标一般分为两种:一种车标均为实体结构,光源从底部射出,类似于氛围灯的设计;另一种为车标的字体部分或实体部分改为发光部分,因此光源需要将光直接从车标正面射出;
第一种方式较为常见,其结构也较为简单,易于制备,但是还无法达到较为美观和绚丽的效果,热别是在光线不足的环境中使用;第二种方式的发光车标则能够在光线不足的环境中也能清晰的观察到车标以及具有美观和绚丽的效果,但是由于夜晚光线较暗,车标的发光亮度较高易对后车或者前车的行车安全造成影响,一般采用红色光或者亮度较低的方式规避,其具有较大的限制,并且也存在亮度不足,视觉效果下降的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种发光标识及使用该发光标识的车标,使用光源颜色无限制,并且在光亮度充足的前提下还能够不影响行车安全。
为解决上述技术问题,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种发光标识,包括导光板和光源,所述导光板上设置有若干导光点,所述导光点对光源发出的光进行引导并反射或/和折射。
进一步的,所述导光板上设置有多个发光区,所述光源设置在发光区内,所述光源发出的光从导光板的侧向进入导向板的内部。
进一步的,还包括反光部,所述反光部设置在导光板背面一侧,所述反光部为贴设在导光板背面的反光纸或者为直接涂覆在导光板背面的反光层。
进一步的,所述发光区为容置凹槽,所述光源设置在容置凹槽内,所述光源为侧发光灯珠,所述侧发光灯珠朝向导光板内侧或/和导光板外侧。
一种车标,包括车标底座和车标盖,所述车标底座和车标盖连接并配合形成容腔,所述容腔内设置有发光组件,所述发光组件包括导光板和发光板,所述导光板上设置有若干导光点,所述发光板上设置有光源,所述光源设置在导光板的侧向方向上,所述导光板和发光板之间还设置有反光部。
进一步的,所述发光板上设置有容置凹槽,所述光源设置在容置凹槽内,所述光源为侧发光灯珠,所述侧发光灯珠朝向导光板内侧或/和导光板外侧。
进一步的,所述反光部为设置在导光板与发光板之间的反光纸、为涂覆在导光板背面的反光层或者为涂覆在发光板表面的反光层。
进一步的,若干所述导光点配合形成聚光光亮区。
进一步的,所述车标底座和车标盖连接并配合形成容腔为密封容腔,所述车标底座上还设置有过线端,所述发光板的外接连接线穿过过线端设置。
进一步的,所述车标底座还与旋转底座连接,所述旋转底座或车标底座上设置有限位锁组件。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过导光点将光源光线聚集,给予光线集中的视觉,光线集中后使得导光板上能够区分发光亮度,光线侧入后,不会直接对视光源,光线柔和不刺眼;可以直接使用白光,在晚上穿透性强,使得车标在远处也清晰可见,但是又不会对行车造成影响。
光源可以在发光板内部发光,光线充斥发光板,使得发光板的亮度均匀,视觉效果大大提高。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1和图2所示,本发明的一种发光标识的一实施例,包括导光板1和光源2,导光板1上设置有若干导光点3,光源用于发出光亮,光线经过导光点后,导光点3对光源2发出的光进行引导并反射或/和折射,使得导光点上的亮度较比导光板其他亮度高,实现将光留住的效果。
上述导光板1上设置有多个发光区4,该发光区可以设置在导光板外周上,也可以设置在导光板内部;光源2设置在发光区内,以满足多区域内光线照射要求,光源2发出的光从导光板1的侧向进入导向板的内部。
值得注意的是,可以优选如图2所示的放置位置,其中发光区为容置凹槽,光源2设置在容置凹槽内,光源2为侧发光灯珠,侧发光灯珠朝向导光板1内侧或/和导光板1外侧,光源照射在导光板内部,因此可以通过对光源的照射方向调整,以满足光线在导光板内部的照射均匀性,并且可以靠近导光点设置,减少光线在导光板内部的损耗;能够大大提高光线利用率,降低光源设置功率,从而以降低光源的发热率,当光源热量降低后,能够有效提高光源的使用寿命。
为了提高照射方向的一致性,设置反光部5,反光部5设置在导光板1背面一侧,光源发出的朝向导光板背面的光会被反光部反射向导光板正面射出;反光部5为贴设在导光板1背面的反光纸或者为直接涂覆在导光板1背面的反光层,便于设置和组装。
参照图3和图4所示,本发明的一种车标的一实施例,包括车标底座6和车标盖7,车标底座6和车标盖7连接并配合形成容腔,容腔内设置有发光组件8,发光组件发出亮光,车标盖可以遮挡无需发光的部分,从而形成所需图案发光的效果;其中发光组件包括导光板1和发光板12,导光板1上设置有若干导光点3,若干导光点3配合形成聚光光亮区,发光板上设置有光源2,光源2设置在导光板1的侧向方向上,光源发出的光照射在导光点上,导光点将光进行引导并反射或/和折射,使得导光点上的亮度较比导光板其他亮度高,实现将光留住的效果,形成导光板上聚光光亮区较比其他区域亮度更高,辨识度更佳;导光板1和发光板之间还设置有反光部5,光源发出的朝向导光板背面的光会被反光部反射向导光板正面射出。
在发光板上设置有容置凹槽,光源2设置在容置凹槽内,光源2为侧发光灯珠,侧发光灯珠朝向导光板1内侧或/和导光板1外侧,光源照射在导光板内部,因此可以通过对光源的照射方向调整,以满足光线在导光板内部的照射均匀性,并且可以靠近导光点设置,减少光线在导光板内部的损耗;能够大大提高光线利用率,降低光源设置功率,从而以降低光源的发热率,当光源热量降低后,能够有效提高光源的使用寿命。
上述的反光部5为设置在导光板1与发光板之间的反光纸,反光纸以夹紧的方式设置,制备成本低,其中反光纸可以设置光源的避让部,以便于光源穿过反光纸至发光板的容置凹槽内;或者为涂覆在导光板1背面的反光层,
以降低夹层式设计的组装难度,制备良率高,反光层贴合度高,光线折损率大大降低,不会出现漏光现象;或者为涂覆在发光板表面的反光层,以降低夹层式设计的组装难度,制备良率高。
车标底座6和车标盖7连接并配合形成容腔为密封容腔,放置水汽进入,以腐蚀光源或者对导光板造成折射或反射,影响发光效果;车标底座6上还设置有过线端9,发光板的外接连接线穿过过线端设置,外接连接线可以是电源线,供给光源发光,或者为电源线和信号线的集合,通过信号线的设置,以控制光源发光的效果,例如只在夜晚发光或者多种颜色光线交替等等。
在本发明的一实施例中,车标底座6还与旋转底座11连接,旋转底座或车标底座6上设置有限位锁组件10,旋转底座可以设置在车前杠的地方,以使得车标能够被旋转打开,漏出车标后部空间,在该空间内设置充电口,特别适合现有绿色能源车辆使用,充电口能够隐藏排布,对车身设计不受影响;上述的限位锁组件用于固定车标。

- 一种发光标识,其特征在于:包括导光板和光源,所述导光板上设置有若干导光点,所述导光点对光源发出的光进行引导并反射或/和折射。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光标识,其特征在于:所述导光板上设置有多个发光区,所述光源设置在发光区内,所述光源发出的光从导光板的侧向进入导向板的内部。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种发光标识,其特征在于:还包括反光部,所述反光部设置在导光板背面一侧,所述反光部为贴设在导光板背面的反光纸或者为直接涂覆在导光板背面的反光层。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种发光标识,其特征在于:所述发光区为容置凹槽,所述光源设置在容置凹槽内,所述光源为侧发光灯珠,所述侧发光灯珠朝向导光板内侧或/和导光板外侧。
- 一种车标,其特征在于:包括车标底座和车标盖,所述车标底座和车标盖连接并配合形成容腔,所述容腔内设置有发光组件,所述发光组件包括导光板和发光板,所述导光板上设置有若干导光点,所述发光板上设置有光源,所述光源设置在导光板的侧向方向上,所述导光板和发光板之间还设置有反光部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种车标,其特征在于:所述发光板上设置有容置凹槽,所述光源设置在容置凹槽内,所述光源为侧发光灯珠,所述侧发光灯珠朝向导光板内侧或/和导光板外侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种车标,其特征在于:所述反光部为设置在导光板与发光板之间的反光纸、为涂覆在导光板背面的反光层或者为涂覆在 发光板表面的反光层。
