Abstract

一種發光車標,適用於一運載工具。該發光車標包括外殼單元、發光單元及調光單元。外殼單元適於設置在運載工具。外殼單元包括底殼件、頂殼件及標誌件。頂殼件係設置於底殼件上。標誌件係設置於頂殼件上方;頂殼件與底殼件之間具有容置空間。發光單元係設置於容置空間。發光單元包括導光板、複數之發光件及第一遮光片。複數之發光件係穿設於導光板之中央處,使導光板接收複數之發光件所發出的光線。第一遮光片係設於導光板上。調光單元係設置於導光板,用以改變光線的傳播方向。調光單元包括沿著標誌件的輪廓投影分布於導光板的第一網點部。

Description

發光車標
本發明係關於一種發光車標,特別是一種利用具有平面導光結構的光源模組來發光的發光車標。
現今車輛的標誌(emblem)常會利用增加光源的方式來增進標誌的視覺效果。一般常用的發光方法為在車輛的標誌銘板的下方增加LED的方式,且LED的設置位置會配合標誌的輪廓,藉著LED直接照射標誌銘板與標誌外殼之間的隙縫,使標誌的輪廓發光。然而,在先前技術中,LED與預計出光的區域(即隙縫)之間需保留超過5 mm以上的距離來進行散光(離光源較遠處的暈光效果),如此一來會導致標誌整體的厚度增加,也容易出現漏光的問題;一般而言,先前技術的標誌輪廓的光線通常較不柔和,且會有刺眼的亮點。此外,由於LED必須要安裝在電路板上,分散設置的LED會造成電路板板材的面積過大,若LED數量較多時,將導致此發光標誌的成本大幅增加。
因此,有必要發明一種新的發光車標,以改善先前技術的缺點。
本發明之主要目的係在提供一種發光車標,其利用具有平面導光結構的光源模組來發光。
為達成上述之目的,本發明之發光車標適用於一運載工具。該發光車標包括外殼單元、發光單元及調光單元。外殼單元適於設置在運載工具。外殼單元包括底殼件、頂殼件及標誌件。頂殼件係設置於底殼件上。標誌件係設置於頂殼件的上方,以用於視覺上的辨識;其中頂殼件與底殼件之間具有容置空間。發光單元係設置於容置空間。發光單元包括導光板、複數之發光件及第一遮光片。複數之發光件係穿設於導光板之中央處,使導光板接收複數之發光件所發出的光線。第一遮光片係設於導光板上。調光單元係設置於導光板,用以改變光線的傳播方向,其中調光單元包括第一網點部,第一網點部係沿著標誌件的輪廓投影分布於導光板。
為能讓 貴審查委員能更瞭解本發明之技術內容,特舉較佳具體實施例說明如下。
以下請先參考圖1係本發明之發光車標設置於運載工具的外觀示意圖。
於本發明之第一實施例中,發光車標10適用於一運載工具1上。運載工具1可以為一般的轎車、摩托車、農用車輛或工程車輛等,本發明並不以上述列舉的車種為限。發光車標10可以放置在運載工具1的車頭或是車尾,例如圖1中的發光車標10是放置於運載工具1的車尾,但本發明並不限定發光車標10的放置位置。
請一併參考圖2A及圖2B,其中圖2A係本發明之第一實施例之發光車標的分解示意圖,圖2B係本發明之第一實施例之發光車標的剖視示意圖。
該發光車標10包括外殼單元20、發光單元30及調光單元40。外殼單元20係直接設置在該運載工具1上。該外殼單元20包括底殼件21、頂殼件22及標誌件23。底殼件21、頂殼件22及標誌件23的其中任一者或全部可由塑膠、金屬或其他材質製成,本發明並不限制。頂殼件22係設置於該底殼件21上。標誌件23係設置於該頂殼件22的上方,以用於視覺上的辨識,本發明並不限制標誌件23只能呈現圖2A所示的圖案。該頂殼件22與該底殼件21之間具有一容置空間,用以容納發光單元30。發光單元30係配合標誌件23之圖案進行設計而能得到更佳的視覺效果。
該發光單元30係為一種具有平面導光結構的光源模組,其包括導光板31、複數之發光件32、第一遮光片331、第二遮光片332、反射板34、電路板35及擴散片36。導光板31可為玻璃、透明塑膠或透明壓克力等透光材質。複數之發光件32係穿設於該導光板31之中央處,使該導光板31接收該複數之發光件32所發出的光線。複數之發光件32可全數皆為LED,且複數之發光件32排列方式可如圖2A所示。複數之發光件32的發光方向為水平地由導光板31的中央處向導光板31外發射,因此複數之發光件32的光線會直射入導光板31內進行全反射,如圖2B所示。
第一遮光片331可以利用黏貼或是塗上一層不透光材質的方式來設置於該第二遮光片332上,第一遮光片331之面積小於第二遮光片332之面積。且該第一遮光片331覆蓋於該複數之發光件32之上方,藉此可以避免複數之發光件32的光線直接散射出去造成較集中且刺眼的光線。第二遮光片332則設於該導光板31上,用以擋住複數之發光件32的光線,並讓複數之發光件32的光線由第二遮光片332的透光處(可以是與標誌件23的圖案對應的鏤空孔或透明部)散射出去。此外,第二遮光片332與導光板31之接觸面上也可以塗上易反射的塗料,以形成反射層。在本發明的其他變化實施例中,第二遮光片332亦可省略而不設置。
反射板34係位於該底殼件21與該導光板31之間,複數之發光件32亦穿設於該反射板34,如圖2B所示。反射板34用以反射複數之發光件32發出之光線(通常來自調光單元40的折射),使其光線不會由底殼件21之側洩漏出去。電路板35係位於該底殼件21與該反射板34之間,該複數之發光件32係電性連接於該電路板35,以藉由電路板35所傳遞的電力或其他的控制訊號予複數之發光件32。提供給複數之發光件32的電源或控制訊號可直接由運載工具1內部供應,也可由電路板35上的電路模組供應,本發明並不限制。
擴散片36係位於該頂殼件22與該第一遮光片331之間,擴散片36可為一種霧片,用以均勻光線的分布。在本實施例中,擴散片36具有與標誌件23的圖案對應且用來支撐標誌件23的隆起部,如圖2B所示。發光單元30由下(鄰近運載工具1的一側)而上(遠離運載工具1的一側)依序為電路板35、反射板34、導光板31、第二遮光片332、第一遮光片331及擴散片36,但本發明並不限於上述的排列方式。
在此請一併參考圖2A、圖2B及圖5,圖5係本發明之第一實施例之發光車標的調光單元設置在導光板的局部放大示意圖。
調光單元40係設置於該導光板31,而使複數之網點密集分布於導光板31的部分區域,用以破壞光線在導光板31中的全反射,以改變光線的傳播方向。該調光單元40包括一第一網點部41,第一網點部41即為複數網點的集合。在本實施例中,每一網點是一種朝導光板31外凸出的小凸塊,但本發明不限於此。在本發明的其他變化實施例中,每一網點也可以是一種朝導光板31內凹入的小凹槽,或是一種塗覆於導光板31表面的印刷油墨點。
該第一網點部41的網點是沿著該標誌件23的輪廓投影分布於該導光板31,也就是沿著標誌件23的輪廓在導光板31的一投影位置311而設置,如圖2B及圖5所示。在本實施例中,第一網點部41是設置在導光板31的底面,但本發明不限於此。在本發明的其他變化實施例中,第一網點部41也可以是設置在導光板31的頂面。在本實施例中,第一網點部41的所有網點在導光板31上與標誌件23對應的特定區域內是均勻地分布,但本發明不限於此,依據不同的發光需求,第一網點部41的所有網點在導光板31上與標誌件23對應的特定區域內也可以是不均勻地分布。
如圖2B所示,當發光件32所發出的光線在導光板31內經過調光單元40時,由於全反射的條件被網點所破壞,故光線會被調光單元40向下折射出去後,再被下方的反射板34向上反射。如此一來,經過調光單元40的部分光線會依序通過第二遮光片332的透光處及擴散片36的隆起部,而從位在頂殼件22與標誌件23之間的一間隙24散射出去,帶來標誌發光的視覺效果。
因此,當複數之發光件32發光時就會如圖3及圖4所示。在此請參考圖3及圖4,圖3係本發明之第一實施例之發光車標的發光件、導光板、第一遮光片、第二遮光片及調光單元於發光時的示意圖,圖4係本發明之第一實施例之發光車標於發光時的示意圖。
由於發光車標10採取了平面導光式的發光單元30,故使發光車標10的整體厚度得以降低;由於調光單元40的設置,使光線在發光單元30內可先以水平傳播後才垂直出光,讓所有的發光件32能夠集中設置,故可有效縮小電路板35的面積,以降低成本;此外,將第一遮光片331覆蓋於發光件32之上,能確保所有發光件32所發出的強光不會直接照射至外殼單元20外,故發光車標10在視覺上不會產生刺眼的亮點。
接著請參考圖6係本發明之第二實施例之發光車標的調光單元設置在導光板的局部放大示意圖。
於本第二實施例中,該調光單元40還包括第二網點部42。第二網點部42係沿著第一網點部41分布於導光板31且位於第一網點部41的外側。所謂「外側」指的是:位在第一網點部41所包繞出的區域之外,因此第二網點部42所包繞出的區域的面積會比第一網點部41所包繞出的區域的面積大。於本第二實施例中,第二網點部42與第一網點部41彼此互相間隔,且投影位置311是位在第二網點部42與第一網點部41之間。於本第二實施例中,其他元件均與第一實施例相同,於此不再贅述,因此發光件32所發出的光線最後同樣由間隙24散射出去。
最後請參考圖7係本發明之第三實施例之發光車標的調光單元設置在導光板的局部放大示意圖。
於本第三實施例中,該調光單元40還包括第三網點部43。第三網點部43係沿著光線的傳播方向(也就是從導光板31的中央處朝導光板31的邊緣傳播)分布於導光板31且位於第一網點部41與複數之發光件32之間。於本第三實施例中,第三網點部43可區分出呈條狀且間隔排列的複數之密集網點區,其中每一密集網點區的最大長度的延伸方向是垂直於光線的傳播方向,且各密集網點區的最大長度可以隨著與發光件32的距離增加而漸進式增加。如此一來,光線經過第三網點部43時會因為各密集網點區之折射而分散光能量,最終使得從間隙24散射出的光線強度降低,而達到調整亮度的效果。於本第三實施例中,其他元件均與第二實施例相同,於此不再贅述。
由上述說明可知,本發明之發光車標10利用平面導光式的發光單元30配合調光單元40及第一遮光片331的設置,可讓發光件32所發出的光線不會形成刺眼的亮點,除了使發光車標10具有柔和的發光效果外,還能降低發光車標10的厚度與成本。
需注意的是,上述實施方式僅例示本發明之較佳實施例,為避免贅述,並未詳加記載所有可能的變化組合。然而,本領域之通常知識者應可理解,上述各模組或元件未必皆為必要。且為實施本發明,亦可能包含其他較細節之習知模組或元件。各模組或元件皆可能視需求加以省略或修改,且任兩模組間未必不存在其他模組或元件。只要不脫離本發明基本架構者,皆應為本專利所主張之權利範圍,而應以專利申請範圍為準。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種發光車標,適用於一運載工具;該發光車標包括: 一外殼單元,適於設置在該運載工具,該外殼單元包括: 一底殼件; 一頂殼件,係設置於該底殼件上;以及 一標誌件,係設置於該頂殼件的上方,以用於視覺上的辨識;其中該頂殼件與該底殼件之間具有一容置空間; 一發光單元,係設置於該容置空間,該發光單元包括: 一導光板; 複數之發光件,係穿設於該導光板之中央處,使該導光板接收該複數之發光件所發出的光線;以及 一第一遮光片,係設於該導光板上;以及 一調光單元,係設置於該導光板,用以改變該光線的傳播方向,其中該調光單元包括一第一網點部,該第一網點部係沿著該標誌件的輪廓投影分布於該導光板。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光車標,其中該調光單元還包括一第二網點部,該第二網點部係沿著該第一網點部分布於該導光板且位於該第一網點部的外側。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之發光車標,其中該第二網點部與該第一網點部彼此互相間隔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1到3項之任一項所述之發光車標,其中該調光單元還包括一第三網點部,該第三網點部係沿著該光線的傳播方向分布於該導光板且位於該第一網點部與該複數之發光件之間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之發光車標,其中該第三網點部可區分出呈條狀且間隔排列的複數之密集網點區。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之發光車標,其中每一密集網點區的最大長度的延伸方向是垂直於該光線的傳播方向。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光車標,其中該第一遮光片覆蓋於該複數之發光件之上方。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發光車標,其中該發光單元還包括一第二遮光片,係位於該第一遮光片與該導光板之間,該第二遮光片之面積係大於該第一遮光片之面積。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光車標,其中該發光單元還包括一反射板,係位於該底殼件與該導光板之間,該反射板用以反射該複數之發光件之光線。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光車標,其中該發光單元還包括一擴散片,係位於該頂殼件與該第一遮光片之間,該擴散片用以均勻光線的分布。
