Description
本实用新型涉及防跳动工装技术领域,具体为一种激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装。
现有技术中:申请公布号为CN 102896578 A的专利公开了一种激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装,包括研磨机床床身的基梁,从左往右依次固定于基梁的防跳动支座、放置于防跳动支座上的胶辊和固定于基梁的主动装置,还包括固定于机床床身的研磨装置,所述胶辊的左端放置于跳动支座上,胶辊的右端与主动装置固定,其结构较为复杂,操作麻烦,不便于维护,不能应对不同的工作环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装,结构简单,操作方便,便于维护,能够应对不同的工作环境,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装,包括安装块,所述安装块有两排,两排安装块左右对称设置,每一排安装块为两个,两个安装块前后对称设置,两个安装块之间通过连接机构连接,两排安装块之间通过长度调节装置连接,所述安装块的内侧安装有防跳动装置,防跳动装置的端部安装有限位装置,其中一个安装块的顶部安装有控制开关,控制开关与外接电源电连接。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述连接机构包括卡扣,卡扣固定在安装块的内侧,另一个安装块对应卡扣的位置开设有卡槽,所述卡扣与卡槽扣接。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述长度调节装置包括连接耳,连接耳固定在安装块的外侧,位于同一侧的连接耳之间通过电动伸缩杆连接,电动伸缩杆与控制开关电连接。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述防跳动装置包括活动杆,活动杆活动连接在安装块的内侧,所述活动杆上套接有复位弹簧,活动杆的内端部固定有夹板,且夹板为弧形橡胶板,所述限位装置固定在活动杆的外端部。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述限位装置包括限位块,限位块固定在活动杆的外端部,所述安装块对应限位块的位置开设有沉孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装,通过长度调节装置使该防跳动工装适应不同的胶辊长度,其适应能力强,能够应对不同的工作环境,通过连接机构对安装块进行组装,便于拆卸和安装,为该防跳动工装的维护提供了方便,通过防跳动装置和限位装置来实现防跳动功能,其结构简单,操作方便。

请参阅图1-2,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装,包括安装块1,安装块1有两排,两排安装块1左右对称设置,每一排安装块1为两个,两个安装块1前后对称设置,两个安装块1之间通过连接机构14连接,两排安装块1之间通过长度调节装置8连接,安装块1的内侧安装有防跳动装置15,防跳动装置15的端部安装有限位装置9,其中一个安装块1的顶部安装有控制开关7,控制开关7与外接电源电连接;
连接机构14包括卡扣4,卡扣4固定在安装块1的内侧,另一个安装块1对应卡扣4的位置开设有卡槽10,卡扣4与卡槽10扣接,通过卡扣4与卡槽10卡接,对两个安装块1进行连接,便于进行安装和拆卸,为该防跳动装置的维护提供了方便;
长度调节装置8包括连接耳3,连接耳3固定在安装块1的外侧,位于同一侧的连接耳3之间通过电动伸缩杆2连接,电动伸缩杆2与控制开关7电连接,通过控制开关7控制电动伸缩杆2进行伸缩,从而使该防跳动工装适应胶辊的长度,便于应对不同的工作环境;
防跳动装置15包括活动杆11,活动杆11活动连接在安装块1的内侧,活动杆11上套接有复位弹簧12,活动杆11的内端部固定有夹板13,且夹板13为弧形橡胶板,限位装置9固定在活动杆11的外端部,通过控制开关7控制电动伸缩杆2进行伸缩,从而使该防跳动工装适应胶辊的长度,以此来实现防跳动功能;限位装置9包括限位块5,限位块5固定在活动杆11的外端部,安装块1对应限位块5的位置开设有沉孔6,活动杆11向外活动,并带动限位块5脱离沉孔6,保证了设计的合理性。
在使用时:通过控制开关7控制电动伸缩杆2进行伸缩,从而使该防跳动工装适应胶辊的长度,通过卡扣4与卡槽10卡接,对两个安装块1进行连接,同时通过夹板13对胶辊的端部进行固定,胶辊受到的跳动力通过夹板13传递到复位弹簧12上,复位弹簧12进行变形,对力进行抵消,同时,活动杆11向外活动,并带动限位块5脱离沉孔6,以此来实现防跳动功能。
本实用新型通过长度调节装置8使该防跳动工装适应不同的胶辊长度,其适应能力强,能够应对不同的工作环境,通过连接机构14对安装块1进行组装,便于拆卸和安装,为该防跳动工装的维护提供了方便,通过防跳动装置15和限位装置9来实现防跳动功能,其结构简单,操作方便。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光打印机胶辊研磨机防跳动工装,其特征在于:所述连接机构(14)包括卡扣(4),卡扣(4)固定在安装块(1)的内侧,另一个安装块(1)对应卡扣(4)的位置开设有卡槽(10),所述卡扣(4)与卡槽(10)扣接。
