[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的超净台用磁力底座试管、 注射器架、 收 纳盘, 其特征是: 所述磁性座包括软磁材料, 软磁材料中设置将所述 软磁材料分隔为均匀的上下两半的非导磁材料, 在软磁材料包绕的柱 形空间中设置恒磁铁, 恒磁铁与恒磁铁旋转幵关连接, 当恒磁铁旋转 幵关旋至关的位置吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于水平位置, 磁力线在被 非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料中形成闭路, 磁性座吸附面没有磁性 , 可自由移动; 当恒磁铁旋转幵关至幵的位置吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极 处于上下位置, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极分别对准被非导磁材料隔幵的两块 软磁材料, 从 N极到软磁材料到超净台内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软 磁材料到 S极, 形成磁力线闭合, 将磁性座吸附面吸附在超净台内的 铁质垂直边板上。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的超净台用磁力底座试管、 注射器架、 收纳盘, 其特征是: 使用方法:
预处理: 用消毒液对磁力底座试管、 注射器架、 收纳盘各构件部分进 行擦拭灭菌, 以确保安装在超净台内的磁力底座试管、 注射器架、 收 纳盘不会改变超净台内的无菌环境; 如频繁使用, 可将其长期放置在 超净台中, 可免除用消毒液的擦拭灭菌;
磁性底座的安装: 将恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 此吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于水平位置, 磁力线在被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料 中形成闭路, 磁性座吸附面没有磁性, 可自由移动; 将磁性底座放置 所需位置, 具体操作为: 将磁性座吸附面与超净台内铁质的垂直边板 接触, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触; 旋转恒磁铁旋转幵关至幵 的位置, 此吋恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于上下位置, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极分别 对准被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料, 从 N极到软磁材料到超净台 内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到 S极, 形成磁力线闭合, 可将 磁性座吸附面牢牢的吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上;
试管架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装试管架水平构件高度 定位锁; 具体步骤如下: 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 将定位锁中间的柱形 孔套入立柱, 选择所需的高度, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝, 使定位锁的硅 胶垫与立柱紧紧抱合; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取试管架水平构件, 将试管架连接套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘 , 完成试管架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
注射器架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装注射器架水平构件 高度定位锁, 其安装方法与试管架水平构件高度定位锁的安装方法相 同; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取注射器架水平构件, 将注射器架连接 套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成注射器 架水平构件的安装和高度定位; 收纳盘水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装收纳盘水平构件高度 定位锁, 其安装方法与试管架水平构件高度定位锁的安装方法相同; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取收纳盘水平构件, 将该构件的连接套筒套 进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成高度定位; 完 成收纳盘水平构件的安装和高度定位;
上述 3个水平构件安装的顺序, 可根据实验需要, 任意选择; 连接套 筒的内圈直径要略大于立柱的外直径, 做到既能让连接套筒在立柱上 自由旋转, 又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的摆动; 至此, 已完成磁力 底座试管、 注射器架和收纳盘在超净台内的安装; 为保险起见, 幵紫 外灯二次灭菌, 二次灭菌完成后, 关紫外灯;
带盖塑料微型试管的放置: 根据实验需要, 旋转调整试管架板的水平 位置; 根据试管的规格, 选择向不同规格的试管下挂孔垂直放置或取 出试管, 由于试管的管口端的直径要大于试管管体的直径, 所以直径 小的管体可垂直插入试管下挂孔中, 而直径大的管口端却卡在试管下 挂孔的上方, 保证了试管在试管架上的垂直放置;
注射器的放置: 根据实验需要, 旋转调节注射器架板的水平位置; 向 注射器水平放置槽水平放置或取出注射器;
收纳物的放置: 根据实验需要, 水平旋转调整收纳盘的水平空间位置 , 其中, 收纳物放置板边框围绕圆形收纳物放置板, 并高于收纳物放 置板的板面 lcm, 用于防止收纳物的脱落; 根据实验需要在收纳物放 置板上放入或取出实验常用小器材;
拆卸: 需要从超净台内取出磁力底座试管、 注射器架和收纳盘吋, 按 从上向下的顺序, 先垂直向上从立柱移出并取下收纳盘水平构件, 松 幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 垂直向上移动, 从立柱上取出收纳盘水平构件高 度定位锁; 取出注射器架水平构件和试管架水平构件, 注射器架水平 构件高度定位锁和试管架水平构件高度定位锁的操作同上; 最后将恒 磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 取出磁性底座即可。
